We stayed the Lighthouse and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Key West for a couple of nights. The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar has a nice selection of beverages until it closes at 8 pm. They do have good bar staff.  The rooms are clean, nice and well appointed. We got good sleep. The A/C kept the room plenty cool enough for me. Parking is challenging until after 5 pm…but then there is plenty of parallel parking to be had. Walking distance to the historical Green Parrot and all of the fun on Duval – but wear good shoes because the far end at Mallory Square is a bit of a hike. Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful.  The only thing you may want to think about is whether or not you want to be on the pool or a room in a quieter bungalow. Be prepared to ignore roosters but for me that was part of the overall charm of Key West and not a big deal. Word of warning – do not Pedi-Cab. Where it is cost effective elsewhere I have used it…here it is not! The bikes are geared foolishly to where you can walk faster than they pedal! Recommend the Lighthouse Court and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We loved this cute boutique hotel. As a millennial, I love a modern design and the aesthetic was after my heart! You walk down the plant-filled walkways to what feels like your own little resort. Right outside our queen bedroom was a cornhole area, the perfect place to begin the afternoon or end the evening. The modern and updated feel for this historic inn was exactly what we were looking for in Key West. We will stay again. It was close to Duval without the noise and right across from the Hemingway House. We brought beach bicycles and locked them up outside our room each night and used them as our transportation around the island our entire stay. The perfect location and the perfect stay! Will recommend to friends and family.

Could not have been any better. From the time we arrived early until we had to leave the staff was on top of everything. Bikes arrived before we even finished checking in. Snorkel and sunset cruises were booked and luggage stowed until the room was ready. Room was top notch and staff met all our needs.

We had a beautiful stay at the Lighthouse Court, as part of a big group for my sister’s wedding at the Hemingway House. The staff at the inn were super friendly, warm, and welcoming. In addition, the room was clean and cozy. It did feel small (Room E6) compared to the other rooms I had seen. However it was still such a magical stay that it didn’t matter. The breakfast patio and pool area were lovely and it was so nice for all of us staying there to have an outdoor common space in which to gather and chat. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I think our favorite spot in town was Blue Heaven, as well as the great seafood along the water. I would definitely like to come back to Key West (perhaps permanently!) and look forward to recommending you to friends.

Terrific place to stay.  It met all the considerations you mention above in what to include in the review. Laura, in particular, checked us in and was especially helpful in making recommendations based on our interests such as the Butterfly Conservatory, Light House and Mel Fisher Museum. From Tuesday at noon until our Key West Express (great way to travel to KW, over previous driving trips) departure at 6 p.m. on Thursday, we covered a lot of ground in a short period.  We enjoyed the breakfast poolside as well as other guests, which made a good start to the day before enjoying meals at La Trattoria, Blue Macau, Caroline’s and Banana Cafe.  Five Sixes Taxi service to and from the dock was also a good experience.  Very memorable Trip.

Overall my wife and I had an excellent time in Key West and we thoroughly enjoyed the Lighthouse court hotel once again. This would be our second time staying at the hotel and we didn’t even bother looking around for a different hotel. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and our room was ready a couple hours before 3p check in. Friendly staff throughout. The rooms are the perfect size, comfortable bed, and updated. We spent most of our days out and about key west, and remainder of the day by the pool and mojito bar. This hotel’s location is perfect for parking the car and bike riding or walking to local attractions. We will back again next year for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, air conditioning worked well but most of all the staff very courteous and attentive to our needs. We liked the proximity to Duval Street and the beaches.  We liked the fact that you could have peace and quiet but if desired needed more activity it was only about 10 blocks away.  Parking can be a bit of a challenge but we were lucky enough to find spaces on the street by the hotel throughout our stay.  Can’t wait to come back!

Our primary purpose for coming to Key West was to experience the drive from Miami to Key West. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. Everything was perfect; the room was large, immaculate and very well decorated. All the extras were also perfect, from the front desk personnel to the on-site bar to the morning breakfast. We would definitely recommend it wholeheartedly. The location was also perfect, right across from the Hemingway home and one block from Duval St. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. I loved our little front porch. Our room was overlooking the street and we got to watch a wedding at the Hemingway home. We came down to book the venue for our son’s wedding so it worked out beautifully. The room was so cozy and clean. We will definitely be back.
