It was great staying at your place. Very clean, very accessible help from staff.  Good shower pressure, good hot water consistency.

Would stay there again.

Thank you.

Everything went very smooth with our stay.  The room was good and the breakfast the next morning was a nice treat and more than adequate.  Our party of 4 had lots of different choices for breakfast.  I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place.  Most of by wedding party stayed (33 rooms) and that was the coolest part.  The Hemingway Suite was beautiful.  It was perfect for everyone to hang out together.  The only down side was that they did not clean the rooms as much as I would have liked.

Perfect place to stay for a large wedding party!

We will recommend your hotel to everyone. We loved our stay. Right from the check in, Betsy was so friendly and helpful. The inn was lovely, our large king room was charming, comfortable and spotless. We used the pool every afternoon and it was warm, the gardens lush and well maintained. Breakfast was perfect, everything you need to start the day. The Inn is a block from Duval Street so it was easy to walk or bike to everything.

I couldn’t even think of one thing to improve or change about your inn or our stay.

Thank you very much, great job by all!!

Thank you for a great stay, staff was excellent and very helpful. They handled my request of a “flat” pillow without a blink! Would recommend without reservation!

We stayed two nights at the Cypress House on a trip down from Ft. Myers Beach. (we took the Key West Express)
The location of the Cypress House is absolutely ideal, and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a Queen room (#13) which was very small but cutely decorated and remodeled, and it was very private, which was great. Room #13 has it’s own gated deck adjacent to the pool area, but the fence is 6 feet high and solid, so we felt nicely isolated in our own little corner of the property. Breakfast was tasty, the service was friendly, although we were a bit underwhelmed by the “happy hour”………no big deal, we went in with no expectations for that.
One minor hiccup that we had was our smoke detector was chirping at us the first night in the room. We had to call maintenance at 11pm when we returned from Duval Street and they arrived very efficiently to change out the battery. Unfortunately, it continued to chirp intermittently for the rest of the night which was a little frustrating. I told Dennis about it in the morning, and he had a new one installed for us by that evening. It was nobody’s fault, and was just a quirky problem that the staff took care of.

We rented bikes for the duration of our stay in Key West, which was ABSOLUTELY the best way to get around. They are more efficient than walking, so you can cover all the ground you need to cover to see everything, but there are no parking challenges that you would encounter with a car. We also rented an electric car for a half-day, which was kind of fun, but logistically it was a pain in the butt due to parking.

Back to the Cypress House, they did a nice job and were priced similarly to other options we explored, and like I said originally their location is SO perfect. If we return to Key West, we would not hesitate to stay at the Cypress House again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Key Lime Inn last week.  The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we made some new friends at the pool.  Special thanks to Michelle for helping us with dinner reservations and for her great, friendly attitude.

We enjoyed staying at the Lighthouse Court Hotel.  The bed was comfortable and it was quiet even though the pool was close. We were in b6 and I would recommend a shelf or something for guests to keep toiletries handy.

The room was very clean and the service was great.  The breakfast was put out every morning on time with a good variety. The pool was clean as was the area around it.  The staff was friendly.  The location was perfect….quiet but close to Everything.  We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending it to family and friends.

My husband and I were delighted to be able to find a room at the Merlin Guesthouse for our one night in Key West. We were able to park the car on the street around the corner, and left it there during our stay. The inn is well-situated in the middle of the tourist area, but off of busy Duval Street. The room on the first floor off the porch was small, but impeccably clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed some time in the spa/pool after a busy day of sightseeing. As we returned to our room after dinner, we noticed a cute gecko in the light on the porch. However, I didn’t want him in our room, so my husband plugged up the small space at the top of the door with a towel.

Breakfast on the patio was tasty, with lots of choices. However, I was surprised that at a B&B (and at the prices charged in KW) there were no homemade breads or muffins offered. My husband liked the individual containers of cereal, instead of a large dispenser.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Merlin, and would recommend it to visitors to Key West.
