It can be a bit of a gamble when booking hotels in Key West.  I have stayed at some great places and some not so great places.  The Albury Court Hotel was very nice.  It is quaint and entirely met our needs.  It was more than I had expected.  The front desk folks were super nice.  The room was clean and everything was in working order.  They offered a great breakfast out by the pool each morning – which I thought was a great start to the day.  The pool was small – but had a waterfall and was surrounded by trees and such.  I would recommend staying here.  Not a bad distance to walk downtown.

Just got back from a trip to Key West and stay with my husband at Albury Court Hotel; we LOVED it! It was the perfect mix of classic, old-school Key West and updated amenities. The rooms are cool and comfortable, look to be newly remodeled and the courtyard pool was a great little extra after a long hot day of walking Duval St. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Key West!

Hi,

Albury Court was a superb B&B for our stay in key west. We had 22A and 21A for the first 2 nights and only 22A for the 3rd night as one person left. Both of the rooms were beautiful.

Breakfast was sufficient and I especially enjoyed the addition of boiled eggs.

Kaya was exceptional at check in and was a wealth of information.

The only slightly negative comment I have is that with 4 girls in a room, we needed 8 towels (for hair+body). We received the extra towels on the first day, but each day when housekeeping would come, they would take the towels on the hook and then only leave us with 4 towels, so every day we had to ask for the extra towels. Now that ‘complaint’ is nothing significant, but something I wanted to bring attention to as its easily avoidable. We were perfectly happy to reuse the towels we hung on the hooks, or simply housekeeping could leave the same number of towels as they take from the room.

Thanks for a wonderful stay and I will definitely look to Albury Court first on my next trip to key west.

Absolutely adore this place. My husband and I just got back from our 10 year anniversary stay here and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff sent us champagne and chocolate and a sweet hand written card to our room after checking in. We lost our key and they quickly let us in even after they were closed. We forgot our cell phone charger and they offered us an extra one they had in the lobby. The staff was so friendly! Everything is within a one mile walking distance. Duval street is a 5 minute walk. I couldn’t be more pleased with this stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you all for making it an unforgettable weekend!

My girlfriend and I are Key West visiting veterans at this point, having stayed in a variety of lodgings throughout the island. Thus far, Albury Court has taken the top prize. Even before we arrived, the hotel demonstrated an attentiveness to customer service beyond all others, as they called us the evening of our first stay to inform us of after-hours checkin procedures.

Once on site, we found our room to be more than adequate, with a powerful A/C (this past weekend was unseasonably and brutally hot and humid) and a comfortable bed. The rest of the facility was impeccable, with our favorite spot being in the shade by the pool, and on the second floor balcony at night.

I’ll recommend this place hands-down…

We really enjoyed our stay in Key West at Albury Court!  The hotel/B&B was within 10 minutes walking distance to the action on Duval St and Mallory Square, but is in a quiet neighbourhood so you can escape the noise and just relax.  The room was clean and nicely done up, with helpful amenities such as a coffee maker and fridge (and eco-friendly toiletries!  Loved this!), so we could store food for picnics.  The pool and patio were really nice spots for relaxing, and the breakfast provided lots of options – local pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs etc.  The staff were really helpful and friendly, and quick to help. All in all a really nice spot for relaxing with easy access to everything in Key West!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay{june23rd through june25th}. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Several times they went out of thier way to provide us information regarding tours and places to eat. Hotel was immaculate and well appointed. We will recomend your hotel to friends and family.

The Albury Court Hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from Duval Street. The rooms are nice and spacious, and include a small fridge. The only complaint was the noisy AC unit, but other than that I’d highly recommend it to everyone!

We have stayed at Albury Court 4-5 times, and we really enjoy it. Location is great. Breakfast is great. The rooms are small of course, but clean and nicely decorated. I do wish there was more counter space or a shelf in the bathroom, for toothpaste, makeup, etc. Our room this time was very noisy, it sounded like the people upstairs were moving furniture all day. But that’s not the hotels fault. The staff was great like usual. Kaia is always so nice! Another guy at check-in was great too, sorry I can’t remember his name. He gave us a recommendation for a place to rent bicycles and it was great. We even noticed the housekeeping staff was very friendly, they used to not talk to us but that has changed. We love Albury Court and we recommend it to everyone.

Our spur of the moment drive to Key West for an overnight stay was greatly helped by the Vacancy sign we saw at Albury Court as we drove closer to the waterfront strip. The guest relations gal, Kaya, did a great job sharing helpful information and finding us a room.

The room was a double and it was very clean and comfortable place from which to base our 2 day excursions. Complimentary breakfast was very good and the pool was very cute.

It was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the beginning of the waterfront pedestrian tourist area. Very convenient!

BIEN, a local restaurant, was only 2 blocks from the hotel and offered fabulous Cuban style sandwiches!

The only thing I would change is to add room darkening blinds (or complementary eye masks) so that the outside nighttime security lights don’t illumine the rooms.

Next time we’ll stay longer!!
