We had time for two days in Key West, and the Key Lime Inn was a very relaxed and very nice place to stay. Good facilities, nice room. Breakfast buffet was acceptable.

We were a group of six family members who spent a weekend at Merlin Guesthouse; the Merlin was perfect for our first visit to Key West. The visit began with a wonderful welcome from Linda and continued with our rooms and a real treat, a Kurieg in our rooms! The location is perfect, a block away from Duval Street and in walking distance of the waterfront and many restaurants. We took the Key West Express and took advantage of the services of Paradise Porters, again Linda was very helpful with that service. Great time, great staff, perfect weekend! !

This was the 2nd year in a row that my wife and I stayed at Chelsea House and we loved it. The recently added hammock to the porch was a great addition! The staff is amazingly trained and customer service is high on the list of traits they focus on! As the president of a service industry business I was impressed!  The company seems to have a good culture and hiring practice that leaves the guests feeling well taken care of.  The rooms have a historic and yet modern sense.  I am not looking for fancy TV’s or stereos in Key West.  I look for old hardwood floors and comfortable beds.  They have both! The location is incredible and the grounds are well managed and lush. We are so impressed with the company we are looking at booking a month long stay in one of there monthly rental properties.

My wife and I stayed at Key Lime Inn for two nights in February of 2015.  The property was very nice.  Front desk staff, bell man, lady at the continental breakfast were all very friendly and helpful.  The continental breakfast was good and they also gave us rain ponchos on the rainy day.  I liked staying in a small room with private walls versus a hotel room where you hear others.  The location was also conveniently located to most things so you don’t really need a car.  Only thing I wish they had was a hot tub but other than that, everything was great.

Close to Duval Street, can walk to most attractions.  Clean rooms,  a bit small but who stays in the room much. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice patio/pool area. Breakfast bar ok. I would go back again.

This was my husband’s and I first time in Key West; it was too short! We had only a one night getaway at Cypress House. Customer service was superior by all the staff, even the pool cleaners were accommodating. They allowed us to use the hotel amenities even after checkout including luggage storage. The location was close to all the action of the island, with great privacy and quietness when needed. Liming hour was an opportunity to rest before the nightlife began. We will definitely be coming back next year, hopefully longer if  the grandparents can manage the kids. :)

My husband and I stayed at Key Lime Inn from Monday Feb 16 until Friday Feb 20.  From the time we arrived, we were given useful information from the front desk personnel.  When Clement helped us to our room he helped with additional places to eat and things to do and see.  We cannot say enough about Clement, who helped my husband and I with my husband’s scooter and checked on us because my husband was ill the first night we were there.  Clement continued to check and make sure we had everything we needed the entire stay.  We enjoyed our trip to Key West tremendously and are thankful that Clement was there to help us through the rough times.

There are few places in Key West which offer tranquility, privacy, and a peaceful night’s sleep away from swarms of vacationers. If you’re looking for a balance between tropical seclusion and proximity to the hot spots of Key West, The Chelsea House is a perfect match.

This historic inn seamlessly blends modern amenities with historic ambiance. While the rooms are historic, they maintain a level of comfort which surpasses most other accommodations in the area. The quaint nature of this Whitehead Street hotel provides for a refreshing stay that is removed from the Duval crawl, but close enough to the bars should you desire a pirate punch during happy hour.
