This was my second stay at the Key Lime Inn in Key West. It’s a wonderful small property in Key West. Close enough to walk to everything and still out of the fray just enough that it’s quiet enough to sleep through the night. The rooms are pristine and comfortable, the grounds are very well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s all around a great property. We’ll be back.

This is the second time I stayed here and both times it has been a pleasure.  The hotel is close enough to Duval and the action to walk but far enough so you don’t get the noise.  The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, nice pool.  Highly recommend.

Our stay at Key Lime Inn was terrific, even better than I’d hoped.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff was happy to have us as guests. The girls who greeted us at the front desk were exceedingly courteous and efficient. A fantastic start to the stay. They had us oriented and checked in within 10 minutes. There was a gentleman who helped us with our bags and was generally helpful and pleasant. The woman who handled housekeeping was so super sweet and did an amazing job. The room was very clean, neat, inviting and perfect for us. It was just as we’d been promised, king bed and small deck area.

The location can’t be beat, perfect for walking just about everywhere. The pool was relaxing and inviting, plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables line the area around the pool. Unlimited dining possibilities within 5 block radius and plenty of people watching opportunities.

This was our first trip to Key West and we intend to return. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere other than one of their Historic Key West Inns hotels. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We were in Key West for our daughter’s wedding and your inn was one of the places recommended for us to stay.  After looking online I decided this was the place for us.  Little did we know how perfect Key Lime would be!  Upon making reservations, I asked if there was anything gluten free in the continental breakfast as I have Celiacs Disease.  I’m not sure if I received a reply, but after check in, which was VERY pleasant, we went exploring.  When we returned there was a PILE of gluten free products brought in by MELISSA for me to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack in the room.  We were overwhelmed by the inn’s generosity!!!  We also found the location to be perfect!  We drove our car once to a wedding activity and took a cab to the wedding, that’s it, we walked every place we went.  It was fabulous!  We also appreciated getting little freebies, “two for ones”, when we talked to the front desk about where we were going to dinner, drinks, etc.

We cannot say enough about the front desk and housekeeping.  When we asked that our room be cleaned by certain times, we were not disappointed and our rooms were perfectly cleaned, etc.  With the nice weather on our trip we were able to enjoy our veranda each morning and afternoon, along with the pool in the afternoons.  Thank you again for making this trip one to remember.  We hope to visit again!

We truly enjoyed our stay.  Very clean, very safe environment.  Staff was wonderful.  Loved the layout with the little secluded areas for reading or quiet conversations with friends.

Suggestion, offer a shuttle service to sunset plaza.

We had a wonderful two night visit at the Key Lime Inn the last weekend of January. The hotel is definitely first class. We had a lovely room with comfortable king bed, hardwood floors, nice sized bathroom and great air conditioning.

This was our second time staying at the Key Lime Inn. We showed up late on a January evening and they were very helpful to find us a room, as always.  As luck would have it, there was a room available at the Inn. The room was beautifully appointed, very clean with all the amenities of home – including a big wonderful bed.  A nice private patio off the back of our room. The inn is well located and easy to walk to all of the Key West attractions.  Plenty of parking and the breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. We will definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff of the Key Lime Inn for their wonderful hospitality.

My wife and I stayed at Key Lime Inn for our first wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been happier with the decision. It’s conveniently located near Duval Street, close to dining options, clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Melissa at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming when we arrived, and even called us a cab when we were running late for our sunset cruise. She also gave us coupons and drink tickets for a few local places. It was nice being welcomed like that after a four-hour drive to get there.

To top it off they surprised us with a bottle of champagne for the room when we arrived. Not a bad way to start the weekend!

No place is perfect, and there was one minor thing we would change if we could – the room was a bit humid despite turning on the A/C. Would that stop us from going back? Absolutely not.

Overall, we had a great weekend in Key West and look forward to staying at Key Lime Inn again. Thanks for helping make our weekend even better!

I had a wonderful experience in Key West for my first Half-marathon and I plan to be back next year!

The Key Lime Inn was perfect/ a great experience – taxi took us straight there. The front desk staff were very sweet – I had a great convo with Michelle about nearby juice bar/ cafe.  She made me smile :-)

The entire place seemed very well maintained.  It’s a nice sunny secluded pool area (w/ trees and shrubbery protecting guests from busy Truman St)

…and our room mess perfect. Cozy / compact, but not crowded or confining.  Loved the wood (rather than carpet) floors and the design/ color scheme was fresh/ crisp and modern.  Shower is perfect!  Great water pressure / shower head options.  Bed was perfect / comfy and not sinking or sagging. Everything seemed very clean.  Housekeeping came at our requests / on our schedule rather than theirs …

I loved my stay :)

We returned because we were very pleased with our visit last year (2014).  We stayed an extra day and had cottage 37 – we enjoyed being near the pool.  The room was clean and refreshed every day.  The housekeeping staff were always pleasant and courteous and made sure we were comfortable.  One of the staff at the desk recommended the 915 restaurant and we were very pleased with that recommendation.  We returned to two restaurants – Pisces and Café Marquesa.  Both were exceptional as before.  We also revisited Sarabeth for lunch.  Another restaurant was the Tratatoria on Duval – excellent meal and service.

Only negative comment – the sofa in our room was too large for the room and was not conducive for reading – the one corner was very dark because of no lighting in that area.  Along with the ottoman, it took up a good portion of the room.

We would return for another stay without hesitation and have mentioned it to several friends who might be traveling to Key West.
