This was our first stay at this Inn.  We had two rooms in a very quiet corner on the premise and thoroughly loved the privacy.  The staff we interacted with, mostly the front desk, Rose and Jeremiah,  were very pleasant and helpful.  We were a little disappointed that the bar sometimes closes at 5:00pm and sometimes at 5:30pm.  It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time so as not to miss out on a cocktail or two.  The breakfast choices were great, just enough to get the day started. The rooms were neat and tidy and the bed very comfortable.  I would highly recommend this Hotel and I know for sure that we will be back.

Consistent with your list above:

  • We found Denice to be particularly helpful, courteous and freindly.  A pleasure on the phone and in person.
  • Staff was great, courteous and helpful.
  • Room clean and comfortable.  Housekeeping staff fine, very little interaction, not necessary.
  • Check in and check out processes were smooth and easy; staff very freindly and pleasant.
  • I would definitely recommend Lighthouse Court to a friend.
  • Attraction was to show buddy the Southernmost Point monument, something he wanted to do.
  • Would return to Lighthouse Court again for sure.  Enjoyed it.  $50 incentive discount offer helps.

My name is Pam Hummel, and my daughter and I recently stayed at
Lighthouse Court Hotel on a trip to Key West.

I am writing to let you how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The
staff we dealt with were absolutely wonderful! Jeremiah and Denice are
both assets to have as your front desk receptionists. They were very
helpful in every aspect: accommodating us for an additional night,
keeping our bags while rooms were being changed, giving restaurant
recommendations, setting us up with a rental car, offering suggestions
on events and activities and helping to check us in with our airline.
They made us feel like our enjoyment was just as important to them as it
was to us. As I stated previously, they were wonderful!

On a separate note, I thought I would give you some feedback on our room
situations. We were in two different rooms during our stay. The first,
H3, the room and private bathroom were clean and comfortable. The only
thing I think is worth mentioning, is the carpet. Although it appeared
clean, to the bare foot, it felt like wax, making me think it might not
be as clean as originally thought.

The second room, J1, was a pleasant change. I think the wood flooring
works much better in a place where sand and dirt are just a “given”. The
overall room was clean and comfortable. There are only a few “cosmetic”
things I think are worth mentioning. Because this room is designed for
more occupants, I think having a second mirror would be beneficial.
Currently, the only mirror available is located in the bathroom which
makes it difficult to “get ready” when the bathroom is in use by others.
The shower curtain needs to be slightly longer. The shower water sprays
water out onto the bathroom floor. And last, but not least, a full size
ironing board (in both rooms) would be nice. The small ones are just so
hard to work with.

I hope you do not get offended by my “observations/recommendations”, but
believe me, these few little things were of no real concern to our
enjoyment. I really enjoyed staying with you, and plan to do so again in
the future. I just thought some comments would be helpful to your
continued success.

Thank you, again, for such a great experience! I hope to see you again
soon.

Sincerely,

Pamela Hummel

This was my second spring vacation in the keys and my second visit to the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The location is the perfect distance from the beach, duval street and many other attractions such as The Southernmost Point and the infamous Ernest Hemingway House. Lighthouse provided ear plugs and one of the best continental breakfasts ever. The room was also flawless. Very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time in Key West and staying with you all made it even better.  From sitting on the front porch to breakfast around the pool it was a great experience. Hope to see you next year.

We stayed at the Lighthouse Court hotel and were very pleased with our experience.  We had a king suite that was very comfortable and had plenty of room.  The living room/kitchenette area was spacious.  The room was very clean and nicely prepared for our arrival.  Overall the hotel was well maintained, and very charming.  The breakfast was plentiful for a continental breakfast.  The two most important points about the hotel were that it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great–easy walking distance from southernmost point and from Duval and Mallory Square.  Our experience was wonderful, and we thank the Lighthouse Court staff.

My husband and I loved the Lighthouse Court. We stayed in February of 2014. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Peter was fantastic at the Mojito Bar. The location was perfect and we were walking distance to everything. The only thing that could of made our stay better was having at least one closet, the hooks were great but there was nowhere to hide our bags. This is no reason not to stay here though, the place is great.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Lighthouse Court.  The price was very reasonable, the rooms were small but clean and tastefully decorated, the courtyard was private and comfortable, the staff was warm and inviting, and the location was just perfect!  I don’t have any negatives.  I will go back!

Just spent a week at the Lighthouse Court the room was small but clean: it is a great location if you want to visit historic Key West ; close to Duval Street and an easy walk to Zach Taylor beach. Will definitely stay there again!!

I stayed here last weekend, with some girlfriends.  We rented three rooms and each room was unique and beautiful.  Lots of charm and beauty to this place.  It’s close to all the nightlife, but far enough away to be quiet and not packed.

Great staff too.  Jeremiah at the front desk was very accommodating and super helpful.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
