The staff (Dennis and Robert) were welcoming, polite and professional. The room was very clean, which is a rarity in hotel travel these days.
Food was good. The social hour was a nice touch. The drink of the day was enjoyed and appreciated. Robert who set the food out was very sweet and would always let us know what was on the menu for the next evening. I really liked the daily snacks as well, especially the brie and pecan dip. The breakfast choices were nice, I liked the variety.

The Key West Butterfly House was great! It was a magical relaxing pause in the Key West chaotic pace. Serene and lovely

Really enjoyed our stay with you, friendly staff, clean room, great location. Perhaps you could post in the rooms the menu for breakfast and happy hour. That’s all I can think of. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cypress House Guest Cottage. It was located in a convenient location with access to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The meet-and-greet in the evening and the morning breakfast were both outstanding.

My husband and I have been coming to Key West first 31 years and have stayed at Cypress House many times, as well as, other hotels in the area and love the uniqueness of Cypress House the best because when we’re there, we feel like we are coming home. This time we brought two other couples with us and we all loved the beautiful new changes being made…there was really nice marble in all of our bathrooms. Our favorite room is #5 with the balcony so we can watch people at night.

I booked our stay for 2 nights, and once I got there wanted to stay 4, but there was no availability. But the 2 nights we were there it was nice. Clean, beautifully furnished, friendly. Only thing that would have made it better would be a hot tub!

We got the all day watersports package that you see advertised all over. It was great and totally worth the price. I suggest it! Jet ski, kayak, snorkeling, banana boat, ski, wave board, paddle board…etc

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cypress House. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The entire Inn was cute, cozy and reflected Key West. It was just what we were looking for. The morning breakfast was also very nice. We loved Eli!

Our most memorable meal was at Seven Fish. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that really appreciates a simple but delicious meal.

The two major activities we did were the Seaplane to the Dry Tortugas and a full day sailing trip with Dangers Charters. Both were excellent and I would repeat both trips in a heartbeat.
