Good morning,

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to leave a review along with the chance for a 3 night stay. I have visited Key West a few times however this trip was very special, it was a celebration for my older sister’s 30th birthday. It was a girls trip in ages ranging from 26-58 combined of family & friends. We had two rooms and were so happy when we arrived to the charming feel of the rooms. The sizes were great, the beds were comfy and the pool was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was pleasant. It was the perfect location for our family & friends to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We met a lot of great families celebrating  different occasions. One family their daughter’s wedding, a couple on their honeymoon and others vacationing.

It was so great to walk everywhere, very close to Duval! I have a background in the hotel business as well and it was so great to be enjoying my stay at a relaxing location. I also would like to mention how wonderful the woman was who made my reservations. She did everything seamlessly over the phone. I apologize I don’t remember her name.  If I could make one suggestion, perhaps hiring more staff to clean the rooms would help. We didn’t mind at all but due to the high occupancy we were not able to have our room serviced daily because they were just too busy. Like I said, not a deal breaker but is a good suggestion.

We would love to return and stay another long weekend.  Thanks again for a wonderful weekend.

The experience was truly great! Overall, the staff was friendly especially Pete at the bar and Matt, the property manager. Housekeeping was also wonderful and very attentive. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to stay there again. :)

We stayed at the Lighthouse Court on April 20th for our 20th Anniversary. Never having been to Key West it was a challenge picking a place to stay as there are thousands.

We arrived a little early as we were concerned about parking, no problem, found  a few spots and grabbed one. Now be aware if you park on their lot, they keep your keys to move cars as needed. It was a very nice setting right across from the Hemingway House. It was walking distance to almost everything.  We asked for a room away from the street as I am a light sleeper and also requested hardwood floors.

We arrived and were told we had an upgrade, this made us happy figured we were being upgraded for our Anniversary, which we liked. We had one of the cottages right out on the main street. Although it was nice, it was a little noisy, hint earplugs on the night stands. The furniture had some issues, but the room clean and comfortable.

We had a few minor issues and called management after we returned to point out a few items that needed immediate attention and will have to say it took a little while to finally get the right person in charge, but it was handled very well.

After all said and done and since we had a decent experience and the management really cared, we will most definitely stay another visit the next time in Key West.

The Lighthouse Court, across from the Hemingway House and next to the Key West Lighthouse and one block from Duval, is just a wonderful location.  The cottage like atmosphere is very laid back.  The staff was incredibly helpful, from everything from finding parking to suggestions for everything we wanted to do, including eating at an off the beaten path, great restaurant.  I highly recommend the Lighthouse Court.

I stayed at Lighthouse Court Hotel over a long weekend when in town for friends’ wedding at the Hemingway House. You can’t beat the location as it’s directly across the street from the House and also within walking distance of pretty much everything you want to do in Key West. The front desk folks were extremely pleasant when I checked in and gave lots of information. When I checked out they called a cab and it was there within minutes. My room was small but clean and while the bathroom was a little dated looking, I couldn’t complain. They even provided earplugs, which made me a little concerned about what to expect noise-wise, but in the end I didn’t need them even though my room was just off the pool/bar area on the ground floor.  Would definitely go back and probably upgrade to slightly larger room.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights, we thought the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We just wished there was a shelf or someplace to put our toiletries and the sheets were sort of like sandpaper. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will probably return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel.  The hotel staff were very courteous and responsive to our needs.  The room met our expectations and was very clean.  The housekeeping services were wonderful as they did not come beating on the door early in the morning (waking us up) to clean our room and waited until the afternoon when we were out.  The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.  I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Key West in the future.

We travel a lot.The Staff and the property at Lighthouse was excellent and just what we were hoping for. We are both in our fifties and we were married on the porch where we stayed and rode off on a bike built for two// everything arranged  by your wonderful and helpful staff// We had a great stay, a wonderful wedding, and plan to return in the fall with our adult children and their families.

Again to the staff, Thank You

My wife and I came to Key West to celebrate her birthday and our 41st wedding anniversary.  We had never stayed in Old Town before.  The location was terrific.  We could easily walk to Duval Street and the conch train stop.  We enjoyed touring the Hemingway House across the street and the Truman Little White House.  Our accommodations met our expectations for location, cleanliness, and amenities.
