Chelsea House Hotel – Very Responsive Staff

Our stay at Chelsea House was from December 1-5, 2016. Check in was fine, except that it took the front desk person a few minutes to find the correct form. Another time at the Front Desk, the agent named KATIE was absolutely fantastic in helping me solve a difficult personal problem. The housekeeping staff was extremely responsive and quick to provide needed services and the room was always kept clean and neat and the towels provided with care. While we only took breakfast once or twice, the coffee was very good and the food variety perfect.
We would certainly recommend Chelsea House Hotel to our friends.
