The hotel is absolutely beautiful. A perfect location as it’s close enough to minimize walking to Duval or Mallory Square, but not so close that  you hear all the bar crowds. The happy hour offering was delicious and a wonderful way to start our evening each night! The breakfast was also nice with a good variety of options! Our only concern was the street noise, as our room was on the outside and the traffic noise did wake  us up a few times, but that is out of their control. That being said we would stay again in a heartbeat…we’d just remember ear plugs next time.

We are from the Virgin Islands and love to travel to Key West. Our stay at the Cypress House was perfect. Great staff, great property, great location.   We can’t wait to return.

In 2014 we stayed at your Cypress House location,… we also chose to stay this february 2015 as well. Cypress House and its staff are everything a Key West vacation should be! The historic home has been beautifully updated with all modern amenities. The pool, the private balconies and porches, and lounge area all are great. The mornings began with a generous breakfast, and by the afternoon, the happy hour drinks and snacks were very much enjoyed…. all gratis too !! I will be coming back here for a long time, and sending many friends and relatives your way as well.

Thank you, Brent and Diana Delaney

Stayed at the Cypress House over Valentine’s weekend. We had a blast. The location is outrageous!! It is so convenient and close to all the action. The staff was over the top friendly and nice and it was the best Key West experience I have ever had, and I have had many!! I hope to return in the near future as I am a florida resident and it is very doable!!

Thank you to the Albury Court for a spectacular stay with my husband from 2/15 – 2/17. We cannot share enough our feeling of thankfulness and the feeling of being blessed by your hotel customer service and staff. The staff was very gracious to provide an accommodating price to meet our budget during what is considered to be peak season. My husband and I recently married on 12/6/14 in which he is active duty Marine stationed in San Diego and I live in Pensacola, FL. (Due to his upcoming deployment we do not live in the same town). So we planned this mini-honeymoon to reunite after 6 weeks of not seeing each other to spend quality time together before he deploys.

My husband flew overnight on Valentines evening to meet me in Key West on 2/15. We arrived at the hotel full of excitement of the feeling of relaxing and spending some fun in the sun. Upon arrival to the hotel, we soon learned how very cheerful the hotel staff was by providing ear to ear smiles and assisted us with the storage of our luggage as we went to visit the nearby shops. Once we checked into our room, low and behold a bottle of champagne with chocolates congratulating us on our wedding and honeymoon. Never have we felt so welcomed with love and kindness by a hotel. We knew our time would be magical together but the staff at the Albury Court Hotel went above and beyond in making our time lovely together. The room was kept very clean and was quiet which we surely appreciated those moments together. I loved the customer service representatives at the front desk with so many helpful tips to spend our time.

Scott and I plan on returning to the Albury Court hopefully in the next year to spend our anniversary. He is currently deployed in Japan but I have the Albury Court to thank for the great, loving memories with my newly wed husband.

Love in Christ,

Carissa and Scott Vigus

We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to the heart of town and the south side beaches. Very relaxed but still high quality room.

My husband and I had never been to Key West and we weren’t sure what to expect. When we arrived we were greeted by the charming Linda who opened the door to the world of Key West for us with her terrific dining and activities recommendations. We were so taken with the room and the surroundings we decided to stay an extra night. Thank you much for our delightful Key West experience!

Our two bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise.  Two separate sleeping areas, not just beds side by side.  The bathroom was large.  While we did not use the tub for our one night stay, a relaxing bath was tempting.  The room appeared to be recently remodeled, with a refrigerator and sink.  I would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at Key Lime Inn and each time it gets better! Fantastic room, the people there are attentive to every need and very friendly. Won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Key West. Just wish you had more hotels throughout the Keys!! The gals at the desk were ready for us when we got there and were very helpful in finding restaurants in a short walking distance. Quiet location, and very close to Duval and all the attractions. If you want a relaxing stay this is the place!!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in unit 17, starting on February 27, 2015. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful, moving her Jeep to provide us a parking spot–even before we got to our room. All of the hotel staff were similarly courteous and accommodating with questions about the property, advice on attractions, getting around, and restaurants.

To begin with, the Merlin Guesthouse was ideally situated–something we did not appreciate until we got to Key West and began exploring. Our King Suite was clean and pleasant and the housekeeping was as we hoped. Our only quibble was the noisy air conditioner, which we switched off at night, relying on the ceiling fans to keep relatively comfortable. That said, we would recommend this hotel to a friend for its charm and location. The continental breakfast was superb–more than we expected–and the spa was delightful.

We did check out some of the better restaurants, but our favorite was Pisces, about 2 blocks down Simonton St. Cafe Marquesa–also a few blocks away on Simonton–was also good but a bit crowded and noisy with the bar in the dining room. By the way, we found the Old Town Trolley Tour worth the money, particularly with the ability to get on and off at any stop over a 2 day period, but we wish we hadn’t pre-purchased tickets for the Shipwreck and Mel Fisher museums, as they were a disappointment. On the other hand, The Hemingway House ad Museum and the Truman Little White House were more interesting as was the Butterfly conservatory. We also enjoyed the Zachary Taylor State Park–both the fort and the beach.
