The guest inn is located in a residential neighborhood at the corner of Eaton and Frances Streets in Old Town.  Guestrooms are located on both sides of Eaton Street, and are designated as either Windward Rooms or Leeward Rooms, depending on their location.  Windward Rooms are located on the east side of Eaton Street along with the Lobby and the Pool.  The Leeward Rooms are located on the west side of Eaton Street, just a few steps away.
