We were at the Key Lime Inn for one night, and wish it could have been for several more. We were warmly received at the registration desk, and our room was very nice. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the pool and pool area attractive.

After arriving in Key West and finding that our vacation rental, reserved and paid for on-line, was a scam, we were thinking of where we could stay. Luckily, I visit Key West, at least, once a month, so I knew we’d be OK. I had stayed at the Chelsea House, one of the Key West Historic Inns properties, which was lovely.

We were close to the Albury Court. We were very lucky to get a room, as there were three major events taking place in town. When we checked in, we were told we were the second group THAT DAY that were victims of cybercrime. There were three of us, a girls week, and our spirits were not to be dampened! Our room was perfect for us, #22, two queen beds, one with a fireplace, two TVs, two separately operated air conditioners, very quiet, a kitchen, huge bathroom with lots of counter space, a jacuzzi, and big walk-in shower, quite spacious, and Rusk bath products. There is also a semi-private patio for this room. Two suggestions, if possible, add a full-length mirror, perhaps on back of bathroom door, or, in the back bedroom. The other is that the floor around the outside of the shower needs a good scrubbing, some mildew.
There is a lovely pool area, almost like a private backyard, where continental breakfast is offered in the mornings. Albury Court is conveniently located, close to Duval St, Front St, etc. I do believe they are pet friendly, as well. If you have a car, street parking is not always available close by, especially on weekends, but, the public parking garage is very close, across the street, $13 a day. We parked there, never moved. Worth it for us. The entire staff was so kind and sympathetic to our circumstances, making changes to accommodate our extended stay, which I do realize is not always possible.

If you want that magical, relaxed Key West vibe, then Albury Court is a must.

We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay.  Rooms tasteful & clean; loved the coffee and breakfast.  Lynn at front desk gets our “service beyond expectations” award. She deftly took care of airline boarding passes, but especially had coffee & breakfast out early on our day of departure.  25 of us all packing into our two vans for 7:45 departure north.  That really helped us a lot.

Everyone hopes that the place they pick to stay while on vacation will be clean and pleasant.  Albury Court exceeded our expectations.  Our room was exceptionally clean and quite pleasant.  We had everything that we had hoped for.  When we  arrived, we were not able to actually get a room, however the staff was very pleasant.  They even offered to keep our luggage for us until our rooms were ready.  They also keep our luggage after we checked out until our boat set sail.  We would definitely recommend Albury Courts and already have to several people.  We will definitely stay at Albury Courts on our next trip to Key West.

Had a great time in Key West!! Stayed in cottage 19 and the place was more than we expected. Clean, well appointed, and quiet.  The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean. Breakfast was just enough to kickstart the day. The Key Lime Inn was perfect for our short stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.  I’ll be giving you a great review!

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at Merlin Guesthouse.  The location is perfect –not to close to the noise, not too far from the fun at either end of Duval.  The rooms are clean, the staff is great, and we enjoy the relaxing breakfast.

One SNAFU.  There were three of us using the cottage with the pull-out sofa.  We were not told (until we were leaving) that there was a pad that we could have gotten to put on top of the uncomfortable mattress (which was more like a box spring).

The atmosphere down to the staff; all were awesome and exceeded expectations. I could not think higher of the experience and time we had there. If you go to Key West and have a bad time, then you have a personal problem.

Thanks,

MB

I stayed here last weekend, with some girlfriends.  We rented three rooms and each room was unique and beautiful.  Lots of charm and beauty to this place.  It’s close to all the nightlife, but far enough away to be quiet and not packed.

Great staff too.  Jeremiah at the front desk was very accommodating and super helpful.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
