I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is the cable TV didn’t work well the first night but was fixed by morning.

My stay at the Key Lime Inn was outstanding. Since the moment I arrived I felt welcome and appreciated.

I would be very happy to recommend this Inn and will look forward in staying there whenever I go back to Key West.

The location on Simonton is great just one block away from Duval and short distance to Truman. We stayed 3 nights and had only 1 where some other guests were a little loud with their issue but I don’t think that is normal for this place. The people working there were very friendly and made our reservation for a cab very early in the morning to the airport. The room was a cute and non-traditional as we expect and fun and clean every day. The pool is small so if you expect big, don’t be surprised. The pool area and garden with tables where you can eat a light breakfast is beautiful. We have also had our Uncle stay at their Chelsea House Hotel so we may choose it or this one next time.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. I wish breakfast was offered earlier than 8. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We had a lovely time at the Chelsea House and we loved the facilities, the friendly staff, the pool and, of course, the great location.  Unfortunately my partner’s sunglasses were damaged (they were just outside our room) and it would have been nice for someone to have come back to us after we explained we thought someone working on the air con next door may have accidentally damaged them.  Also, it would be nice to have some plain bread at breakfast if possible.  However, don’t take any of this to mean we didn’t absolutely love our stay!  I would come back in a heartbeat and definitely recommend you to anyone coming within 500 miles of Key West.  In Key West, we loved the tour of the Truman House – a really brilliant and informative hour.

Our room was lovely although the bathroom door was weighted so closed loudly which probably annoyed the adjoining room when we forgot! It was lovely to have an area outside to sit.

You also have lovely guests – we had some fascinating conversations around the pool.  Please thank your lovely staff for a great stay.

I booked a one-night stay for a birthday girl’s trip down to Key West in July. I have visited Key West several occasions before but never stayed in a bed and breakfast. This was my first time, and it won’t be my last. I would like to mention that both myself and my friend work for 5 star hotels in Palm Beach so our expectations started off high.

From the first moment, I was amazed at the walking proximity from The Cypress House to Duval Street, and all the little restaurants, and shops we wanted to visit! We were greeted by a very warm front desk associate who explained to us everything about parking, complimentary happy hour/breakfast, and even gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We inquired about early check-in. They mentioned they will do their best, and allowed us to stow our baggage there while we went to grab a quick lunch. Not long after we received a phone call that our room was ready and we returned to Cypress House. We were given a room overlooking the beautiful pool area. Now I am not sure if this was the gorgeous room I actually booked or we were given a birthday special upgrade but this room was spectacular! We even had our own beautiful patio area! Also left for us was two little champagne bottles wishing us a happy birthday. This little touch really meant a lot to us!

We also had the chance to try out the complimentary happy hour (Yum margaritas!) and the delicious breakfast that had all the essentials (those local bagels were amazing)!

At the end of our stay another lovely front desk associate told us we were more then welcome to stow our bags there even after we checked out, and invited us to come back for the pool and happy hour! Now this truly was a wow factor. We felt the touch of great customer service even AFTER check out. Bravo! And did I mention we were even able to check out an hour later then the usual check out time?

In all we could of not been more pleased with our stay. We experienced 5 star customer service through-out our stay. Everyone who worked at Cypress House was extremely accommodating providing the type of service that will blow you away. I would of spent times two they money I did and been extremely pleased with everything.

Cypress House Hotel, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay SO special, and making us feel like Queens on our little getaway! Cannot wait to come and enjoy it again soon!

We had a nice stay at Albury Court. The staff was freindly, the room was clean, well kept, and updated; the bed was comfortable. We would definately stay here again. They do a great job!

This is our third trip to Key West and each time we have stayed at one of the 6 Historic Key West Inns hotels, and each time we have enjoyed our accommodations. The rooms are always in good shape, and the service is prompt and courteous. We have recommended the Historic Key West Inns hotels to all of our friends and many have responded positively about our suggestion. My one piece of advice for you at Albury Court is to purchase a golf cart like vehicle so that you may provide a shuttle service for your guests. This would be particularly helpful for handicapped or senior citizens. Another small thing that you might do to make your guests more comfortable is to provide a little more shade around the pool and dining area. My suggestions are small but both add to the atmosphere and enjoyment of your guests.

Looking for the perfect location to enjoy all that Key West has to offer?  Look no further than Cypress House Hotel located just steps away from historic Duval Street!

When you first arrive at Cypress House, you are welcomed like an old friend and taken on a tour of this historic hotel.  Each room is unique and has charming wood-paneled walls and ceilings and very comfortable furnishings.  The bed was incredibly comfortable and I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow!  And, unlike many local hotels, Cypress House has full-sized showers and bathrooms!

Your stay at Cypress House includes a complimentary breakfast of local breads, fruits, cereals and coffee.  And, the Liming hour is also a great way to kick start your evening in Key West with great food and a daily drink offering!

Cypress House is located a stone’s throw from Duval Street which makes for quick access to the bars, restaurants and fun of Key West.  It’s easy access allows for quick pit stops back to your room if you need to refresh your drink or to jump in the pool to cool off on a hot day.

The incredibly friendly staff at Cypress House helped my party with great restaurant recommendations and event set us up with bike rentals when we arrived.  And, they also assured us that if we needed anything that they were available 24/7.

This is my second stay at a Historic Key West Inns hotel and definitely not my last!  The staff, comfortable rooms and great location makes it the best choice for a weekend getaway!
