We had a wonderful stay with you in December 2014. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. This was our third stay at Key Lime Inn and are looking forward to number four in December 2015.

I arrived a day late because of a missed flight out of Atlanta. I informed the Inn I would be a day late. When I checked in I wasn’t charged for the day I missed. I would not have had a problem if I was charged because it wasn’t the Inns fault I was a day late. The girl Melissa who checked me in was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was nice size, clean and quiet. Great location, just a short walk to Duval street.  Thank you Key Lime Inn for making my stay so enjoyable.

All staff members were very professional with an amazing can-do attitude.  Premises were very well maintained.  Room was very clean as well as the bathroom.  Continental breakfast had just the right foods.  Pool needs to be heated more though.  My only complaint, which is beyond your control, was the traffic noise in the early mornings.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Merlin for our anniversary for almost 5 years. We were in  room 20 for our honeymoon and we refuse to stay in any other room…unless my wonderful husband waits for the last minute to reserve. Linda and Ken are the best. You won’t find better people; the service is phenomenal. It’s like going over to your best friends house…it’s not yours, but dang if it doesn’t feel like it. The location is ridiculously good. Off the main line but steps to all the lovable craziness. You won’t be disappointed.

I can not put into words just how wonderful my stay was at the Key Lime Inn. Every year it gets better and better. Going there is like being at home with friends and family. Michelle, Darlene, Melissa , Marlon just to name a few people that always make our anniversary stay just unbelievable.  The whole staff is always helpful and polite making it even more warm and comfortable to stay there. I will enjoy spending more anniversaries there in the coming years. God willing. I love that it is close to Duval street to walk but far enough away that we enjoy peace and relaxation. Thanks to everyone.

Before booking this hotel I read some of the reviews that complained about the size of the rooms, etc. We were not disappointed with the room or the entire facility. After all, it is an historic Inn, not a newly constructed hotel! The room was clean every day, the continental breakfast items were always fresh, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location in relationship to the attractions and restaurants was excellent.

Bottom line….the Lighthouse Court Hotel was the best part of our stay in Key West and for those looking for somewhere to stay that puts you in the middle of things and gives you a feel for the history of the Key, this is the place to stay.

I took a real chance – coming to Key West for the very first time and by myself. I was coming upon the one-year anniversary of my fiance’s unexpected death; and I knew that I had to be somewhere special on that difficult day.  A friend at work mentioned to me that her friends loved the Key Lime Inn.  From the ease of booking the reservation on their web site, the friendly email reminders they sent me, the quick and easy check in to the sorrowful checkout and good bye’s with the staff; I knew that this was a special destination.

I was looking for a nice quite respite where I could find peace and centering.  I found it.  The hotel is centrally located to everything I wanted to do.  I was able to easily walk to all four corners of the island – I am not kidding (over 60 miles of walking in a week) I saw everything that a tourist would want to see.  The hotel was always just a short stroll back from any destination for a quick undisturbed nap – so I could go back out for more.

The staff were wonderful.  They were so nice, and so understanding of my situation.  I was often alone with my grief and their smiling faces brought me back to the real world.  The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.  The breakfast every morning hit the spot for a day of adventures.  In the evening, the neighborhood was quiet.  I didn’t do a lot of swimming; but the pool was convenient and comfortable (temperature controlled).

I will be back to Key West and I will be back to the Key Lime Inn. The hotel and staff are a permanent part of the memory of this week of centering and I will always be grateful for how much the Key Lime Inn helped me to get back into the world of the living – after a year of grief and sadness.

We booked our room last minute so we didn’t have a lot options.  Our room was small, but it was VERY quiet, clean and really close to the wharf.  We  will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We have stayed at many B&Bs and a hotel during our visits to Key West.  The Cypress House was by far the best.  The employees were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and relaxing.  We booked over the phone, and the gentleman who took our booking was very helpful in meeting our requests.  The location is so close to Mallory Square and Duval Street, yet quiet enough where the hustle and bustle doesn’t disturb your sleeping.  I wish I would have taken down the names of all the employees because they all deserve compliments.  We will be back, hopefully sooner than later.
