We stayed at the Key Lime Inn in May.  It was very clean and comfortable.  The location is central to sights and restaurants.  The reception staff was courteous and helpful with ideas and reservations for sightseeing and restaurants.  They always seemed willing to help with anything.  The housekeeping staff was amazing in helping us with some airline luggage damage (soaked clothing).  They could not do enough to help us and their concern was palpable.  I am going to write glowing reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp too.

My boyfriend and I were actually in Marathon when we decided to take a little drive to Key West. We decided to stay a night and came across this place.  It was absolutely adorable and extremely well taken care of. Our reservation was last minute but they had a little cottage for us and the staff was SUPER helpful. We are actually planning a trip to the Keys for next year and the Key Lime Inn will definitely be  included in our plans. :)

Great location. Close to action but quiet. We stayed on May 6 & 7, in 16 & 18 and it was awesome that we could tuck our motorcycles out of the way between 17 & 19 in some under used space. We liked them being hid away from foot traffic, out of the way but where we were able to keep our eyes on them. That said, we arrived and departed at reasonable times and we have very quiet motorcycles and did not ride them during our stay (rented bicycles) so we didn’t feel like we were a nuisance to other guests. Thanks Matt for that tip. It sealed the deal and worked out perfect. The only things I found myself wanting was a washer/dryer on site (not a block away) and  a towel rack above the bathroom sink counter (had to just drip your way over to the rack above toilet or hook on back of door since counter top was full of our stuff). A rack in the shower would be nice too and/or one of those clothes line things you see at some hotels. If there were more places to hang towels, we  would have been glad to reuse them after shower/swim. Also if there had been one of those (cute little) stand up dust pan/broom sets we would have keep the place swept up. Love the natural ground cover but it does lend itself to tracking in a lot of grit etc. Of course these are little things, not deal breakers, but since you asked, these are things that could make a great place perfect. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to and recommend your Key Lime Inn.   Thanks for providing a great place and for asking for feedback.

Hope to return soon,

This is my second stay at the Inns.  The first time at Cypress House…fantastic.  The second time at Key Lime Inn…fantastic.  It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but close to Duval Street and all the fun.

The only thing I missed was having some sort of food served hot at breakfast.

I don’t know where to begin. Our stay at the Key Lime Inn was absolutely fabulous. The property is so charming. The room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. The patio was awesome with the perfect weather we had. Your staff was extremely kind and courteous. We had a great time swimming in the pool. I could go on and on. We so appreciated that we were able to check in early, and the champagne was such a lovely and unexpected touch (and very much enjoyed after the little guy fell asleep). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to make this anniversary trip so special.  I plan to spread the good word about the Key Lime Inn on as many travel sites as I can!

My Husband and I stayed at the Key Lime Inn 4/24-27/13  We booked the Deluxe King Cottage which was truly Deluxe. When we entered our cottage upon arrival we were we greeted to an Ice Bucket with a Bottle of Champagne in celebration of our 20th Wedding Anniversary.  We enjoyed staying at the a Key Lime Inn, short walk to Duval Street, nice continental breakfast every morning poolside, and a wonderful staff. We will be back, and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Key West.

Whoop whoop, we are from northern Ireland & decided to do the keys for a few days as on holiday in Fort Lauderdale. Nothing book in advance, just called in on off chance. It was like a dream come true, lovely place, friendly staff!
