My 2nd time staying at the Merlin. I travel alone from Vermont to Key West once a year for Thanksgiving week. Last week I stayed at the Merlin again. Linda and Ken are the best staffers I have ever come across. Both are very personable, friendly and will do anything to make sure my stay was excellent. I love chatting with Ken and Linda has a warm personality and makes you feel at home. The rooms are always clean. The housekeepers are nice and do a great job. The free breakfast and coffee is nice to wake up to. Overall A++ Best in Key West, will stay again. Give Ken and Linda  raise!!
