What an awesome experience all around!  Due to weather conditions our connecting flight from Miami to Key West was cancelled, so our arrival was in the middle of the night, after the office was closed.  But your wonderful staff (Ernesto, I believe?) made arrangements for us to get into the room, and the next morning Brian sat down with me, helped me finalize our plans for the week, and researched options for us.  Pam was also always visible and available for questions.  The grounds are beautiful, the room was lovely, and my children had a wonderful time in the pool. We were visiting Key West for a destination wedding and several members of the wedding party were at Lighthouse Court so the open air breakfasts in the morning were a perfect way to connect at the start of each day.  Next time we visit Key West we look forward to staying with you again!

I have stayed at lighthouse court on 3 separate occurrences. I love the pool, and breakfast selection. I think these are the 2 main amenities that bring us back each time. The room size was comfortable for the amount of days we stayed. However, the mattress and pillows were not adequate this time. The mattress was bumpy and the pillows were flat. Also, there needs to be 2 people in the office during the day hours. Whenever we needed to get our keys (because we have to submit them to the office) no one was in the office. They were out on the property for some reason or changing another car. Lastly, when the room was cleaned they didn’t seem to clean the bathtub. Check-in and Check-out were both easy.

This was the firs time I had any complaints. However, I would definitely stay there again since I had such a pleasant experience the first 2 times. I also would recommend this location to anyone that asks about future accommodations in Key West!

Thank you.

Having been to Key West several times, this was our first stay at Lighthouse Court.  Great location, very helpful staff and comfortable rooms.  The complimentary breakfast was a great way to ease into the day.  Great hotel!

Hey there! Our visit to Lighthouse Court was amazing! Ray the bartender was absolutely fantastic! He was full of useful information and was even willing to write down directions for us on different venues we wanted to see! The housekeeping staff were very friendly! Breakfast was always delicious. The only thing that we were not happy with is the lack of space in our room. We were put in D5 which is a little small. We went to the front office and was told for 30$ more a night we could upgrade. Since we were on our honeymoon, we decided that money could be spent on other things instead of a bigger room. We plan on coming back for our anniversary!!

Good morning,

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to leave a review along with the chance for a 3 night stay. I have visited Key West a few times however this trip was very special, it was a celebration for my older sister’s 30th birthday. It was a girls trip in ages ranging from 26-58 combined of family & friends. We had two rooms and were so happy when we arrived to the charming feel of the rooms. The sizes were great, the beds were comfy and the pool was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was pleasant. It was the perfect location for our family & friends to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We met a lot of great families celebrating  different occasions. One family their daughter’s wedding, a couple on their honeymoon and others vacationing.

It was so great to walk everywhere, very close to Duval! I have a background in the hotel business as well and it was so great to be enjoying my stay at a relaxing location. I also would like to mention how wonderful the woman was who made my reservations. She did everything seamlessly over the phone. I apologize I don’t remember her name.  If I could make one suggestion, perhaps hiring more staff to clean the rooms would help. We didn’t mind at all but due to the high occupancy we were not able to have our room serviced daily because they were just too busy. Like I said, not a deal breaker but is a good suggestion.

We would love to return and stay another long weekend.  Thanks again for a wonderful weekend.

The experience was truly great! Overall, the staff was friendly especially Pete at the bar and Matt, the property manager. Housekeeping was also wonderful and very attentive. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to stay there again. :)

We stayed at the Lighthouse Court on April 20th for our 20th Anniversary. Never having been to Key West it was a challenge picking a place to stay as there are thousands.

We arrived a little early as we were concerned about parking, no problem, found  a few spots and grabbed one. Now be aware if you park on their lot, they keep your keys to move cars as needed. It was a very nice setting right across from the Hemingway House. It was walking distance to almost everything.  We asked for a room away from the street as I am a light sleeper and also requested hardwood floors.

We arrived and were told we had an upgrade, this made us happy figured we were being upgraded for our Anniversary, which we liked. We had one of the cottages right out on the main street. Although it was nice, it was a little noisy, hint earplugs on the night stands. The furniture had some issues, but the room clean and comfortable.

We had a few minor issues and called management after we returned to point out a few items that needed immediate attention and will have to say it took a little while to finally get the right person in charge, but it was handled very well.

After all said and done and since we had a decent experience and the management really cared, we will most definitely stay another visit the next time in Key West.

The Lighthouse Court, across from the Hemingway House and next to the Key West Lighthouse and one block from Duval, is just a wonderful location.  The cottage like atmosphere is very laid back.  The staff was incredibly helpful, from everything from finding parking to suggestions for everything we wanted to do, including eating at an off the beaten path, great restaurant.  I highly recommend the Lighthouse Court.

I stayed at Lighthouse Court Hotel over a long weekend when in town for friends’ wedding at the Hemingway House. You can’t beat the location as it’s directly across the street from the House and also within walking distance of pretty much everything you want to do in Key West. The front desk folks were extremely pleasant when I checked in and gave lots of information. When I checked out they called a cab and it was there within minutes. My room was small but clean and while the bathroom was a little dated looking, I couldn’t complain. They even provided earplugs, which made me a little concerned about what to expect noise-wise, but in the end I didn’t need them even though my room was just off the pool/bar area on the ground floor.  Would definitely go back and probably upgrade to slightly larger room.
