We had a wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating as we needed late arrival. We did have a problem w/ the AC but they quickly fixed everything. We love to stay here and always feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you!

We spent a couple of nights here over fourth of July weekend. When checking in, everyone was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble – I fatally made an Amazon order, which meant that a few items were shipped in four oversized boxes. I was expecting some grumbling, but was greeted with smiles and was told that it was no problem at all. For the first time ever, when tipping I was told it wasn’t necessary.

Room was large, airy and very comfortable. Great bathroom, which was really clean. Also had a small kitchenette, which was a plus as my husband and I like to buy water to keep in the room. Lovely Rusk toiletries (which I have since bought some of). Bed was not too firm, and not too soft – just right. Housekeeping were very friendly.

Location was absolutely wonderful, and amongst a lot of quaint traditional ‘Key Westers’. One block from Duval Street so quiet at night, even though we were on the street level.

Very friendly on check out – we were sad to leave. We can’t wait to stay with you again!

This was our 4th year at the Chelsea House and (like all other years) it was a very pleasant place to call home for the week. It is clean, well maintained and the people who work there are very, very nice. It is just off the beaten path enough to be away from the noise but a block away from the fun. I will be back next year for another week of relaxation.

I would highly recommend the Key Lime Inn to anyone visiting Key West… it’s a great place for singles, couples or families. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is crisp and clean, the staff is highly accommodating and the rooms are quaint and well kept. We stayed in one of the free-standing bungalows and enjoyed sitting on the side patio at night under a canopy of tropical trees. No need to rent a car, bike or scooter and you’re within easy walking distance to Duval and other attractions.

I spent 3 nights in Cypress House and I can affirm that this place is unforgettable. Starting from our room that was just beautiful and cozy, perfectly adorned and the bed was too comfortable. The location is just the best, perfectly located to reach everything you need! Another thing is the breakfast: loved it for sure!! Biscuits were one of my favorites and the personnel are nice and helpfull every time. Would like to come back as soon as I can. Best 3 nights ever.

Just wanted to let everyone know, I have stayed in Key West about a dozen different times.  My girlfriend and I got in late Friday night and it was storming, we were drenched and had our two small dogs.  There was a mix up with which hotel we were at but the front desk manager was able to get us up into our room even though we had the dogs and saved us from being in the street much longer in the rain.  Our pets were sick as well and they were very helpful in finding the closest emergency vet.  I’ll have to say when we first arrived to the location in the rain, it did not look as nice as we had hoped.  When we walked into our room, though, it felt like all of the other bad things in our day had never happened.  The room was immaculate!  The staff was great, location was great, hotel was great, would stay again in a heart beat!

My husband and I had a quick, fun run to Key West while on a business trip to Marathon. We saw Merlin Guesthouse and stopped in to see if they had availability. Kenneth greeted us warmly and offered us a lovely room. He was so friendly, entertaining and kind. He told us great places to eat and we went to an Italian restaurant that he suggested. It was delicious. We had a restful, quiet nights sleep and in the morning, we were again greeted by Kenneth by the breakfast area. We all swapped life stories and enjoyed a complimentary breakfast in a tropical garden setting. My husband had to work and off we went. I will love to recommend this guest house to anyone and hope to visit again soon.

We stayed at the Key Lime Inn for three nights, and it was a great and relaxing stay. Check in was convenient, as we had to drive down and ended up coming late at 10:30pm. There were carts to help us get our stuff to the room. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The room was cozy and you really couldn’t hear much, other then the passing of a loud car. The breakfast had a lot of options and was a nice peaceful environment. The pool was just the right temp between cool and warm, a nice retreat from the hot sun. It was just the right amount of walking distance from all the main attractions. Parking wasn’t bad and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

My husband and I came down to Key West (my first time). We decided to stay an extra day and saw a vacancy sign for the Chelsea House … After staying at a newly renovated hotel 1-2 blocks up the street and it being a last minute Saturday stay  I didn’t know what to expect… Upon entering, the staff members were very welcoming, courteous and accommodating. Our particular room was very small, but it was cozy, clean, decorated very nicely and the bed was comfortable. The outside common areas and pool were clean and relaxing, perfect for re-grouping from Duval Street (lol). Overall, we loved our stay very much. The staff were all great, cozy room, and relaxation …perfect. We will definitely look to stay here next time we come and not that other hotel.

P.S. for the cont. breakfast they had these croissant rolls with the ham inside, yum.

Thank you, Chelsea House, for making our stay enjoyable .
