When we arrived in front of Merlin Guesthouse, while in search of a parking spot, Kenneth called over to ask us if we were staying at Merlin. As we said yes, Kenneth directed us around the block to park adjacent to Merlin.  FABULOUS!  Throughout our stay Kenneth and our breakfast coordinator were excellent hosts.  We enjoyed our loft overlooking the pool.  The pool & breakfast garden areas were quite relaxing, especially for a few hours after our Sunset Cruise that Kenneth attained reservations for us.  Merlin was so central to all of Key West’s major attractions.  We would certainly return to Merlin Guesthouse again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cypress House!  We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was our very first visit to the Florida Keys.  The accommodations were everything we hoped they would be.  I was a bit nervous about booking our reservation on-line without ever having been to Key West before, but those nerves were put to rest as soon as we entered the office.  The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.  We stayed in Room 4 and especially enjoyed our seating area on the front porch where we could just sit, relax, and enjoy each others company.  The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated having choices other than just cereal, fruit, and pastries.  We will certainly recommend your establishment to our friends and family.  Thanks again!

We stay at the Albury every time we come to Key West. Good location for us since we usually come on the Ferry from Ft. Myers …

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and gave us suggestions on where to eat close by.  Room was nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel.  Nice breakfast in the morning by the pool.  Had everything we needed for our stay in Key West.  Thanks!

First of all, let me say that i had a wonderful time at the Chelsea House. There is just one negative point in my stay. I feel that the rooms are too close.  We are able to hear our neighbors, and vice a versa. There was a point that our neighbor knocked on our wall beacuse maybe the tv was too loud, or maybe we were. But it is an historic house which has charm. Besides that, the stay was very pleasant. The continental breakfast was great and fulfilling.

I have to stress the fact that, we stayed in a location where we are able to just leave our rental parked for the majority of trip, and just walk everywhere.

It really made us feel like true locals. Thank You.

All personnel we dealt with were very polite and helpful. It turned out to be a good location for what we did. We didn’t have a vehicle and walked every place. The room was pleasant and noise was not a problem. We enjoyed our time in Key West and the Key Lime Inn helped with the adventure.

We were very pleased with the hotel (especially our room), the staff and the location!  Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

I stayed at the Chelsea House about 8 years ago – this is my first time at the Merlin. It was a nice stay – layout, pool and the staff were all great and friendly. The only problem we encountered was with the hot water – for some reason the hot water lasted for most of the way through one person’s shower (there were four of us in the two rooms sharing the one bathroom) and would remain cold for hours afterwards. We ended up staggering showers – some in the morning and some in the evening and that seemed to work. Not sure what was going on there. Otherwise we had no problems.

Although we were only with you one night, we found your hotel to be delightful.  The staff was very helpful (calling ahead of time and during our stay).  The children enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after a long day of walking Key West.  The complimentary continental breakfast the next morning was great too.  It filled us all up until lunch.  The hotel was very close to Duval Street and all the sights of Key West.  On-sight parking was a definite plus.  We would definitely return again.
