Very efficient check in, with advice offered along with maps on where best to go for food and entertainments. The quaint little building with the room – a small one, with a single queen bed – was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect for a single person like me, might have been a tad small for a couple. It was very quiet. The shower was small but again very functional, though the water was cool. Overall the room was about perfect for what I needed from it. Pool area was nice, and that’s basically where the breakfast area is too; that was fine, but possibly, could have done with something a bit more dramatic/significant – offerings were pretty basic.

I’d thoroughly recommend this hotel. Short walk to Duval, bit far from Mallory Sq. but easily walkable for most I would say. But, a very short walk to the Onlywood Pizzeria – proper Italian thin crust pizza made in a wood oven. Fantastic.

I stayed here with my family and was pleased. It really was just 2 blocks to the main drag (Duval St) and close to the historic seaport. We had a sunset sail the evening we arrived and were happy to have had time for a cocktail first during what they call a Liming hour!  It is poolside, nightly and posted each day with an appetizer to compliment the drink, which changes daily. I was also impressed with the selection we had at breakfast and we all liked that it was by the pool under a canopy.

Our room was located in the historic grand mansion on the 3rd floor and was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was very comfy, we slept like logs. The bathroom was huge and appeared clean with simple modern décor. We chose Key West to celebrate my father’s 75th birthday, and I’m so glad it was everything (and more) that I had hoped for! I would definitely return to this beautiful place.

Our family stayed in room 15. The room was huge!!! A full service kitchen that was a delight for a family! One quick block from Duval Street and really clean! The small pool was a bit cold, but refreshing after a long hot summer day! The continental breakfast was ok, but terrific strong coffee! Jordan the cat was our adopted cat for the stay and the decor of the room was modern and fresh! We were delighted and will definitely stay again!

This was our first time to Key West, we went for our honeymoon, and this was a wonderful bed and breakfast! We only stayed for one night before heading to Marathon, and Lee was awesome! After learning we were on our honeymoon she upgraded us to a nice little “suite”, room #16. It was beautiful and very secluded, we enjoyed a dip in the pool after a night on Duval St. (even though we were in the middle of town, with all the palm trees surrounding us it was a very tropical feeling!), and a nice little breakfast in the morning. It is only a block away from Duval St and with parking hard to find we could walk everywhere! We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Florida Keys!! Thanks again Lee!!

A group of us stayed here last weekend for a birthday celebration. This place was much more than I expected. We had a King suite room (#16) and the room was beautiful. Clean, looked newly renovated, had a leather couch, flat screen TV, refrigerator, and two air conditioners, and a private porch with tables and chairs. King bed was extremely comfortable. It was less than 2 blocks from Duval street so it was close enough but quiet at the guesthouse. They have a nice continental breakfast in the garden area by the pool. They don’t rush you out if you come down late. As long as people are still eating they will leave it open. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint I would have is bathroom was a little small and the stairs to get to that room.

We chose this guesthouse based on reviews we read for our 2nd anniversary. Everyone was attentive and kind. Ken was a pleasure in the mornings. Linda was perfect and wonderful for advice on places to go. Quaint, quiet and only a block off Duval. Perfect place to choose.

We picked this hotel based on price and the reviews we read. I thought this place was excellent, and we’ll absolutely stay there again.

It’s a block off the near midpoint of Duval, next to the Lighthouse Museum and across the street from the Hemingway House. You would think it would be noisy, but it’s incredibly quiet. There’s a very nice pool, a cafe/bar with friendly staff, and plenty of tables and chairs around the pool and deck. We had lots of mojito’s there, thanks Peter!

There’s a really nice lawn spot with cornhole games set up in the back under the shade of a huge tree and the old Lighthouse that we enjoyed quite a bit. Breakfast is a small buffet, out on the pool deck, and the staff was incredibly friendly. There’s also free parking out back, which was a very welcome surprise. Leave your car there, and you won’t need it the whole time you’re in Key West. The staff recommended, and got us, bikes to rent which is the best way to get to see lots more of the town.  Thanks for a great stay.

We spent four nights here last week along with a group of friends in Key West for a wedding at the Ernest Hemingway House. That is just across the street – very handy. Our room – B7 – was modern, clean and well appointed. We were just off the pool area but not bothered at all by noise or such. Each morning, a nice but simple breakfast was provided. The sitting area around the pool was very nice. Best of all, the location! A one-block walk to Duval Street, Old Town Trolley is just down the street also. We enjoyed that.

Great staff! Rose at the front desk was just as nice in person as she had been on the phone when I made our reservations. Jeremiah, also from the front desk, helped show us how to work our in-room safe! All in all, if I were going back to Key West I would very probably stay at the Lighthouse Court again.

This was our second time that we stayed at the Lighthouse Court. The front desk staff are awesome and always willing to help with what you are looking for. Peter and Geoff at the bar take care of all you drinking needs, and food snacks. Room was wonderful and the hotel location is the best as it is a block off Duval and in the center of town. Everything you want is in walking distance. If your driving they have limited parking for guests, but traveling during Fantasy Fest driving and parking are very hard. We got bikes this year, and that is the way to go. We are already booked for next year!!! We will be back.

This was our sixth stay at the Key Lime Inn. We have never had any issues which were not immediately taken care of.

The location is great. You are about two blocks off of Duval, but far enough away to make it very secluded and private. There is a free parking lot and if that is full, you can park at their other properties which are immediately adjoining on Truman. There is also free on-street parking across the street. Probably about a 15 minute stroll to Mallory Square from the hotel.

The rooms are very clean and if you tend to sleep in like we do, they have late housekeeping available. This year we were happy to find a Keurig in the room and the wine refrigerator was replaced with a real fridge so you can keep your beverages cold. We always stay in the same room with is large and had a nice sized bathroom with a huge shower. Our room (#4) also has a small patio. Our room has a central AC unit which works great.

The staff are great. Period. When we checked out we were asked if there was anything they could improve on, etc. Very personal service.

Breakfast – I have seen numerous comments complaining about the complimentary breakfast. I don’t get it. This is not a Hampton Inn or similar. The breakfast is nice if that is what you are looking for. Coffee, tea, juices, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. No, there is no omelet station, but there are a ton of full service restaurants within 5 minutes if that is what you are looking for.

My only negative is the room (at least ours) could use some minor maintenance like painting, etc. WiFi is strongest when  you are close to the office.

Overall, we love this place and will be back!
