Albury Court Hotel is adorable. A small, sleepy inn located on Eaton Street…walkable to everything but far enough away to avoid the noise of Duval. The staff was friendly and respectful. The room was small, bright and modern. Everything was perfect for our weekend away! We’ll definitely be back!

My Wife and I stayed at the Key Lime In back in September as the beginning part of our honeymoon (open invitation for 4 days…then off to our private honeymoon). The location and room were perfect. Close to everything and the room just as you would picture it in your head. They were even kind enough to bump us to their honeymoon suite. Great place and great staff. We’ll be staying here again for sure!

We just returned from a overnight trip to Key West & the Cypress House & I can’t say enough about this inn. The staff was very warm and inviting upon our arrival, taking us on a tour immediately. The property is quiet and clean, and the rooms are very spacious. The rooms are beautifully furnished and an awesome mixture of modern fixtures and old Key West charm. I especially enjoyed “liming” by the pool and meeting some of the other guests in the afternoon. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of selection, and it was nice sitting outside by the pool in the morning. The location of the Cypress House is perfect! In the heart of old town & only a block away from Duval street in one direction & the harbor in the other. I would love to return for a longer stay as soon as possible.

Really the only concern we had about the Merlin Guesthouse was the parking and that was addressed the second we walked into the cute check in room that instantly makes you feel like home. Not only did the receptionist check us in but she went out to help us find a spot on the street. Free of charge, hassle and worry free!

Celebrating our one year wedding anniversary they booked us a very quiet and romantic.  It was at the back of the property.  It was the perfect size, comfort level and provided extra kitchen amenities including a little fridge and glasses.

The staff always greeted us with a smile and resident cat Jordan added the perfect charm and character. Breakfast by the pool was relaxing each morning with just enough options for an included breakfast, before setting out to a perfect 5 minute walk to Duval Street.  Quiet enough to relax at night while still close enough to all the night life.

We we truly felt like family and can’t wait to return to Key West.  The Merlin Guesthouse is a huge reason why.

Just wanted to say thanks for making our stay a memorable trip. The service was good rooms were clean. Your staff was helpful. We didn’t expect the pool or the breakfast. It made the trip all that much better. Hope to see you soon.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. It had a charming/beachy feel. The price was reasonable, especially given the area. The staff was very friendly and I liked seeing the cat lounging around. We wanted to get a drink at the bar in the early evening and were surprised that it was closed already, however the bloody mary we had in the morning was excellent. If you could add some hot items to breakfast that would be nice, however I did not choose this hotel for the breakfast offering. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again when in the area.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Cypress House for our 1st trip to Key West and my 30th birthday. Melissa, who checked us in, was so kind and excited. She oriented us to the area, directed us to some great places, and showed us to our room. Throughout our stay, she continued to check on us with excitement. The room was BEAUTIFUL, romantic, and clean. I would love to re-create the setting at my own home. The staff also greeted us with champagne in our room for my 30th. The daily happy hour and breakfast offered delicious food and promoted socialization with other guests. Certainly an atmosphere that is not experienced at other larger hotels. I loved it and want to go back!

The best food in Key West we found was on the same street at Grunt’s Bar with a little food cart serving amazing tacos and burritos. The best we have ever had! And a very cute outdoor patio. We tried to go back again for lunch as we were leaving but there was a half hour wait at the time.

This was our first visit to Key West and the Key Lime Inn.  We will be going back.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze.  Our room was upgraded at check-in (I didn’t even make the request).  Our cottage was clean; housekeeping was great.

All of the employees at the Key Lime Inn were courteous and helpful.  However, extra kudos to Micheall and Victoria.  They were especially helpful with suggestions for our eating and sightseeing excursions.

I have already recommended the Key Lime Inn to friends.  I also recommend the Pete and Wayne Show at Sloppy Joe’s.  These guys are very funny.  Also, look for Patrick and the Swayzes.  We saw them at McConnell’s Irish Pub and the food was very good too.

Of course, one will want to see those shows after a day spent on Rocky Beach.  Bring water shoes…

We stayed at Lighthouse Court for 7 nights during our Key West visit June 6-12 2015.  We were greeted by Rose at check in and she was friendly and  welcoming.  She gave us information about the hotel and the Key West area, pointing out popular restaurants and attractions, as well as the Sunset Celebration.

The hotel grounds were lovely and well maintained.  You truly got the feel of being in an island atmosphere.  The staff was friendly and welcoming.  The room was very clean when we checked in and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job servicing the room each day.  The bed was extremely comfortable.   A variety of delicious bagels and muffins were served at the Continental breakfast, along with the usual items you would expect.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on Key West.  The one caveat is that the “standard” rooms do not come equipped with an in room coffee maker or mini refrigerator.  Coffee was available in the lobby after 7 am, which may be just fine for most. However, we are incredibly early risers, even on vacation.  It was a long time to wait for that first cup of coffee.  That said, it didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the accommodations and we would still give this hotel a 5 Pineapple rating!
