I will admit my plan was to visit Key West for the day. To my knowledge every place was reserved. Upon arrival into the historic center I passed several Inns with vacancy signs. I swung around and tried the 1st one, I liked the name, Key Lime Inn. The receptionist was very welcoming, and although not pet friendly, my emotional support animal was allowed. I was given cottage #2 which epitomized quaintness, and the private patio was an added treat. Every worker on the property greeted both of us with a smile, a truly memorable experience. I would definitely return. I have stayed at several Inns in Key West and the Key Lime Inn is hands down my favorite thus far.

This was the perfect place to stay at. Just far enough from Duval St but not too far. The staff were all so nice to us during our stay in the Keys. Very clean and comfortable bed. Would love to come back someday. I would definitely stay at the Key Lime Inn if and when I come back to Key West. Thank you.

Stayed two nights at Key Lime Inn, super little hotel close to everything in Key West, room was stylish and comfortable, gardens are beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful haven close to the centre of town!

We were in town for a wedding and spent 2 nights at the Key Lime Inn during early June.  The weather was rainy, breezy, and extremely humid.  The air conditioning in our room kept up with the moisture levels.  The room was large and very comfortable with its own patio, the grounds are planted with  tropical trees and the ground is covered by wood mulch.  It is surprising how peaceful our stay was considering Duval Street is just a couple of blocks away.  There was plenty of room at the pool for cooling off, and the patio also served as the seating for breakfast, which was convenient.  The shining star of our stay were the staff.  Always warm and inviting, they provided reviews of out-of-the-way spots for dinner and sight seeing.  They even loaned us an armload of umbrellas and panchos to take to the wedding, just in case.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at the Key Lime Inn for 3 nights over the weekend of Father’s Day and the solstice, our first-ever visit to Key West, and were very happy with our choice. Our room was a charming cottage, rustic on the outside but completely modern on the inside, and provided every amenity we needed – a comfortable bed, good flat screen TV, coffeemaker, small refrigerator, quiet and effective AC, and a great shower. Our concerns about street and cabaret noise were quickly allayed, as the Inn is in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from a church. We were able to walk to various places quite easily, and to catch the trolley just a few blocks away. The breakfasts outside next to the pool offered a good selection of tasty options, and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests there. Finally, the front-desk staff was friendly and helpful in helping us pick some restaurants and activities. Key Lime Inn is now definitely our go-to choice for staying in Key West, and we recommend it to our friends.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Key Lime Inn in June of 2015. The Key Lime Inn was great! Especially for the price. We were able to walk to all the main spots on the Island. When we showed up I was very excited to see how cute the Inn was. When booking alone it is hard to know what you are getting yourself into. Check in and check out was speedy and efficient. The rooms were clean and very cute! The pool was clean and a nice spot to hang out by on a hot Key West day. I would defiantly recommended this hotel to anyone I know and I would stay there again.

Key West is an awesome place to vacation. We hit the lighthouse, the southern most point, Louies Backyard, Schooners, Blue Heaven, and we did a sunset cruise. Can’t wait to go back to Key West one day soon and it may just been for my destination wedding.

We stayed at the Key Lime Inn for two nights this past June and from the moment we arrived to check-in knew we had made an excellent decision about where to stay! The front desk help was so friendly and helpful we felt right at home. They helped us find parking, bring our bags to our room, recommend the best mode of transportation (bikes!)and even different sites and restaurants to check out.

The hotel itself is absolutely darling and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a authentic small guesthouse style hotel within close walking distance to the main areas of Duval Street. (If we go back we will definitely stay here again as opposed to one of the larger impersonal chain hotels in the newer section of Key West.)

The pool was not huge but was never crowded and seemed like you have your own private villa. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the conversation with other hotel guests from all around the world was a nice way to start the day.

Lastly we would like to thank the hotel for making our anniversary super special by surprising us with sparkling wine and a happy anniversary card delivered to our room! This was a great place to stay!!

As I also wrote on Hotels.com, upon our arrival we felt immediately at home with a very welcome smile from both the helpful reception staff.

I was visiting with 3 family members (ages 20 – 63), all of whom thought that the hotel was very comfortable and elegantly furnished. Though I normally use hotels (even on vacation) just as somewhere to stay, the comfort of the rooms and especially the scenery and atmosphere around the swimming pool made it a great place to chill between day time shopping and evening activities. For which the Key Lime location is perfect

I’d certainly recommend the hotel to friends & family.
