My friend and I  stayed at Lighthouse Court for our friends wedding that was held on the property.  It was a great location for a destination wedding.

Check in was easy, and the staff was very friendly,  the most difficult part of the process is parking but luckily we found a place right out front. It is nice that you have a backup plan with your lot though!

The room was quite nice and all the amenities were top notch.  The bed was quite comfortable.  The shower was a little difficult to use and not get water all over the bathroom, more bath mats might be helpful to keep water from getting all over the floor.

Very nice selection at Breakfast and its nice to sit by the pool in the morning and enjoy the atmosphere while eating –  a  great way to start the day.

The hotel’s location make it a great “base camp” for expeditions around Key West.

I enjoyed my time at Lighthouse Court!

My sister and I stayed one night at the Key Lime Inn and were were satisfied with just about everything.  We could only get one channel on the TV and I guess the was because the little box fell behind the TV.  We didn’t ask to have the situation fixed because we were too tired.  The front desk said that would have easily remedied the situation if we would have told them.  I arranged our stay through Nancy at Key West Travel and Tours and she called to see how our stay was and I told her it was excellent.  This inn is far enough from Duval to be quiet and that is important for sleeping.  Hopefully, next time I come to Key West, I will stay 2 or 3 nights.  I would stay here again.

Our group of 7 women friends stayed in a 2 bedroom & a 1 bedroom cottage for 4 nights.  The cottages were clean and inviting.  Plenty of room to hang out & play games in the evenings.  Starting the day with the complimentary breakfast while sitting on the deck was wonderful!  Coming from Wisconsin, we definitely enjoyed the weather at this time of year!  The location of Merlin Guesthouse was great!  1 block from Duval Street, and a couple of blocks walk to catch the Conch Train.  Very convenient to everything!  Staff was knowledgeable, and helpful.  We would definitely stay here again, and some of us plan to return with our husbands.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Key Lime Inn for one night and it was a great experience! Our room was a perfect size (superior queen room) and was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the check in/out process was easy and hassle free. Parking is free in the lot but after you check out you’re not allowed to park there anymore so you have to pay for street parking. It’d be great if they allowed designated street parking for hotel guests at least for the rest of the day after you’ve checked out.  Breakfast wasn’t anything crazy, just cereals, pastries, toast, fruit and coffee and tea but it’s free so why not.

The location couldn’t be any better.  We were such a short walk away from everything in key west and Duval is only about 2 blocks away.

Some great places to eat nearby are the sunset pier, conch republic,  blue heaven and Santiago’s bodega. Better than sex is the best dessert restaurant and anyone who comes to key west should try it out.  It’s important to make reservations for most places otherwise you may not get a seat.

Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return to the key lime inn if we’re ever back in key west!

The only thing wrong was that we only had three days there…that’s all we could afford to stay …and I think Melissa deserves a raise for her help and personality..thanks for your hospitality…Dave and Colleen

This hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here! The one bedroom cottage was very spacious with a huge living area and full kitchen. The back bedroom was a little noisy in the morning, and the pull-out coach was adequate but still a couch. The room and grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of outdoor space to enjoy, like porches and patios. Nice continental breakfast served daily. Great guest service. Parking not a problem.  Walking distance to everything. Lee was super helpful, checking us in over the phone when we were running late! We will be back to hang out on the shady patio and front porch! ;)

Could not have asked for a better experience.  I wish I could remember the names of all the people.  They were all so kind and friendly.

We decided to stay an extra night in Key West and were saddened to hear that our room was not available, but there was one at the Chelsea House right next door.

When we were welcomed at the Chelsea, they knew all about us.

I don’t get to take trip like this often, but my lovely bride and I both commented, that we have found “our vacation spot”.  Thank you so much for making our vacation/wedding special.  Thanks for the champaign as well :)

Your staff at both places deserve a huge round of applause!

When we come back to Key West we will definitely stay at Lighthouse Court or try one of the other of their Historic Key West Inns hotels.  We were only there 2 nights but everything was great.  Great service from the front desk to the bar to the housekeeping crew.  It’s close enough to the action but just off the path enough to be quiet too. We sat out around the pool and our room and at times it seemed like our own private paradise…. Thanks for making our first trip to Key West so lovely.

LOVE  LOVE LOVE LOVE…   STAFF, THE KING ROOMS MAGNIFICENT!!!   DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE :)

Staff that was exceptional, kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, were:

Daniel – due to the length of our stay, tried to move us from a standard room to a king, however, all her efforts and the busy season was unable to move us.   We did not ask this of her, and just the fact she tried to do this for us, meant a lot to us.  Also, gave us the best restaurant advice ever for the Blue Heaven.  I ate there almost every day.

Michelle
Melissa
Gabby

What else can I say, but friendly, over accommodating and very patient.  An excellent staff that made our experience what it was.

We do not have to look any further for a place to call home on our next trip. (only if I get room 7)   :)

I hope everyone enjoyed us as their guests.

Thank you for a wonderful establishment, and you web page indicating the true presence of the Key Lime Inn, and not just a pretty picture.

I hope you have a great day, and thank you for having us
