We enjoyed our stay very much. It was great to be so close to the harbor & dock for the Key West Express and that we could store our luggage after checkout before our departure.   Ray and all staff that we encountered were very friendly.  We definitely will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Thanks – The Weavers

We recently stayed at the Key Lime Inn during a short trip to Key West and found the historic house to be completely charming, clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location is unbeatable. We loved walking “home” each night after a fun time on Duval street to such a beautiful and comfy place!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse Court. The location was ideal, the grounds were very nice, and the rooms very comfortable.  The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful with respect to check-in, assisting with restaurant recommendations, and setting up bicycle rentals. I would stay at the Lighthouse Court again.

We stay at the Key Lime Inn every time we visit Key West.  We love to walk, and the Key Lime Inn is within walking distance of all the places we like to visit.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  We highly recommend the Key Lime Inn.

We just got home from a 6 day trip to Key west with four other couples. Originally we were looking for a house to rent but since our plans were, by relative terms, short on the advance we booked the Key Lime Inn since it could accommodate all 10 of us.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by two of their staff which helped with the check-in process. Both reps were very friendly and helpful and in a short time we were headed to our rooms. I use the term rooms loosely because we were grouped together in several of their “cottage” style rooms. They were very reminiscent of lake cottages near Lake Erie, but only in size and arrangement. All were very well kept, i.e. paint, cleanliness, etc. Some had minor issues with door alignment but that was the biggest issue and certainly did not impact our stay.

Inside the rooms were very clean smelling and nicely deccorated. King rooms had a love seat, chair along with a closet and obviously a king size bed. Additionally, they had small decks or porches for relaxing before or after a trip up and down Duval St. Our Quenn room didn’t have the love seat, but that was not an issue at all. Bed comfort was not bad, we sleep on a memory foam bed at home but we didn’t have any complaints. Space in the bathrooms was a little short, but consider that you’re in Key West; everything is short on space!

Our AC unit’s fan ran all the time which actually helped drown out exterior noise. Being a couple blocks off Duval helped too, but I confess that our group wasn’t always ready to end our night when we returned. I don’t think we prompted any complaints for noise but I would have understood if we had. :)

We have never stayed at the same place twice in Key West in six trips. That will change when we go back because we would absolutely stay here again. Having stayed at several of the name resorts, you just don’t get that Key west feel and one of the other B&Bs we visited in town didn’t want a group to come to their place. That was disappointing.

Bottom line: great location, great staff, very good accomodations. My favorite so far.

My fiance and I just got from our trip to Key West during Thanksgiving weekend! We had a fantastic weekend and loved staying at Chelsea House. The staff was very nice and helpful. I called on the way down to let them know we were running late and I spoke to Bryan. He was very sweet and walked me though all the steps for the “late check-in” process. As it turned out we made just before he was about to shut everything down for the night. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast that was offered by the pool in the morning was great! Plenty of stuff to choose from for a light breakfast to get you going in the morning! Both houses are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. Also, private parking which is a big plus to us!! The only complaint I have is that I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom. We made it work, not that big of a deal really.

Thanks so much to the staff at Chelsea House for your hospitality! And, thanks to Bryan for waiting for us to arrive and for all your great suggestions!

We’ll be back!!

Thanks for everything

We had a wonderful stay at the Cypress House.  We will definitely be back.  The location was so nice and convenient to the wharf, Mallory Square and Duval Street.   It was perfect!  The room was lovely.

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary with a stay at Cypress House.  The property was immaculately kept.  The room was quiet and well appointed.  Staff was very friendly and attentive.  Breakfast was above the norm too. Very short walk to Duval Street.  We plan to make this hotel our place to stay in Key West from now on.
