We arrived at the Key Lime Inn on June 29th & were completely surprised to find the staff had put Champaign on ice into our room and a nice note congratulating us on our 31st anniversary, which came as a total surprise. We had spent our Honeymoon in Key West over 30 years prior and had come down 8 times over the years watching Key West growing each and every time we visited, always warm and friendly. We are aware of the tourist environment as we live less than 15 minutes from the Disney Complex here in Florida near Orlando. Devon, being raised in Key West, answered our questions & filled us in on the things to do and sights to see, she & Samantha were great at the front desk as MOD’s with Elsa keeping our room in perfect condition, we couldn’t be more pleased. Check in & out were a breeze & the iguana sunning with us poolside set the mood for a great get away. When the opportunity presents itself we will definitely be staying at the Key Lime Inn! Thank You for all you did from service to attention to detail which made our stay that much more enjoyable.
Kudos Ms. Fondriest to you and your staff – job well done!

The Chelsea House is a beautiful hotel and a nice pool, right off of Duval street. Location is excellent, staff is excellent. Be sure to have them get some bikes delivered to you!

Our recent stay at the Key Lime Inn was wonderful. All the staff members we met were polite, courteous and professional. You couldn’t help but smile and feel good whenever you interacted with them.  They always asked how they could help make our stay memorable. The room was terrific. The care of the housekeeping staff to ensure our room was perfect upon our return was quite evident. The location made it very easy to see any part of the town with a relatively short walk. A big THANK-YOU to all of you at the Key Lime Inn. We will be sure to come back and visit again!

We have been staying at one of the Historic Key West Inns hotels for years now, because we know that the experience will be great! Rooms are always clean & well-maintained, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and should a problem arise, it will be attended to immediately!

Check-in/out is always a smooth, painless process. I’ve even had to extend a stay a couple times, and it was handled painlessly. Housekeeping staff are always fast & efficient.

We always recommend that friends & relatives select one of the Historic Key West Inns hotels when visiting Key West. Key Lime Inn and Chelsea House top our list! We’ve also stopped at Lighthouse Court, and it looks really nice, but we’ve just not had occasion to stay there.

Among our favorite restaurants is Latitudes, located on Sunset Key.

Key Lime Inn is a comfortable, colorful resort. Love the turquoise and lime colors everywhere. Beds were very comfortable. Surprisingly, the tv was HD. Free parking and continental breakfast. 2 blocks from center of Duval Street. Easy walking distance.

I will admit my plan was to visit Key West for the day. To my knowledge every place was reserved. Upon arrival into the historic center I passed several Inns with vacancy signs. I swung around and tried the 1st one, I liked the name, Key Lime Inn. The receptionist was very welcoming, and although not pet friendly, my emotional support animal was allowed. I was given cottage #2 which epitomized quaintness, and the private patio was an added treat. Every worker on the property greeted both of us with a smile, a truly memorable experience. I would definitely return. I have stayed at several Inns in Key West and the Key Lime Inn is hands down my favorite thus far.

Scott and the other manager were both a delight, setting the tone for the visit as soon as we walked in. The use of historic hotel furnishings vs. antiques was an excellent move; most comfortable bed ever!  The ability to park our motorcycle on the property was greatly appreciated.  Just a wonderful experience staying the main house and being upgraded to the 3rd floor king was also a nice treat; we’re probably spoiled now… even considering the “stair master workout” 3-4 times a day!!!  Just can’t say enough about how pleased we were; we even extended an extra night because of the Cypress House experience.

This was the perfect place to stay at. Just far enough from Duval St but not too far. The staff were all so nice to us during our stay in the Keys. Very clean and comfortable bed. Would love to come back someday. I would definitely stay at the Key Lime Inn if and when I come back to Key West. Thank you.
