This was my 1st trip to the keys and I was on my own, no wife or kids. So, my demands from the hotel were very basic but all of them were well satisfied. The hotel is in a great location, 2 blocks from Duval, but still very quiet. Not huge parking lot but not very difficult to park on the streets and in fact you park and leave the car there no need to use it if you like and enjoy walking. The staff is great, I was received by Humberto and another lady (sorry I don’t remember her name). But again, everybody has a smile for you, is kind, polite and you will feel at home, very helpful. Breakfast is basic but enough for me. Wifi is free and has a good speed, I travel a lot and there are many other big hotels with very poor wifi. The room is small but has all the basics, clean, tv, good shower. My only remark goes for the air conditioning, it works great, my was cold with temperatures above 90oF outside. But the A/C is very very noise. I think it is about time to change it by more modern equipment. I would definitively would go back to the hotel with wife, friends and others.

My stay at the Albury Court Hotel was very enjoyable. We were greeted by Pati upon check-in and she was a wonderful hostess who provided a lot of recommendations. The room itself was nice and clean and the pool area was very relaxing. The hotel was nicely located within walking distance of many local attractions and restaurants. Parking was a bit tricky but understandable for the area. Would definitely consider staying here again for another Key West trip.

We had an amazing time staying at the Key Lime Inn. The staff was great, and Matthew took care of us better than we could even ask for. When we visit again, we will most definitely stay at the Key Lime Inn. Thanks for such an incredible stay for a special vacation.

I just returned from a three night stay at the Key Lime Inn. Check in was quick and easy and I found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. My room was perfect, clean, well appointed with everything I needed and the air conditioner worked very well. It was cleaned daily beyond my expectations. I would defiantly stay here again, as it was close to the action, but quiet enough to enjoy peaceful moments. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be close to the action of Duval street, but wanting a break from the commotion as well. The daily breakfast was served on time and the staff was friendly and willing to help with any and all questions. It was delicious and had several options. The pool was clean and I spent a few afternoons outside in the sunshine. Overall, an excellent property. I stayed here while visiting KW to scuba dive and enjoy the atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed Blue Heaven and Bo’s- but there are so many good eating options! The crew at Southpoint Divers was excellent and provided fun, safe amazing diving trips. I highly recommend them as well.

The breakfast everyone morning was different and delicious. We had a small problem with our toilet and the maintenance crew promptly and diligently fixed it and they were very polite and friendly. It was a great experience. We will be staying at the Cypress House Hotel again in the future. Thank you to everyone for making our stay a wonderful memory we will cherish.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Albury Court Hotel, and was very satisfied with our accommodations.  It was our first trip to the keys. The staff (Pat) was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area. She even brought us a chilled bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, during our short stay there…. Extremely thoughtful Pat. Our room was small, but very clean, quiet and cozy,…just right for a retired couple. We were only a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal, about a 25 minute walk to Mallory square. We parked our car when we got there, and never touched it again until we got ready to leave. The only improvement I would suggest, would be to have a small microwave in the lobby for guest to use. (Such as a bag of popcorn) We will definitely consider the Albury Court Hotel on our next trip, and would recommend to family and friends.

We recently booked and stayed in the Cypress House Hotel, we got married in Key West in March and wanted to come back for a visit over the summer. We decided on the Cypress House Hotel as we had stayed a few doors down in a house rental with family for the wedding. We knew the location couldn’t be beat and remembered walking by the Cypress House Hotel numerous times and how inviting it looked. So for our return visit we booked it! We took the ferry in from Fort Myers which made it very convenient to walk to and from. We were able to get to the seaport, Duval, boardwalk, restaurants and local attractions in just a few blocks any direction. We were there in July so coming back and taking a dip in the pool with no kids splashing around made it perfect for relaxation. We also were able to chat with some of the other guests and talk about our day spent on the island. The rooms were very well kept and the housekeeping did a great job making sure we had what we needed each day. The outside deck was in the process of being replaced, my only suggestion would be to keep it going as it was weathered in older spots and the newer part looked amazing if it were be carried throughout the rest. The staff was nice and friendly and on top of any question or request made whether the front office, housekeeping or ground crew. A great choice for a great price!

We chose the Merlin Guest House by accident; didn’t know anything about the accommodations in Key West. Could not have done any better. It was small enough to be intimate; one block from Duval, right in the center of the block; an easy walk to everything. The staff was great and personal (loved Linda). Our room (#8) was spotless and that was the impression you got when you opened the door: mostly white, new white tiled bathroom, nice bright interior and bedding; completely calming and comfortable. Please thank the housekeeper. It screamed clean and that is so important to guests. The grounds are small and also intimate; when you leave the sidewalk and come through their gate, you get the feeling of tranquil and island; you don’t even think that there is a street 75 feet away. Loved the breakfast in the courtyard under the trees. And of course who can leave out meeting the resident kitty. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.
