I stayed at the Key Lime Inn for two nights to celebrate an anniversary. I was helped from the moment I called to book the room to the moment that I left with the utmost attention. We arrived and had complimentary champagne in our room with nice notes from the staff which was very thoughtful. We stayed in the king deluxe suite and needless to say it was spotless and very nicely updated!! There was plenty of room and we were right next to the pool. The room also had a cute little porch with chairs which we enjoyed very much. Complimentary breakfast and free parking was a HUGE plus! We had such a great time here and I  have already recommended the Key Lime Inn to multiple people. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed four nights at the Key Lime Inn and just thought the hospitality was fabulous.  My son got married at the garden club and the hotel took care of a lot of the arrangements. The staff was always very helpful and cheery. I would definitely go back to this Hotel!!

We had never been to Key West before and our travel agent made the reservations for us.  Your Inn has such laid back sense of luxury including your front desk staff to the representatives serving breakfast and cleaning our room.  We needed taxi help and their suggestions made transportation to and from the family wedding a breeze.  Yes, we would recommend Key Lime Inn to anyone looking for a class operation with a friendly staff.

Key Lime Inn met and exceeded our expectations.  The front desk was great; their local knowledge enhanced our stay in Key West. We only had a short walk to either Duval Street, White Street Pier, or El Siboney restaurant.  Our room was recently renovated, clean, and charming.  Kudos!!!

My family and I love staying in B&Bs because of their personal attention to guests and the Key Lime Inn didn’t disappoint. We had reservations for the Chelsea (next door), but got into town a day early. Since our room at the Chelsea House wouldn’t be ready until the following day as per our reservations, the management kindly made room for us at the charming Key Lime Inn next door. The room was beautiful and very well kept. The beds were comfortable. The next morning we ate a delicious breakfast by the pool. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I chose the Key Lime Inn for our annual kid free vacation this year and we were so glad that we did. The hotel was very nice, everything was very clean and modern.  The beds were comfortable and they were generous with their pillows, which was nice. The staff was very nice & helpful.  The location was amazing being that it was not far from Duval Street so you had all of the happenings right at your fingertips.  We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at Key Lime Inn for the first time. The property location is ideal in proximity to Duval. The grounds were very clean and what was expected for an in-town and authentic Key West destination. The pool and surrounding area was very quaint and well kept. Continental breakfast each morning was well stocked and maintained. The rooms overall were nice – simple however clean and well maintained. I think the price is appropriate for the location and convenience of navigating the town. I would definitely choose to stay at Key Lime Inn or another property within the Historic Key West Inns group!

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and we spent the majority of our time there. Key Lime Inn is located right near Duval street which made everything easily accessible. However, the Inn sits back so it is easy to sleep at night without all of the noise from Duval street.

Thank you Key Lime Inn!!

I was looking to plan a surprise vacation for my boyfriend’s birthday. He had never been to Key West, so I knew that is where I wanted to take him.  In my attempts to locate a place to stay, I was frustrated because everywhere I inquired was either booked or too expensive. I then ran across the Historic Key West Inns hotels online.  The pictures were beautiful, and the reviewers were quite convincing.  I decided to take a chance and contacted the reservations department on April 17, 2015. I had the pleasure of speaking with Denise, who was courteous and lovely to converse with.  I informed her it was my “birthday’s boyfriend”, and we laughed about the mistake.  She told me she would take note of that because the Inn likes to celebrate couples.  I was excited for the trip.

We arrived at Key Lime Inn on June 11, 2015 and were checked in by Samantha and Alicia.  Both were pleasant and welcomed us with smiles.  They gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do and provided us with a map of the area. Our room was perfect! I was afraid the standard queen would be small, but I was wrong! We truly were in awe.  I had to contact the front desk because I don’t like to use the same towel for multiple use. Samantha immediately arrived at our room and provided us with extra towels sets.  She stated she even made a note to let housekeeping know of my request.  I was impressed.

Breakfast by the pool was so relaxing.  We enjoyed sitting and talking to one another in a peaceful environment. Nelly was awesome! She immediately greeted us with a nice smile and cleared our area as we finished our food.  Our next contact was with Michelle and Victoria, who were as equally pleasant and courteous as Samantha and Alicia.  They recommended lunch at Caroline’s, and we took them up on that.  Lunch was phenomenal!

At check out, Michelle allowed us to leave our car parked as we spent the last few hours roaming around before we left Key West.  In speaking to Michelle, she asked how our stay was, and we raved about the property, how we got lots of rest because of the quiet area, how we loved the atmosphere, etc.  She asked if this was a special celebration, and I told her it was for my boyfriend’s birthday.  She then asked if the room was decorated, and we told her it was not.  She explained they like to know of special occasions because the staff gets very involved in decorating the rooms and making the guests feel extra special.  I told her I stated it was his birthday when I made the reservation, but there was no note in the system.  This made me very sad.  I would have loved to enter a room that was decorated for his birthday, and I was a little upset the note was not in the system, knowing Denise and I joked about it over the phone.  This is actually the reason I didn’t give a “5” in the rating.

Well, all in all, our trip was very relaxing, which is what we were looking for.  We lead such busy lives with four kids and full time jobs, it’s difficult to enjoy time to ourselves. Key Lime Inn was just the getaway we needed! It is situated in a great area, close to Duval Street.  We actually walked everywhere, which we also enjoyed. We will definitely return.
