What an outstanding experience. We so enjoyed the inn and our room was so quaint. Close to attractions.  The hotel staff were awesome and so very accommodating.  Thanks for asking.  Amazing stay.

We came into Key West an hour before check in at 3:00 and while our room was not quite ready, we were assured by Michaell and Kezzy that it would be available at 3:00 and “would we like to have a complimentary drink down the street at a sister hotel?”  Easy directions and a short stroll to get a refreshing Mojito from Nick – definitely a nice introduction to the Key West ambience.  When we got back, our Superior Cottage (Cabin 17) was waiting for us in pristine condition with inviting punches of Key West’ color – pale aqua walls, dark floors and lime green and white bedding.    We were initially concerned that the Truman Avenue location would be noisy, but the shaded plantings and setback cottages provided a perfect buffer zone every night.

The Key Lime Inn had an ideal location for walks to the beach, up and down Duval, or late afternoon strolls to Mallory Square; abundant 4 and 5 star Yelp rated restaurants were located in every direction within a few blocks.  We had a very active three days in Key West and each time we returned to our room we found everything freshened up for us.  On our last night, we went to Mangia Mangia for homemade pasta and Kezzy was sweet enough to print a coupon for us that I had seen on their web-site.  Other staff members provided discreet, unobtrusive service at breakfast and the grounds were constantly being tidied; the front desk staff were consistently charming and helpful.  Thank you for such a beautiful introduction to Key West!

We love coming to Key West and the Key Lime Inn. The friendliness of the staff, location, the nice breakfasts around the pool, and the cleanliness and style of the rooms all contribute to our return to the Key Lime Inn for each of the last thirteen years. If we had one thing we would change it would be fitted sheets on the beds. That is such a minor concern, but a personal preference of ours. Really the time we spend each December at the Key Lime Inn is fabulous and I have recommended your inns to everyone we know that asks us about a place to stay in Key West. Keep up the great work!

I like the location of the hotel best. It is within a walking distance to the Duval St, close enough to enjoy the colorful nightlife of Key West but won’t be noisy if you just want to sit outside by the pool and have someone fun with family members. Parking is complimentary, which is another plus for this hotel.

My boyfriend and I booked a queen superior room (#17) in early January 2015.  Considering it was a historical property, I was slightly concerned about what we may be walking into.  However, we were truly delighted with my choice upon check-in as the room and grounds were clean and fresh-looking!  Our queen superior was airy and bright with newer furnishings and modern amenities.  We never heard our neighbors which attests to the quality of the facilities and didn’t see one bug the entire time.  The hotel staff was informative and helpful.  We had no issue parking on-site and the continental breakfast was perfect for our tastes (those muffins are so delicious!).  Given all these wonderful things plus the hotel’s proximity to all the Key West action, I would not hesitate to book a room at the Key Lime Inn on my next trip.  I will suggest it to anyone traveling to the area as well.  Definitely an excellent deal!

The only thing that could have made this stay perfect was if the water pressure in the shower was a little better.  Not a deal breaker but something that definitely stood out in my mind.

Had a very pleasant stay at the inn. The rooms were clean, nice. Not much of a view from the balcony- it’s kind of nestled in some landscaping- so I think even their basic room would be adequate. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Small and quiet, but still private. Breakfast was basic, could have used some more healthy options, but good nonetheless. Walking distance to anywhere you would need to go. Will certainly return and stay again.

I really liked the bungalow we stayed in. It was spotless and new.  Just a short walk to Duval and everything that’s happening in Key West. The staff was great, and we will definitely stay there again. We recommended The Key Lime Inn to my girlfriend’s parents and they will be checking in tomorrow! We told all of our friends about how great it was staying there and I know some of them will be staying there in the future.

My husband and I stayed over the 2014/2015 New Years week. We had a wonderful time. This was our 7th stay at the Key Lime Inn and we have stayed at, what once was called The Red Roaster, but is now The Chelsea House, one of their sister hotels. We love the breakfast and the staff at Key Lime Inn are always pleasant, take time to listen and respond quickly with anything they can do to make our stay the best ever. Looking forward to our next stay with one of the Historic Key West Inns – wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Key West.

Being that the Key Lime Inn was one of the most reasonably priced hotels we could find on Orbitz, I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely grounds of this hotel, brand new interior of the room we stayed in and the quaint porch off the back where we dried our bathing suits. The room was small and did not have certain things you might find in other hotels (mini fridge for beer!) but it had everything we needed and we felt perfectly comfy at night. You can upgrade to a bigger room for different things. Plus – when you are in Key west, whose spending time in their hotel room anyway?!
