We stayed at the Key Lime Inn for 4 nights at the end of Jan. 2014.  Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.  Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging rental bikes, recommending attractions and restaurants and answering any other questions we had.  Our room was tucked back into a corner and was very quiet.  Only negative comment I have is that the bathroom walls were not clean and housekeeping didn’t seem to clean the floors very well each day.  The location of the Inn is perfect!  Very easy walking and biking distance everywhere but not so close as to get the noise from Duval or any crowing roosters.  The rooms aren’t large but then who wants to spend time in your room in Key West?  I would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying at the Key Lime Inn. Both times we were treated wonderfully by the staff.  Gabby is a major asset to your business.  We look forward to our next visit.

This is an amazing place and so close to Duval street. Everything is in walking distance for you to get to. The island is 2 miles by 4 miles so if you love to walk this is a must place to stay since everything is close to get to. The staff here are wonderful and will give you coupons to places to eat and drinks and if you need a cab they call you 1 and the cabs are always early in picking you up and taking you any where. I would recommend this place to everyone. The only thing, if you are a big breakfast person go to the Denny’s down the street for this is a light breakfast but is very good also. We will be back again to stay here. This is a great find.

This was our first time staying in key west and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The Key Lime Inn was close enough to Duval Street that you could walk, or rent a bike at the place down the street, but far enough away that there was no noise and you could get a good nights sleep. The room was ready when we arrived, and was everything that we needed for our 5 days there. The breakfast every morning was very basic but, who really needs a heavy breakfast when it’s 95 degrees out. We also enjoyed the pool area during a few of our afternoons, it was always clean and peaceful. The front desk staff was also very helpful, and recommended some good restaurants when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. Overall, I love staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

Upon learning my best friend (a Key West resident) was giving birth the Friday before a holiday weekend, I knew I had to act fast looking for reasonably priced accommodations.  Since the primary purpose of the visit would be meeting the little guy at the hospital, I thought it would be nice to stay somewhat close to the action. Key Lime Inn did not disappoint. My near midnight check in was a breeze, keys were ready and the room was far larger and welcoming than I had imagined. We even had a private patio. The only thing that would have possibly made the stay better would have been a jacuzzi. ;)

The hotel is just 2 blocks off Duval, but about 10-15 minutes from the busier part of it. Since I tend to gravitate to more locals restaurants on other parts of the island, the location didn’t make a big difference, but I would definitely stay here again. Everyone is so nice and even if the parking lot gets full the street parking was safe and plentiful even on a sold out weekend.

From making the reservation to a sweet note before I left Key West, your front desk person, Gabby, was an absolute delight.  Gabby loves her job and that can be seen with the smile, when she sees a person, to her helpfulness in giving out information and making suggestions.  She knew exactly from my explanation what I was looking for.  She gives 110% every day.  Thank you to her! and Thank you to you for having Gabby on your staff.  I look forward to another visit to Key West, and intend to include Key Lime Inn in my plans.  Many of my feelings about my stay are because of the way Gabby handled my inquiries! A special Thank you! to Gabby!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay  at the Key Lime Inn. Check in was pleasant and easy, our room was clean and very quiet. We were well away from the street noise and the pool which was great. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The only downsides were a firm bed and the loudest air conditioner that I have ever tried to sleep through! The biggest plus was the location, just a few blocks from Duval and easy walking to everything.

Room was overall well done, little small for the price considering what we paid for. Seems that Key West is very expensive re lodging. So overall that would be a deterrent from returning to the town, but I don’t hold that against the Key Lime Inn. All the places were a bit too high for what you get. Facilities were nicer than some of the other properties. Excellent location! Great pool, staff were friendly and it was quiet. Breakfast was decent and parking was a plus. Above average for first time, would lower the entry level rooms just a bit in price……I think it’s a bit crazy compared to even south beach pricing event at NYE.

We loved the Key Lime Inn!  We especially like the way the rooms were set like small cottages.  It was like walking through a little village as we went back and forth to breakfast and the pool.  The main room of our unit (#20) was extremely nice.  It had great furniture and the bed was very comfortable.  The bathroom was just OK. The blind in the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t go all the way down so I put a rolled towel on the ledge.  The little counter spaces were not very nice.  A microwave would have been a great addition there.  We stayed for two nights and the bed was made and the room straightened but the used coffee pods were not replaced nor did we get new shampoo etc.  Making sure these things are corrected would make the accommodations perfect.  The gal at the front desk has a great personality and made you feel welcome immediately.  The fellow who put out the breakfast every morning made a point to acknowledge everyone and make sure they had a paper if they wanted one.The large parking lot was great.  I would recommend the Key Lime Inn to friends and family and we would stay there again.
