This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at Merlin Guesthouse.  The location is perfect –not to close to the noise, not too far from the fun at either end of Duval.  The rooms are clean, the staff is great, and we enjoy the relaxing breakfast.

One SNAFU.  There were three of us using the cottage with the pull-out sofa.  We were not told (until we were leaving) that there was a pad that we could have gotten to put on top of the uncomfortable mattress (which was more like a box spring).

The atmosphere down to the staff; all were awesome and exceeded expectations. I could not think higher of the experience and time we had there. If you go to Key West and have a bad time, then you have a personal problem.

Thanks,

Great place to vacation!!! Clean, well appointed cottage.  Grounds were lovely. Pool area was well kept. Breakfast was just enough to kick start your day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here last weekend, with some girlfriends.  We rented three rooms and each room was unique and beautiful.  Lots of charm and beauty to this place.  It’s close to all the nightlife, but far enough away to be quiet and not packed.

Great staff too.  Jeremiah at the front desk was very accommodating and super helpful.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Kezzy was great. Everyone was very friendly. Loved having coffee by the pool. I will stay there next January and recommend to anyone looking to travel there.

This was my first visit to the Key West area.  Staying at the Albury Court property will certainly encourage me to return.  And I will most definately stay at the Albury Court.  The staff is extremly courteous and accomodating.  The rooms were exceptionally clean.  The complimentary breakfast was fantastic…great coffee!  The location was perfect.  Close enough to all the action but distanced enough for peacefulness.

We had a great time, your staff was professional and friendly.  The pool area was very relaxing and the room was first rate. I would have liked a little more variety at the breakfast selections, something unique each day maybe beyond the standard fare.

Beyond that your location is excellent and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Albury Court Hotel, and once again we found that we picked the right place!  The ladies at the check-in desk were friendly, professional and helpful.  The young lady taking care of the breakfast buffet did an excellent job of making sure everyone had everything they needed (and what a great selection you offer!).  Our rooms were comfortable, clean and refreshed beautifully each day.  When I needed assistance with the room safe I got immediate help from not 0ne, but two members of the staff!  Very nice people throughout the hotel.  Can’t wait to come see you all again!

We had a king suite, room 22, which was in the very back of the property. The room was very large with nice, upgraded tile floors and a kitchenette area with a small modern fridge, and stone tile bath. We had absolutely no issue with street or neighbor noise. The location is excellent – just one block off Duval. You can walk everywhere. We walked to the famous Blue Heaven for brunch just up the same block, but I did go see what was out for breakfast – big muffins, breads, yogurts, fruit, hard boiled eggs…it was displayed attractively too. I didn’t try to connect to wi-fi so I can’t comment on that, although the front desk will tell you that it only works in the common areas. Every room is different here. The queen room is small, no frills, but clean. The one-bedroom suite is quite lovely with a full kitchen, big table, etc. Nice for a family. Not many guest houses are kid-friendly – this one is. I had my child with me and we were totally comfortable and felt very welcome. The only downside is parking is on the street. If you can’t find parking, they can direct you to the city garage.
