We loved the property, the location, the room (maisonette, can’t remember the number). All great. Also the small pool area is sort of nice. People at reception where very helpful and housekeeping staff were friendly.

We cannot say the same for the central place of the hotel, the pool area. The bar personnel was not very friendly, no pro-active service and the area gets a little messy at breakfast time. We think it would take very little to get this right, after which your place would get a full thumbs up from us.

BR, Carsten

Cypress House is beautiful inside and out.  The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful.  Easy, convenient walk to the downtown area.  I look forward to my next visit to Cypress House and highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay longer.  Both the office managers were very helpful and friendly as well as everyone I encountered on my trip.  My favorite excursion was my snorkeling/ocean kayaking trip.  Had the weather been nicer I would have spent more time on the water; but, I’m not complaining!  I have recommended your hotel to my friends.

The only criticism I have is that the TV was mounted flush to the wall, which made the screen too dark to see the picture while either sitting or lying on the bed.  I found it frustrating.

Our group loved staying at Albury Court Hotel in the beginning of February. The staff was super friendly and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. The reason why you got “very good” instead of “excellent” was the breakfast. Although I mentioned that I have a celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, there were not much food to eat at the breakfast. All the cereals contained wheat/barley, as well as bread, muffins, croissants etc. In addition, it would have been nice to have normal yoghourt instead of fat-free one, as nonfat does not taste very good. Anyhow, we were very happy that we stayed at Albury Court, and in case we come back to Key West some day, we will definitely book rooms at this hotel. Thank you!

The grounds and room were lovely.  However, the noise coming from the guests in the room above was extremely loud, starting very early in the morning and lasting for a couple of hours.  One morning it started as early as 5am.  It literally sounded like furniture was being moved. I had asked about switching rooms but  there was nothing else available.

As much as we liked the room, itself and the location, I don’t know if we would stay there again due to the noise issue with our room.

I chose this hotel because of the cost, proximity to the Key West Express ferry, and previous stay. It did not disappoint. I prefer a quiet location that is close within walking distance to most activities. It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, and best of all, it was nice and quiet at night…prime sleeping conditions. Would def go back again!

I was very pleasantly surprised that the room was just like how it looked online.  Very comfortable and roomy, very pleasant and helpful staff, great location, grounds and breakfast.  Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

We stayed at the Albury Court.  Check-in is 3:00 – we were a half hour out at 1:30 and called and asked if we could check in early.  The woman at the desk was so accommodating – she said no problem; the rooms were already available.  That enabled us to start ‘out’ an hour earlier than we expected!

Their proximity to Duval Street is very do-able for walking.  That was important to us.  No need to bring your car.  We parked the car near the hotel and forgot about it until it was time to leave.

The rooms were very neat, clean and comfortable!  Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate.  Fresh bagels, croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt – coffee, tea, hot chocolate – all served next to a very pretty pool.

Do we recommend Albury Court?  We sure do!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Lighthouse Court.  The price was very reasonable, the rooms were small but clean and tastefully decorated, the courtyard was private and comfortable, the staff was warm and inviting, and the location was just perfect!  I don’t have any negatives.  I will go back!

Just spent a week at the Lighthouse Court the room was small but clean: it is a great location if you want to visit historic Key West ; close to Duval Street and an easy walk to Zach Taylor beach. Will definitely stay there again!!
