While planning my first trip to Key West, I decided to stay at one of the more traditional inns given the rich historical and cultural background of the area. I choose to stay at the Key Lime Inn after during some research and reading as many reviews as possible. Upon arriving at the inn, I immediately noticed the surroundings and felt I had made the right choice.
While checking in, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, even to the point that my room was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. I found my room to be very spacious and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large. It did not have that cookie cutter feel one finds at the larger corporate hotels, which is the very reason your inn was selected.
The service staff was polite and friendly, was willing to provide any assistance they could.
As part of my check-in, I received a courtesy drink voucher to the Mojito bar at their Lighthouse Court Hotel. And there I met the bartender, Amy. She was delightful and charming, giving her insights to the local culture of Key West.
I found my overall experience to be very enjoyable. I definitely will recommend staying at any of your inns to all my friends who plan to visit Key West in the future.
