The Key Lime Inn was fantastic! We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was adorable. Continental Breakfast is served, and while we did not use the pool, it was a great sitting area and a nice option considering the heat. It is a two block walk to the going out areas when it is hot and humid out, but there is a bike rental down the street which made it super easy to move about the island. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Albury Court.  Great location, especially if you take the Key West Express ferry.  Convenient walk to all points of interest.  Exceptionally friendly and helpful office staff. Rooms attractive, clean and fresh.  Nice continental breakfast offered at poolside side location.  Wheelchair-accessible room worked well for us.  Charming Key West tropical feel to the property.

We did have a problem with the refrigerator which was reported to the front desk. The woman took care of it immediately while we were still at breakfast. She told us it did seem cold enough but will put another larger one in the room also. Perfect! Unfortunately my wife gave the wrong room number. This was also taken care of within the hour. The gentleman who delivered it (british accent) was professional and refused an offered tip.
Happy to recommend your place.

Unfortunately, we were only here for one night, but it was absolutely worthwhile. The house in the historic Key West Style is completely renovated inside, the rooms are super modern and clean. Sitting on the terrace for a beer is a special experience (anyone who walks past is envious). The location close to Duval Street and the harbor is the best anyway.
The breakfast is very good and inclusive, the pool is surrounded by tropical gardens.
The staff was very courteous and friendly.
We can recommend the Cypress House and will come back another time.

A very nice small hotel with great beautifully furnished rooms, large bathrooms and a large terrace for each room.

The pool area was very nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Gladly again…

My husband and I spent 5 days at this hotel.  It was wonderful the staff was so friendly.  Room was spotless and kept spotless by the cleaning staff every day.  Leyana (hope I spelled it right) was a doll. All questions we asked were answered.  We will defiantly book with this hotel again.

Our 4 day stay in Key West, was awesome, and the Merlin Guesthouse was absolutely amazing. Our room was Room 17, and it was just prefect, just one block from Duval Street. When we visit Key West in the future, without a doubt the Merlin Guesthouse will be where we stay. Thank you for making my wife’s first trip to Key West, the best birthday ever.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Key West over Labor Day weekend and our whole experience at the Cypress House was great from time of making the reservation until check-out.  I called to make my reservation and the woman on the phone was very helpful and delightful (note to Florida residents: they *do* have a resident discount so actually picking up the phone is well worth it). We were running a little late and very nicely Jacob at the front desk called to make sure we didn’t need to arrange for someone to be there after 10pm to check us in. I will say check-in was a little hard to find, but that was only because we arrived after dark and were relaying a little too heavily on our GPS.  In daylight it’s super obvious. Check-in was a breeze and Jacob walked us to our room and carried my bag.

The room decor was really nice,  a wonderful mix of modern and historic. We were in room 1 which is at ground level and at an intersection, and I do have to say if you don’t plan to be out until all hours of the night it would probably be a good to request a different room as it could be a little loud at times from the stop-n-go of traffic. The hotel provided breakfast which was yummy and had different options both days we were there.  The location is extremely convenient to Duval Street (and the general tourist area), and it’s extremely easy to just leave your car in the off-site parking garage and walk around your whole visit.  The Butterfly Conservatory is the furthest away we walked and that was *maybe* 20 min (although we’re both quite tall and fast walkers).  Within a 10 minute walk is a heavenly restaurant called  Seven Fish which I would *highly* recommend, we were still talking about it a week later. We also had lunch at the Grand Key West Cafe which is a nice little escape from the madness of Duval St (delicious lemonade).  We were checked-out by a lovely young woman whose name I think started with a ‘M’ (Monica maybe??).

My only regret is we couldn’t stay another day and have a chance to enjoy the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West.

It was great to be back in Key West, but with a superb touch of attention and kindness at Albury Court. Everything was perfect: excellent breakfast, relaxing at fresh swimming pool, comfortable and quiet room, in a unique location and with a appreciated availability.

From the minute we walked in we felt like we were the most important guests on the property. check in was super fast but time was taken for explanations and questions. extra things were done like warming up a boxed supper to printing out our boarding passes for our return flight home. tourists need outstanding care and service and your front desk people certainly provided that. i wish every hotel provided what you did.
