From booking on tel with Michele, who directed the four of us to a great cottage and a room, to the housekeeping staff to the front desk staff, all were friendly, knowledgeable, competent and gave a darn about our good time. Which we did have. Rooms were clean, breakfast perfect, the pool a nice respite, parking really convenient. Bikes from A&M convenient. And when needed, the AC worked well.

Conch Republic is a fun open-air place, with good food, generous rum punch and fair prices. Schooner Wharf a classic of course.

Hemingway House visit is surprisingly interesting and well done. The Aquarium really hands-on for kids especially, the beaches were an easy bike ride away and the snorkeling even there was fun. The bars and restaurants are all welcoming, allowing drinking and cigar smoking, with live and entertaining music.
Like the tag-line says, Key West is a state of mind.

We visit Key West at least once a year this is the first time we stayed at Key Lime Inn. It won’t be the last, the service was excellent the staff wast friendly and our room was great. Waking up in the morning and walking out to a wonderful breakfast was great. Duval street was just a short walk from our room which really made walking easy.

We are already planning a vacation in Sept of this year and yes it will be at the Key Lime Inn.

We really like the pool area and spent tons of time just relaxing in the water and around the pool. The staff were great and always helped out when asked to. The hotel just did some more upgrades to the breakfast area which really made sense and looked great. We were lucky enough to have a room poolside and were a bit worried about noise but we had no issues. No kids. Yahoooo. We like kids. Just not when were in Key West. If I had to make one suggestion it would be that the hotel put a No Smoking sign on the breakfast area. I think the first 7 or 8 patio tables could be non smoking as well to be courteous to the other guests and rooms close to the pool and breakfast area.We loved our stay though.

If you like music in a great atmosphere then you need to go to Schooners Restaurant. The staff is great too. Turtle Krall has a great oyster deal all day every day for $.50 and the raw bar next door has a great happy hour 430-630. Since we were there by accident biker week we chose to pretty much avoid Duval st. other than a stroll down and back.

Took the trolly conch train. 1 1/2 hour long $30.00 it was informative. rented a cart for 2 hours. 2 Hours is definetly long enough on the small island.

The Key Lime Inn is an extremely comfortable place to stay. Well appointed with an ease unlike any hotel. Parking could be an issue but, not one that couldn’t be worked around.

The restaurants are all very good. The only one we went twice to was Duffy’s. Good prime rib.

Best activity was the trip to the Dry Tortugas. The trip is a bit long but the boat is comfortable and you get a chance to meet some interesting people. And, they fed you. You can walk around, explore, snorkel or do nothing but enjoy the island. Make sure you take the trip on a relatively calm day.

The first minute in the lobby was welcoming and gracious. Our rooms were perfect, clean, decor was right on target with the Key west feeling. Our bathroom was spacious and airy. The balcony for our room was magnificent, in the trees and the birds were very sweat. I loved the church bells. The pool area is set up with lounges and tables and chairs plenty of shade and very relaxing. I was completely satisfied with the poolside breakfast, your coffee is good too. I guess this is not brief….oopse, thank-you for a wonderful place to enjoy and I will and have recommended your place

What I like the most about staying at the Key lime Inn was the minute you walked into your room, you could smell the cleanliness of it. They were also decorated very nicely.

I would definitely recommend the jet ski tour. Our tour guide was a world of knowledge when it came to the island, and he pointed out a lot of facts that were interesting

The Key Lime Inn was ideally located, easy walking distance to Duval street and other areas of interest. The room was clean, continental breakfast offered a great start to the day. The pool was refreshing after a long day of walking, riding the moped, and doing the typical tourist thing. I would definitely come back and stay here, or possibly try on of the “sister” Inns.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn. We were in a comfortable cottage right by the pool. The pool was delightful and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We could walk to The Lighthouse, The Hemingway Home and Gardens, and nearby restaurants. The staff of the Inn was very friendly and attentive.

Our favorite restaurant in Key West was El Siboney, an authentic Cuban eatery. It was within walking distance of the Key Lime Inn. We ate there two nights of our four-night stay. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable.

The rooms were perfect, clean with a very updated look. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to make my brother and I feel right at home. I love the tree in the courtyard..

We have been riding our bikes to Key West on Memorial weekend for 7 years and this place was the best place we have stayed at. Great price, great rooms and a cozy feel, exactly why we choose bed and breakfast places when we stay. Thanks again.

We usually eat at Hard Rock, but for breakfast, the Denny’s is actually not bad and very close

We liked the location in the old section of town. It was nice having the church across the street. It was far enough away from the business section to avoid noise but close enough to walk almost everywhere. Our room (#2) was beautiful! The pool and breakfast was nice. Everything was clean and neat.
