We have stayed at Key Lime Inn twice this year and each time it had been wonderful. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of your staff-particularly your front desk staff.  They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have obviously been well trained and are dedicated to the concept of hospitality. We try to get to Key West at least once a week and would not stay anywhere else. The property is beautiful, the rooms are nice and breakfast is enjoyable. However it is your staff that defines the personality of your inn.

The hotel was great. It was clean. The location was great. We walked everywhere. Free parking on the side of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Kenneth was working on our last day. He made us feel like at home. I will most definitive come back to the Merlin Guesthouse.

The hotel was fabulous and all the staff were friendly and helpfull. As a visitor from England I thought the prices of hotels and restaurants were extremely expensive. Which is probably why Brits do not visit this part of the world so often. Lovely hotel, though.

Great location – centrally located so that walking to Atlantic or Gulf coasts was only 10 to 20 minutes.  The staff – very friendly and helpful in suggestions of things to see, to do, directions and places to eat.  From the desk staff to the person who was repairing the front steps.

Accommodations – very comfortable and quiet with parking ON SITE.  This was very important to us.  Breakfast was good with good presentation – eating poolside – with a good selection of items plus rolls w/ ham and cheese inside them.

The main purpose of our stay was going out to see Dry Tortugas National Park.  This is a must.  The park has Ft Jefferson which is steeped in history and some great snorkeling. We took the boat out and back and they had a great breakfast and lunch on board. We liked eating at Camilles, 7 fish, and Caroline’s plus a couple of other places.  If we ever go back to Key West – we would definitely stay at Key Lime Inn again.

Dear Cypress House team,

We would like to thank you for the fantastic welcome you gave us and always present for all our questions with a big smile.

Thank you for the all the tips on dinners, activities and on Key West in general.

If you decide to book a room, we recommend the house with the purple shutters with a beautiful porch.

A nice detail is also the daily Happy Hour at the pool.

We won’t forget our trip and would recommend the hotel to all the people who would like to stay in the city close to all cultural and watersports activities.

A bientôt & merci!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to let you and your management know that my wife and I had a great stay at your Chelsea House hotel last week (Nov 13 – 17). The room and amenities were good, but even more impressive – your staff was great!
The folks we ran into around your hotel greeted us in a very warm and engaging manner.  Always courteous and helpful. But, I want to call special attention to your front desk staff and Ms. Lyenna in particular.  She greeted you when you walked into the lobby, immediately offered to help and took time to provide great information.  She was very professional in all my dealings with her. She is a PRO!!

I travel extensively (70 to 90 nights a year)  for work, both domestic and internationally, and she stands out as a star who could work in any 5 star resort.

We look forward to coming back and will also be referring our friends.

Regards,
Lee Fagot

This was our first stay at Albury Court Hotel.  We arrived to a friendly greeting at the front desk.  Quick check-in process.  This property is truly a gem in Key West.  Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet location made our stay delightful.  Parking seems to be sparse,  however, we found a spot and never moved our car for the duration of our stay.  The Continental breakfast poolside was a perfect way to start the day.  Will definitely return!

Went for our 25th wedding anniversary.  What a great location.  We were around everything.  It was nice leaving your room and stepping out onto a beautiful wooden porch that overlooked Caroline Street.  It made you feel like you were a “Conch”!

Would definitely go back.
