On the Friday of Easter weekend we drove down from Ft Lauderdale not knowing if we were going to stay or if we could find a place to stay. When I walked in to inquire about vacancy, Laura was able to offer two rooms at a decent rate for two nights. She was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, quaint and very comfortable. The property is very nice and friendly directly across from the Hemingway home and adjacent to the lighthouse. Continental breakfast was also included. The property was located just 1 block from Duval and Truman so it was convenient walking throughout all of Key West. My family had such an great time they thought I had planned this all along. Needless to say we had a great time and we’ll be back very soon.

Thank you everyone for your hospitality.

I recently had a fabulous 5 night stay in a two bedroom cottage at the Merlin Guest House.  The staff at the property were always friendly and willing to assist with any of our needs. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Hemingway House, Duval Street, Mallory Square and the Southernmost land marker to name a few.

My wife and I stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel 5 years ago already and really enjoyed our stay both times.

Parking is now available at a fair price and the service is always good, we meet Huber and Rose.

I would have rated the Hotel excellent if we had blackout curtains in the room. It felt like the sun was rising in our room. Having blackout curtains could be a good idea for guests like us that take full advantage of Duval.

I also left a very good review on Tripadvisor but did not mentioned the curtains on it.

My wife and I have been to KW a few times but this was the first time without an “agenda”. We’ve stayed at another of their HKWI hotels but this was our first stay at Lighthouse Court. We agreed that this location is probably our favorite. On Whitehead we were centrally located and close to everything but it’s still quiet enough that we could relax and get a good night sleep. The neighborhood roosters that we had read about didn’t bother us at all and the room was cleaned everyday. We stayed 4 nights and our 3rd night was discounted for being repeat customers of HKWI’s. We were also given a complimentary upgrade which was much appreciated.

The breakfast isn’t anything special, but when you have Blue Heaven (best place for breakfast) right around the corner and Six-Toed Cat across the street you have all you need for breakfast. Santiago’s Bodega and Kojin (ask for a half order unless you’re extremely hungry) were our favorite places for dinner and Garbo’s Grill on Caroline has an amazing Yum Yum Shrimp taco.

We drove in from Miami, but traded the car for scooters from A&M. The parking is extremely limited at Lighthouse but they do have a parking lot two blocks away.

We would certainly recommend the Lighthouse Court Hotel to friends and family.

Our stay at the Chelsea House Hotel was FANTASTIC. The staff went above and beyond to answer our question and make us feel at home. The room was spacious and inviting-the balcony seating was a bonus. The charming rooms, the friendly courteous staff and the great location makes this a place we surely want to stay at again.

Key Lime Inn was such a unique set up. We loved the “cottage” style while still maintaining the feeling of luxury and seclusion! The rooms were spacious and comfortable! My son loved the pool – and so did we! We did find a bug in the room right before check out, but I know these things are sometime unavoidable, especially in a garden setting. But I could tell the room was well cleaned and maintained, and other than that we have no complaints! Wonderful stay and exceptional staff! Will be visiting again.

We absolutely loved our short stay at Chelsea House Hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had stayed at the Key Lime Inn the night before our stay at Chelsea House, and the staff went out of their way to have our room cleaned first so that we could have an early check-in to accommodate our kids’ naps. I believe it was Kathy(?) who helped us with this? So helpful!! The rooms are truly unique and the quaint breakfast by the poolside was a relaxing, inviting experience. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit key west!

Thank you!

An absolutely lovely hotel in a prime location to enjoy and explore Key West. Just leave the car and mosey on round and soak up the hot climate and hot action. The team at the hotel could not be more friendly and helpful a special mention must go to Michelle on reception who was a great laugh.
A Restaurant not to miss is ‘better than sex’ a desSert only restaurant. Great puddings and a fantastic feeling. The description says it all!

Best wishes to all and many thanks,

Martin from the UK

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was efficient and quick.  Our room was beautiful, comfy, and quiet. The location of Albury Court Hotel worked well for us too. We were able to walk to Mallory Square and Duval Street easily. I would recommend staying at this property.

We were greeted and checked in by Alicia and wish to thank her for making this process so pleasant! She is certainly an asset to your organization. Everyone else was also courteous and just as professional. The room was clean and well kept. I think it had just been remodeled with fresh paint and new fixtures. We would certainly recommend this property and trust the others are just as inviting! Thank you for enhancing our stay in Key West with an enjoyable stay at the Key Lime Inn!
