This is our second time staying at the Key Lime Inn. Both times we were treated wonderfully by the staff.  Gabby is a major asset to your business.  We look forward to our next visit.

From our initial check in with Kenneth to our check out, everything at the Merlin Guesthouse was perfect…great employees, clean and well appointed room, great continental breakfast. Even the house cat Jordan was a pleasure.

Thanks for the extraordinary service!

Loved it here! it was beautiful, the service was great, and it was centrally located, so everything was easy to get to. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Key West. I had a very nice time and was very pleased with the accommodations and friendly staff at the Chelsea House.

The room was clean and comfortable  (believe it was room 29  with 2 queen beds)

Also enjoyed the breakfast. The check-in and check-out process ran smoothly.

I would definitely recommend you to any friends coming to Key West and expect to stay at  one of your Inns on my next time to Key West.  Keep up the great job.

This is an amazing place and so close to Duval street. Everything is in walking distance for you to get to. The island is 2 miles by 4 miles so if you love to walk this is a must place to stay since everything is close to get to. The staff here are wonderful and will give you coupons to places to eat and drinks and if you need a cab they call you 1 and the cabs are always early in picking you up and taking you any where. I would recommend this place to everyone. The only thing, if you are a big breakfast person go to the Denny’s down the street for this is a light breakfast but is very good also. We will be back again to stay here. This is a great find.

This was our first time staying in key west and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The Key Lime Inn was close enough to Duval Street that you could walk, or rent a bike at the place down the street, but far enough away that there was no noise and you could get a good nights sleep. The room was ready when we arrived, and was everything that we needed for our 5 days there. The breakfast every morning was very basic but, who really needs a heavy breakfast when it’s 95 degrees out. We also enjoyed the pool area during a few of our afternoons, it was always clean and peaceful. The front desk staff was also very helpful, and recommended some good restaurants when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. Overall, I love staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed our room in this nice hotel located in a Victorian Key West house. Our room was on the pool side and was quiet. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. The room was cleaned daily and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the pool, which is very nice. We rented bicycles to ride through neighborhoods and even to dinner on Duval, what a treat! WE have never done that on any other vacation. Ask at the front desk and they will get them for you too.

We would definitely stay at Chelsea House again.

When we initially checked in the room we were very surprised by the beautiful historic wood planks on the wall which we found out they restored rather than replaced. We like historical details like that. The room was warm and cozy with everything we needed. We also liked that it was near the pool. Peter at the Mojito Bar was really funny and made us some great drinks. Brian and Jeremiah were very helpful giving us great suggestions for food and even made a reservation for a sunset sail. They also got us bikes to ride around the island. Highly recommend that, you don’t need a car to get anywhere.

It is a very quaint place to stay and is very close to activities. Most are within walking distance. It’s also across the street from Ernest Hemingway’s House, which is a museum. We would definitely go back here to stay.

This guesthouse type hotel is in a great location. If you are looking for perfection, this is not your place. But if you want historic character, you will enjoy staying here. Ask for a room away from ground level at the pool. It is much like being in a fish bowl if you are In one of the rooms just off the pool.

The hotel itself is in a prime location, the staff is very friendly and the room was modern, clean and up to date.  The one truly awful thing was the bed was taco shell shaped. Neither my wife nor I could get a decants night sleep and one day I found myself at Denny’s drinking coffee at 0330 it was so bad.

Would be nice if the Mojito Bar were open after 1700 too but I understand trying to let people sleep.
