This was our first stay at this Inn.  We had two rooms in a very quiet corner on the premise and thoroughly loved the privacy.  The staff we interacted with, mostly the front desk, Rose and Jeremiah,  were very pleasant and helpful.  We were a little disappointed that the bar sometimes closes at 5:00pm and sometimes at 5:30pm.  It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time so as not to miss out on a cocktail or two.  The breakfast choices were great, just enough to get the day started. The rooms were neat and tidy and the bed very comfortable.  I would highly recommend this Hotel and I know for sure that we will be back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cypress House. I would have no hesitation recommending your hotel to others. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. We booked 2 deluxe king rooms but on arrival were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to 2 porch rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. The only negative being other guests chose to use the porches belonging to our rooms for smoking. This has the potential to annoy guests paying full price for the porch rooms but luckily for us we didn’t. We would definitely return to Key West and stay in one of their other Historic Key West Inns again. The hotels wonderfully reflect the relaxed, friendly and stylish nature of the Key’s itself.

We were in Key West recently with friends who had never been there.  Our great time started at the reception at the Key Lime Inn with Gabi and Danielle.  They could not have been more helpful, fun, and loaded with information.  The cottages were super and the location fine.  The entire staff made us feel welcome and at home.  I would certainly recommend the Key Lime Inn.

My husband and I recently spent 5 days at the Key Lime Inn, the first week in March 2014. From the moment of our arrival, we were thrilled with our accommodations. We found plenty of parking space, which is at a premium in Key West, so this was a terrific start to our stay. We  stayed in bungalow 3 and found it to be very clean the air conditioning kept the room plenty cool. The room was very quiet, with no noise from other guests or traffic. We were centrally located and in a walkable distance to Duval street, Hemingway House, Southernmost Point, etc. The daily breakfast by the pool was a nice touch and coffee was available all day long in the reception office.

I am so pleased at the hospitality we received during our stay. The front desk receptionist called a taxi to pick us up when it rained and even let us borrow an umbrella to take to dinner. All in all, we could not have asked for better service and we look  forward to our next stay!

We want to thank everyone at the Chelsea House, we had an amazing time, we had room #9 (chicken little) (3/7-3/9 2014) big enough for the two of us, no closet (lol) but it had a balcony that allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine and relax. Chelsea House locations perfect is closed to  bars, restaurants, shops…WE WILL return soon!!

This hotel was really perfect for our stay. We stayed for just a weekend, 2 nights and 3 days. Upon arrival, the front desk greeted me by first name, having prior knowledge to guests checking in that day. I had read reviews of the hotel prior, saying rooms were too small and not comfortable-so I was a little worried. But, luckily those reviews were very wrong! We loved our room, we thought it had the perfect amount of charm and style. It was very up to date, perfect amount of space for just the two of us. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and the front desk was very informative whenever we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again! It’s within walking distance of Duval Street which was perfect for us as well! I was definitely more than satisfied staying here.

My name is Pam Hummel, and my daughter and I recently stayed at
Lighthouse Court Hotel on a trip to Key West.

I am writing to let you how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The
staff we dealt with were absolutely wonderful! Jeremiah and Denice are
both assets to have as your front desk receptionists. They were very
helpful in every aspect: accommodating us for an additional night,
keeping our bags while rooms were being changed, giving restaurant
recommendations, setting us up with a rental car, offering suggestions
on events and activities and helping to check us in with our airline.
They made us feel like our enjoyment was just as important to them as it
was to us. As I stated previously, they were wonderful!

On a separate note, I thought I would give you some feedback on our room
situations. We were in two different rooms during our stay. The first,
H3, the room and private bathroom were clean and comfortable. The only
thing I think is worth mentioning, is the carpet. Although it appeared
clean, to the bare foot, it felt like wax, making me think it might not
be as clean as originally thought.

The second room, J1, was a pleasant change. I think the wood flooring
works much better in a place where sand and dirt are just a “given”. The
overall room was clean and comfortable. There are only a few “cosmetic”
things I think are worth mentioning. Because this room is designed for
more occupants, I think having a second mirror would be beneficial.
Currently, the only mirror available is located in the bathroom which
makes it difficult to “get ready” when the bathroom is in use by others.
The shower curtain needs to be slightly longer. The shower water sprays
water out onto the bathroom floor. And last, but not least, a full size
ironing board (in both rooms) would be nice. The small ones are just so
hard to work with.

I hope you do not get offended by my “observations/recommendations”, but
believe me, these few little things were of no real concern to our
enjoyment. I really enjoyed staying with you, and plan to do so again in
the future. I just thought some comments would be helpful to your
continued success.

Thank you, again, for such a great experience! I hope to see you again
soon.

Sincerely,

Pamela Hummel

The staff was delightful and very helpful.  Room was clean, but a bit small. Good location, easy walk to the ferry and to Duval street activities.
