We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations could not have been lovelier. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Check in and out went smoothly and quickly.  Michelle was especially nice and helpful.   I will be back.

Everyone at the front desk was more than lovely. They helped with any questions we had, gave us plenty of places to go to and were always friendly. They even called us to let us know we had left some things in the room after checkout and held it for us at the front desk. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice. I was very pleased with this hotel stay and would most definitely stay at the Key Lime Inn again.

Hi,

Really enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime. We were in room 6.

+ location, breakfast by the pool, staff were excellent and very helpful

- internet signal didn’t reach room 6, had to go to the pool area to connect and next door to their sister hotel the Chelsea House. Wifi that I used there was faster than the Key Lime signal! Also, our room was a little dark with only one window which was over shadowed by the outside staircase.

Rooms where clean and well maintained. The staff where very friendly and knowledgeable as to what was happening in town during my stay. Located just a few blocks from Duval St. The outside grounds where quiet and a perfect place to relax or take a peaceful swim. I have stayed here before and will be coming back. Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and those coming to visit Key West for the first time.

I made a last minute one night reservation for a Saturday night.  Your staff was so wonderful, right from the first phone call.  When we arrived on Saturday, early in the morning, we were given a room right away, and an upgrade to boot.  Each time we entered the lobby, we were greeted with enthusiasm.  On Sunday, after checkout, the front desk could not have been more accommodating when asked if we could hang by the pool until our later flight.  Thank you for making our quick stay as memorable as our first stay, over twelve years ago.  We look forward to a return visit!

Very efficient check in, with advice offered along with maps on where best to go for food and entertainments. The quaint little building with the room – a small one, with a single queen bed – was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect for a single person like me, might have been a tad small for a couple. It was very quiet. The shower was small but again very functional, though the water was cool. Overall the room was about perfect for what I needed from it. Pool area was nice, and that’s basically where the breakfast area is too; that was fine, but possibly, could have done with something a bit more dramatic/significant – offerings were pretty basic.

I’d thoroughly recommend this hotel. Short walk to Duval, bit far from Mallory Sq. but easily walkable for most I would say. But, a very short walk to the Onlywood Pizzeria – proper Italian thin crust pizza made in a wood oven. Fantastic.

This was our sixth stay at the Key Lime Inn. We have never had any issues which were not immediately taken care of.

The location is great. You are about two blocks off of Duval, but far enough away to make it very secluded and private. There is a free parking lot and if that is full, you can park at their other properties which are immediately adjoining on Truman. There is also free on-street parking across the street. Probably about a 15 minute stroll to Mallory Square from the hotel.

The rooms are very clean and if you tend to sleep in like we do, they have late housekeeping available. This year we were happy to find a Keurig in the room and the wine refrigerator was replaced with a real fridge so you can keep your beverages cold. We always stay in the same room with is large and had a nice sized bathroom with a huge shower. Our room (#4) also has a small patio. Our room has a central AC unit which works great.

The staff are great. Period. When we checked out we were asked if there was anything they could improve on, etc. Very personal service.

Breakfast – I have seen numerous comments complaining about the complimentary breakfast. I don’t get it. This is not a Hampton Inn or similar. The breakfast is nice if that is what you are looking for. Coffee, tea, juices, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. No, there is no omelet station, but there are a ton of full service restaurants within 5 minutes if that is what you are looking for.

My only negative is the room (at least ours) could use some minor maintenance like painting, etc. WiFi is strongest when  you are close to the office.

Overall, we love this place and will be back!

We loved our stay at the Key Lime Inn. The room was decorated very nicely. We had a sectional with tv on one side of room and nice, comfortable king-size bed on other. There was a refrigerator in the bathroom that came in handy. We were able to walk to Duval Street which was only two blocks away. There was a beautiful Catholic Church right across the street. They served a small continental breakfast by the pool each morning, not lots of choices but fine to get our day started. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at Key West before, and will continue to come back and recommend it to others without hesitation.  Michaela, Gaby, Scott, and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible.  We  have had several positive experiences with Michaela, prior, but on this trip, meet Gaby and Scott, and they continued her fabulous service and attention to detail.  We live in South Florida for nearly 30 years, and visit Key West 2-3 times a year, and love talking with them about the restaurants around, and whats new, and what we found.  We share info with them as well as them giving us ideas.

We have stayed in room 37 for the past 2 visits, and this time it was upgraded with new furniture.  All was great, except the weed platform closest to the a/c needs to be rounded or covered with something soft, as it it a tight squeeze, and easy to bang in the night.

Your Inn is a gem, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else, especially knowing you are able to retain your staff.  That means a lot to us.

Thank you.

Regards,

Lillian & Ed Carifio

We have stayed at Key Lime Inn twice this year and each time it had been wonderful. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of your staff-particularly your front desk staff.  They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have obviously been well trained and are dedicated to the concept of hospitality. We try to get to Key West at least once a week and would not stay anywhere else. The property is beautiful, the rooms are nice and breakfast is enjoyable. However it is your staff that defines the personality of your inn.
