The first impression was the Staff and they are so very helpful. Geoff and his Irish counterpart( sorry forgot his name), but both were most helpful to us on arrival and throughout our entire stay. We also met Linda your Executive Housekeeper and I must say her staff were quite pleasant and the cleanliness was very well done. With 35 years of cleaning experience and as a Master Registered Executive Housekeeper I cannot help but look at the cleaning of our accommodation. They were excellent! We met Betsy and she was so helpful and delightful too. Fancey, our little dog, really enjoyed her visit as well. She received plenty of treats from really nice folks.
You should be proud of your staff and facilities. Let them know everyday they exceed expectations!
