My husband and I loved our stay! We got a free upgrade to a king room, which they surprised us with. The room and whole hotel area was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to walk almost everywhere! Only had to drive to the other half of the island. That’s where the charter for our fishing trip was. The maid service was awesome. The breakfast was perfect. Not hot foods but that was fine with us. We eat yogurt, bagels and fruit every morning anyways! The ladies at breakfast help you clean up. We loved it. We’ll definitely stay here again. And will recommend them to anyone. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The lady answered all our questions. Our favorite part of the trip was kayaking with lazy dog rentals. And renting the scooter to get around for a date!  Eat at Caroline’s too. Good food!

I would highly recommend the Key Lime Inn to anyone visiting Key West… it’s a great place for singles, couples or families. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is crisp and clean, the staff is highly accommodating and the rooms are quaint and well kept. We stayed in one of the free-standing bungalows and enjoyed sitting on the side patio at night under a canopy of tropical trees. No need to rent a car, bike or scooter and you’re within easy walking distance to Duval and other attractions.

Just wanted to let everyone know, I have stayed in Key West about a dozen different times.  My girlfriend and I got in late Friday night and it was storming, we were drenched and had our two small dogs.  There was a mix up with which hotel we were at but the front desk manager was able to get us up into our room even though we had the dogs and saved us from being in the street much longer in the rain.  Our pets were sick as well and they were very helpful in finding the closest emergency vet.  I’ll have to say when we first arrived to the location in the rain, it did not look as nice as we had hoped.  When we walked into our room, though, it felt like all of the other bad things in our day had never happened.  The room was immaculate!  The staff was great, location was great, hotel was great, would stay again in a heart beat!

We stayed at the Key Lime Inn for three nights, and it was a great and relaxing stay. Check in was convenient, as we had to drive down and ended up coming late at 10:30pm. There were carts to help us get our stuff to the room. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The room was cozy and you really couldn’t hear much, other then the passing of a loud car. The breakfast had a lot of options and was a nice peaceful environment. The pool was just the right temp between cool and warm, a nice retreat from the hot sun. It was just the right amount of walking distance from all the main attractions. Parking wasn’t bad and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

My husband and I stayed here from July 2nd through July 4th, 2014.  We were in Room #13 and it was lovely!  The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was simply and beautifully decorated.  Both check in and check out were efficient and the couple times we stopped at the front desk, we were always greeted with a welcoming smile!  We were married on Smather’s Beach in a sunset wedding on the 3rd and this was a wonderful place to come back to after our ceremony.  Flowers were delivered to the Key Lime Inn the afternoon of our wedding and they were brought back to our room, making that one less thing we had to worry about :)  The room smelled delightful when we first arrived and every time we came back.  The location is perfect, within walking distance of Duval Street and many restaurants and attractions.  The continental breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins and pastries.  My favorite was the ham and cheese pastry.  I enjoyed one both mornings we were there!  We never had a problem finding a parking space in the parking lot when we returned.

I would definitely highly recommend the Key Lime Inn for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay while in Key West!

My fiance and I were booked a 3 day retreat at the Key Lime Inn located just a few steps from the famous Duval Street in Key West. After a 6 hour ride on our Harley in the Florida summer, all we were looking forward to was some AC and a refreshing cold shower.  When we arrived at the Inn we were greeted with smiling faces and a staff more than willing to accommodate our peaceful stay.  There were a few jokes made about my name and relation to the country singer and after I proved it wasn’t me, they expedited my room key and Inn layout so we could get our weekend started.  One of the many great things about this particular inn is that if you do bring a motorcycle, or rent scooters, that you can park your weekend get-a-round near your room door, which eased my mind.  Room was in excellent condition and the AC was cold.  Everyone was very friendly throughout our stay.  I would like to add that the complimentary breakfast is tasty and just a small stroll in your flip flops to the pool.  Whoever makes the hard boiled eggs has got quite a talent too; perfect!  We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the Key Lime Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Key West.

This is our second time visiting the Key Lime Inn. We have stayed both times Friday-Mon. We love the property. Each of the rooms are up to date and clean. Parking is a little issue but after we unload, we park on the street in front of the inn. We bring our bikes but there are some to rent. The inn is the perfect location between Higgs Beach and downtown. And not to forget a few streets from our favorite Cuban resturant,  El Siboney. Mallory Square is lots of fun to get in the mix but if you want less of a crowd and still want to see an amazing sunset, take Simonton all the way to the end. Perfect spot. We will continue to stay at the Key Lime Inn. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend you choose this Inn for a wonderful time.

This place is the crème de la crème of Island living at its best!  I have been to numerous 5-star hotels in Hawaii, St. Thomas, Acapulco, and all over the Bahamas.  As a CFO of a large company, nowhere have I found a relaxed environment which actually overcame my mind, body and soul like the Key Lime Inn – an extremely relaxing Key.  As you arrive, you find it is one of the few Inns with parking on site.  Further, leaving the front desk, the lushness of the property continues to lead you in a tranquil experience on the short walk to your room.  The rooms are decorated in the soothing colors of cream and green with impeccable tasteful décor – a true tasteful Lime of the island life.  The location couldn’t be better with walking proximity to major themes but still off the path enough to be secluded.  My cabana by the pool could not have been a better location.  Extremely quiet when the doors were closed yet right outside a quaint pool, due to the intimate nature of the Inn.  The staff goes well out of their way to make you feel like they are taking care of you alone.  From a fresh continental breakfast served outside my door in the morning to fresh coffee, tea and beverage by the pool, this is a real pampered Inn for you to experience!  MG

The front-desk staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. We loved the property and our clean and comfortable room (with tasteful Key West character). The gardens are lovely, and there are plenty of places to find privacy or socialize with other guests. The hotel is very close to Duval Street, so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! The hotel staff were also very helpful in directing us to the best activities in Key West (like Mallory Square at sunset).

We were thrilled with our choice to stay here!

This was our 4th stay at the Key Lime Inn, I have stayed at other hotels in Key West but keep coming back. This time we really hooked up and were in a King cottage next to the pool, we did not want to leave for sure.  Always clean and a great staff on hand, great parking available.  We love to walk and this is located perfectly for walking all over the historic area.  Also near a bicycle and moped rental location.

We will be back.
