Had a great time in Key West, we were greeted by Ernesto who made checking in effortless.  He is friendly and informed us of all the amenities in the hotel as well as the events happening that day.  Ernesto is an asset to your company.

We’ll be back soon, the hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and the location is perfect.

We moved from the beautiful state of FL. in 2010 and had not made our yearly trip to the Keys and the Key Lime Inn in almost 7 years. We decided that it had been too long and scheduled a trip south last week.

The Key Lime Inn was just as we remembered! Terrific location, adorable cottage rooms, amazing breakfast and an a staff that exceeded expectations. Everyone we encountered from the terrific lady who booked our reservation to the efficient front desk manager and the thorough housekeeping staff made our 3 days in Key West so worth the 600 mile drive from South Carolina. We will be back and will be continuing to recommend the Key Lime Inn to everyone headed to Key West!

I stayed at the Merlin Guest House for 4 nights in October. My stay has been really pleasant: the guest house location is perfect, near Duval Street. The ambience is also good, I liked the style of the house and all the plants and palms by which it is surrounded. My room was very comfortable, well equipped and always clean. The staff, too, has always been kind but unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the people I talked to. The only negative point I’d like to share is the breakfast, which I didn’t like, but probably it’s because I’m Italian and I’m not used to American breakfast, so this fact won’t influence my positive opinion. I left a piece of my heart in Key West, I hope to come back in the future. Moreover, I’m a travel agent and sure I’ll suggest the Merlin Guesthouse to my clients.

Thank you, and best regards

The Chelsea House Hotel is a great spot for a getaway. Beautiful historic houses and on a property with a few other buildings. Rambling porches provide nice spots to sit at night and the pool courtyard is a nice refreshing spot. Our room had a beautiful old fireplace. The staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn. Aesthetics are important to me, and I found our room perfectly epitomized Key West. Daniel and Micheall greeted us warmly and offered pertinent advice. In fact, all the staff were warm, helpful, and courteous. We enjoyed your generous continental breakfast around the pool. All in all your hotel provided a quiet oasis in the wonderful, lively island activity.

My friends and I recently visited Key West to run the KW Halloween Half Marathon, originally scheduled a week later, race officials changed the date just a few months prior to the race.  Having booked through a 3rd party company, they were incredibly unhelpful, I called the Chelsea House Hotel directly, and explained what had happened, and the person I spoke to went above and beyond to help me.  I wish I could remember her name now.  While the Chelsea House could not accommodate all three rooms we needed for our stay, she checked with their sister hotels to see if another could.  We found out their Lighthouse Court Hotel was available and could meet our needs.  I can’t thank her enough for actually caring about what we were going through!!

Our stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel was perfect.  The location is amazing, the folks at the front desk are wonderful.  Kyrell was wonderful upon checking in.  Check in takes a little while, but it’s worth it, as he gave us a thorough overview of the hotel and where everything was.  We were right across the street from the Hemingway House, just a few blocks from the Green Parrot and the Truman House.  There is a great rooftop deck & bar just one block down.  Not to mention this falls in the middle of the island so you’re a mile from Higgs Beach, or a mile from Mallory Square.  It was PERFECT!!!  The only negative comment I have is that while I am grateful to have everything well lit at night, my friends as well as myself were frustrated with the amount of light that shined into our hotel rooms.  There are blinds over the windows but they allow a lot of light to shine in. So if they would add some sliding “black out” shades like most hotels have or heavy duty curtains this would have been absolutely perfect.  Overall, I highly recommend the Lighthouse Court Hotel, you will enjoy your visit to KW immensely!
