The Lighthouse Court was very clean and well maintained. It was centrally located and we were able to walk almost everywhere with ease. The parking is either in the back or down the block but easy to get to.  The staff was very helpful on the different questions we had.  Breakfast was basic but perfect around the pool.  Would recommend this property to anyone going to key west.

The Lighthouse Court Hotel was an extremely comfortable and relaxed place to stay. Beautiful surroundings with an island atmosphere.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive.

The hotel is very close to Duval Street but a little distance from the harbor. Very close to to the best retail and restaurant parts of Duval.

Had a wonderful two night/three day stay in Key West at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The hotel is one block over from Duval Street. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The food in Key West is delicious, by the way. Our room was adequate in size and very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and more than willing to accommodate us and our needs during the check-in and check-out process. The grounds are very well maintained also. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. A great way to start the day! I would definitely recommend the Lighthouse Court to friends and would definitely go back myself.

I have previously stayed at Merlin Guesthouse (twice) and was disappointed when I called for a reservation, only to find out all the rooms were booked. So their booking agent suggested another of their hotels, The Lighthouse Court. My guests and  I loved it!  Our room was a deluxe room with two queen beds and a mini kitchen (sink, fridge, cabinets, microwave). The room was roomy, light and airy and immaculate!  Two large windows with wood blinds for privacy overlooked the pool courtyard.  We really liked the private sitting area right outside our door surrounded by a garden. We ate our breakfast there. We enjoyed bananas, oranges, muffins, bagels, yogurt, coffee and o.j. ! There was a sweet black kitty cat that befriended us and even stayed over night. We named him Francis!

The location was perfect, right across from the Hemingway House which was one our favorite attractions being English teachers.  I am so glad to have had the pleasure of staying here and hope to get that 3 night free stay! Living just north on I-75 in Sarasota I would love to head south again soon!

Respectfully submitted,

Lynn Dinyes

My wife and I have been to Key West multiple times over the past 5 years. This was our first stay at Lighthouse Court. Our experience was excellent. The room we stayed in was very clean and updated (compared to other places we have stayed). The staff that we dealt with were extremely courteous and they went out out of their way to make sure we had everything was to our liking. They have a wonderful Mojito bar on site, which makes sipping on a nice beverage while sitting around the pool or playing corn hole a very enjoyable afternoon. The person who cleaned the room daily did a fabulous job. We have already recommended this location to people we know and we look forward to our next stay at Lighthouse Court!

We had three nights booked at Lighthouse Court Hotel, liked it so much that we extended our stay another day.  Very professional, personable and helpful staff. We don’t know all their names but Desiree we spoke to regarding future travels to Key West and to stay at Lighthouse Court once again.  She was very knowledgable and helpful.  Nick was also very helpful when we needed his help.

Great location to restaurants, museums, Duval street, and Mallory Square.  We enjoyed eating at The Blue Heaven Restaurant which is about two blocks away.  We walked or rode our bikes the entire time, that’s how great the location was.

The breakfast was good each morning, I looked forward to sitting around the pool/courtyard having my coffee with friendly people.

I can’t wait to go back and obviously stay at the Lighthouse Court again.  A home away from home!

WOW! Hated to leave this charming and friendly Inn. Everyone on staff was so laid back and helpful. My husband and are both “senior” citizens and ALL of the assistance was greatly appreciated. (Baggage handling, house keeping staff, TV operation, breakfast buffet service, by the way….the buffet was great).
We have stayed at 3 of their Historic Key West Inns hotels , but Lighthouse Court in our favorite because we can sit on our front porch and view Whitehead street and Hemingway House. We posted a picture of the “View from our front porch” on Facebook (which was awesome) and everyone wanted to know where we were…so ..we told them thay should come on down to Key West and stay at the Lighthouse Court!

We’ll definitely be back next year (God Willing) and will request our favorite front porch room. Our favorite place to visit is “The Bull” because the singer, Yankee Jack, knows all the nostalgic songs plus his own cheeky ones and he really interacts with the patrons. Plus, they always remember us year to year. We can take the bicycle peds to get where we want to go, shop, and we even got tatoos!!! What more can I say! A “FUN” place to spend time away from the northern cold and do something out of the ordinary!

Loved the location–just one block away from the party that is Duval St, but still quiet at night. I was also impressed by the corn hole courts. It’s too bad my wife doesn’t play.

The room (C2) was perfectly functional. It wasn’t the kind of room you want to stay in all day, but why would you want to on Key West! It was clean and well maintained. If there was one thing it needed, it’s either a small folding table or shelves near the bed. I like to keep a glass of water nearby when I sleep, but there was no place for me to keep my bottle. (My wife was the smart one and took the side of the bed next to the floor while I got the side with the wall.)

Staff was very helpful and courteous.
