Thank you for a wonderful stay. We spent three nights at the Inn and loved it! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The crew on the breakfast team were especially attentive. We had a great conversation sitting on the bench in the back talking with one of the property management team. He gave us a lot of information about the history of Key West. We thought we knew a lot about it, but his family actually lived it. The room was inviting and clean. We would recommend the Inn to our friends. The price is less than other hotels we have stayed at. We sacrificed nothing and got more for our money. We cannot wait to stay at each of their other historic properties. We want to try them all!

My husband and I absolutely love this place it is the only place we stay in the Key West.  Everyone there have been very helpful and our rooms are very clean, towels and wash clothes, pillows need extra , they are there with a smile. That’s a big plus for me!

This is important to me because we powerboat race there every year in Nov. and we get really dirty, take two showers a day.

Love the price and hospitality of everyone. Like family to us! Linda and Kenvin are so kind and asking us about our race each day!

We wanted to get the room 17# for next year with the King size bed. The past two years we were in room 7# .

We are there for about 10-12 days.

I do show pictures and I do send others there! All the time! We are older and like the peace and quiet atmosphere!

When were there we need to rest and sleep away from all the noise.

Love the front porch on room 17# my husband and I could enjoy our morning coffee there! Is there any way we could get coffee as early as 6:30 he has bad legs (a vet) and can not walk a long distance, but would go for coffee, that’s his eye opener!

Please make sure we get that room for next year Nov. Powerboat Race Time!

I rate them Excellent ! I look at things like this we travel a great deal and enjoy a great room and good coffee!

Thank You!

I do appreciate all that you do!

Beautiful hotel at awesome location. Duval street is just at walking distance which is the most happening place in key west. We were group of 4 but this hotel is best for couple. Just one suggestion, if you can put reserve parking for each room, then it will be easier to park rather getting parking at one spot and while coming back noticing that the place is filled with another car and then contacting the reservation desk to get another parking lot. One more thing we noticed that the plug point and light switch of the 2nd floor bedroom are connected so if we switch off the light the plug point will not work so we can’t charge our phone. If we want to charge our phone we have to keep the lights on. Rest all were fine.

This was a nice little place, close to Duval in a safe and friendly environment.  The staff was very friendly upon arrival.  The cleaning lady went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated with extra towels ect.  The continental breakfast was great and the staff again very friendly.  The pool was nice and clean.  Our room was next to the pool and can get loud at times but other than that, it was the best place we have stayed so far.

We had a very pleasant three days at the Key Lime Inn. I appreciated the cottage approach, rather than carrying bags up flights of stairs. The Continental breakfast was handy, and the pool felt great!  Our only issue was a noisy A/C unit, and someone came in a timely manner when we let the front desk know. Everything was very clean, and Elsa kept it looking good!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel…we are so in love with how quiet and adorable the rooms are! Both times we got a room right next to the pool, it is so nice to fall asleep listening to the waterfall. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and we love the continental breakfast every morning. We will come back to this hotel every time we visit Key West!

Enjoyed staying at Key Lime Inn, very clean, quaint, and conveniently located near Duval street. Clean linen, nice toiletries and great staff! We would stay again at any of their other Historic Key West Inns hotels.

Everything about the Merlin Guesthouse exceeded our expectations from the start! When we arrived, the woman checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Actually, all the staff we interacted with were great! We stayed in a 2 bed cottage, and the size and high quality of the villa blew us away. It was so spacious, clean and the décor was “key west chic.” Every morning the whole villa was cleaned from top to bottom, including the dishes! The morning breakfast included was a delightful bonus, as were the lounge chairs and hammock in the courtyard. You felt as if you had the whole place to yourself due to level of privacy, but always had staff there to help you when needed. The price was a steal for everything we received, and we will be staying here from now on when we visit. The location is also not one to pass up. A few blocks off Duval, near all the great restaurants in key west, and still walkable to the more touristy areas Key West is known for.   Also, great for big groups because many options of room sizes. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay. Our room was large and spacious just as we requested.  The location was good close to everything but still quiet. The staff was great. We arrived earlier than planned and they got us into our room early.  My husband had left money on the night stand which had fallen on the floor and the housekeeping staff left all of it on the night stand for us. We have stayed at may places that this would not have happened. The only thing I would have liked was a bigger selection for breakfast. The choices are limited so we had to go out for breakfast each morning.
