Staff very kind and helpful.

Wonderful place and beautiful public spaces.

The hotel room (A1) was very clean and inviting.

The only negative I have is that the Mojito Bar next to the pool closed earlier than what was written so we couldn’t have a drink next to the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lighthouse Court Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. One gentleman took the time to make conversation with us and showed us all of the “must do’s” on their helpful map. Housekeeping was friendly and very attentive. They brought us anything we needed. One thing I was worried about was the noise. It was surprisingly quiet. We’d sit out on our private patio (which faced the main street) at 11pm and it was still quiet! Close enough to Duval Street but far enough for a peaceful stay. The rooms were a little small but they were cozy, clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Look forward to going back in the future!

One could hardly have a more “in the heart of it all” location. Very personable staff who always greeted us at breakfast or in the walkways. They appreciated our review of a new local restaurant. We met Abby (property manager) at a local Rotary meeting & what a pleasant person she is! Our room & bed were very comfortable. With the air running the thoughtfully supplied ear plugs – for the roosters, I presume! – weren’t needed. If ever we plan another trip to Key West, we will hope for another stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel!

The Lighthouse Court was a nice place to stay in Key West – again! I`ve already stayed there 5 Years ago and the Inn was as nice and comfortable as I remembered it. Right in the centre of Key West with a parking lot. You can reach everything by foot or bike. The nice inner courtyard invites to relax and enjoy having breakfast in the mornings. I just recommended it to a friend traveling to Key West in a few months.

I would definitely come back to Lighthouse Court Hotel!

Although I have enjoyed many visits to Key West over the years, this was my first time staying at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. I spent three nights and was quite satisfied with my experience.

I enjoyed the sun deck during the day and really liked having the Mojito Bar on site. It really adds to the poolside ambiance. The property is beautiful and well maintained. And it’s hard to beat the location with everything so close, and I thought it was particularly cool being next to the lighthouse.

I wasn’t crazy about my room. I was ‘upgraded’ to a suite, which I thought was oddly proportioned and sparsely decorated. As a single traveler, I would have been just as comfortable in the standard room (and then I could have watched TV from my bed).

I found the staff friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would certainly be happy to stay at the Lighthouse Court again.

After 8 hours of driving from Jacksonville, we hit the Florida Keys,  and that’s when my heart started pumping and I started to sing. There was a much anticipated family wedding planned and I felt like jumping out of my skin.   What a delight to arrive at the Lighthouse Court Hotel! We were greeted by Ben at the front desk who quickly checked us in and immediately made us feel welcomed.   Our room was cheerful and stocked with plenty of towels and quality toiletries. The breakfast, served poolside, had a wide assortment of delicious treats and steaming hot coffee.  Exotic plants and breezes thru palm trees added to the meal, along with friendly, smiling staff members who remembered our names and cared enough to remember the details of the wedding.

If you are looking for a great place to relax or trying to find a great place for a destination place to host a wedding, look no further! This guesthouse is across the street from the Hemingway House that did an outstanding outdoor reception. No need to drive: dance, imbibe under the stars:  don’t worry, they keep the lights on!

We have been traveling to Key West for the last 11 years this was our first time staying at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. It was a beautiful place with a very friendly staff. We were very impressed with our room and loved that it was very quiet. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I chose the Lighthouse Court Hotel as the location for our wedding in March 2014. We stayed in the Hemingway Suite which is a beautiful 2-story apartment with a great wrap around porch. The staff was very helpful while booking multiple rooms for family and friends and during the check in process. The wedding coordinator, Mary, was exceptional and made the entire process so smooth for us. The grounds at the Lighthouse Court Hotel are well maintained and the location is perfect. It is only one block from busy Duval St so everything is easy to walk to yet it is very quiet so you can get a good nights rest.  I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West!

The location of the hotel is really good! The staff very responsive, the room was clean, small but cozy! little things were missing …… In the bathroom should have more shelves, hocks so you can hang the towels after using it, in the shower more shelves so you can put your toiletries.  If they fix those little things it would make the guests more comfortable.

The Internet doesn’t work very well in the rooms.  Overall we enjoyed our stay !

We have been to a few of the Historic Key West Inns properties.  We were pleased with all of them, but this was definitely our favorite!  The staff was kind and welcoming, especially Jeremiah at the front desk.  The property was beautiful, and the continental breakfast excellent!  We liked having the convenience of a cafe & bar on premises, and loved the music playing out by the pool.  Our room was perfect for our stay, and the porch overlooking Whitehead St. was our favorite part.  We would definitely come back to stay here again.  Our only disappointment was to find out we could not reserve a specific room.  We are planning a visit with friends this summer, and were hoping for the loft room.  It is the most convenient for our group of travelers, and fits our needs perfectly.  We would happily pay in full up front to hold the room, but the folks at the front desk told us that was not possible; rooms are assigned on the day of arrival, and no guarantees could be made that we would get that room.  We would also love to have a room with a porch on our next stay alone, but obviously cannot guarantee that either.  Not sure we understand that policy, but would probably choose another place where we know we could get a space that accommodates our crowd.
