The Albury Court Hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. It was within walking distance to downtown and still far enough away from Duval street that noise was not an issue. Breakfast by the pool was great. The only recommendation I have for the room is as follows. The room was very nice but floor space was at a premium as our room was small. I would recommend moving the in-room safe off the dresser to the other counter beside the sink. This would free up the dresser top for a suitcase ūüėä. Overall we had a great stay at Albury Court Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Key West.

There are so many great things to mention about our stay.  The staff was excellent (thanks, Danielle, Laura, Jennifer and Lila) and they were very helpful with directions and local advice. Thanks also to Kyrell and his restaurant suggestions and discount coupons.  Of course, I have to mention Gary, the resident black cat, who was loved by all and a warming addition to the already exceptional ambience of the place.

We requested a secluded room and received exactly what we wanted. ¬†Laura arranged bikes to be brought to the hotel and relieved us of having to seek those out ourselves. ¬†The location is very convenient whether walking or biking to attractions or even one of the local CVS’ or Walgreens. We can’t wait to visit again!

This was our first visit to a very laid-back Key West and after browsing numerous websites found just what we were looking for and that was the historic Lighthouse Court Hotel.

The location is perfect, just back from the party street, Duval Street, so we were within walking distance of all the popular restaurants and historic bars plus the hop on hop off buses stopped just up the road.  Ernest Hemingway House was right across the road with all his kitty offsprings.  The hotel itself is just great, accommodations very comfortable, great continental breakfasts around the pool and happy hour drinks at the onsite bar.  Lena, who manages the bar, is a sweetheart and can share so much local information.

We’ll definitely be back, thank you for a memorable stay. ūü§ó

Have you ever fallen in love with a place so much -you want to go back and can’t wait to share the information of a great stay and adventure? Well this is my new love: the Key Lime Inn.

So much so, it’s my fourth time staying with you and this time we brought 6 couples to stay. Everyone was pleased. The pool area is always a nice location for all of us to gather before the evening festivities and the breakfast in the morning was nice because it’s outside and plenty of tables for us all. The proximity to Duval Street, restaurants and shops make it a great location. ¬†The rooms are always clean and nicely decorated with sitting areas right outside your room. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions for “local” places to go. I can’t wait to plan 2017 visit.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Chelsea House Hotel for our 3rd wedding Anniversary.¬† My husband is in the military and we never really got a honeymoon, so this was a¬†short “honeymoon” for us.¬† We were driving from St. Pete, FL, and knew we would be checking in late.¬† I informed the Front Desk team via email, and they were quick to respond and sent detailed instructions on what to do when we arrived.¬† Our room was beautiful and clean with a lot of character.

We enjoyed breakfast by the pool the first day, which was a great setting, the food was pretty typical for a continental. ¬†The location can’t be beat, within walking distance of Duval and all the local sites. ¬†We also got a great Anniversary surprise in our room one day, you can tell the staff really pays attention to detail!¬† I would recommend this hotel to any couple looking to have a fun-filled and relaxing stay in Key West!

Where do I start?! From the moment we pulled up in our cab from the airport our experience was delightful.  The check-in staff was funny, personable and friendly. Our room was more than we expected.  Loved the tall ceilings, wood floor and charm of the décor. We were right outside the kitchen, so I was lucky enough to get breakfast in bed everyday since my husband simply walked from our door into the kitchen.

The evening Hors d’oeuvres were delicious and the rum drinks very tasty! ALL the staff were wonderful and friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome! We felt like we had the huge house to ourselves as it was very quiet and we hardly ever saw the staff¬† – they seemed to be like fairies – things just magically appeared.¬† We vacation in Key West every couple of years – this was our first experience with the Historic Key West Inns group of hotels. Suffice it to say, we will definitely stay at Cypress House Hotel or one of their other Hotels on our next stay.

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.  Very much appreciated.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in the Albury Court Hotel. The whole property was beautiful and very cozy, and the personnel could not have been more accommodating. The hotel was walking distance from almost everywhere in Key West, particularly Duval Street. We will definitely be back!

Both check in and checkout was awesome.  The staff was exceptional and very accommodating as our departure was later that day and they welcomed us back while they stored our luggage.  I wish I would have jotted down their names but hopefully it will be easy to research so they get the kudos they deserve! Hotel room was clean, comfortable and the grounds the same.  I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.  Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay!

The location of Lighthouse Court Hotel is perfectly located in Old Town for enjoying all there is to experience in this fascinating city. We walked wherever we wanted to go!  We were directly across from Hemingway House and adjacent to THE Key West Lighthouse.

Check in/out is a smooth process with friendly and helpful office personnel. We were advised to park our vehicle in the guarded lot a short drive from the hotel; it is well worth the added $10+tax/daily!  Street parking is pretty non-existent.

Accommodations are quite clean and comfortable. ¬†We had requested a room with 2 beds; we had more of a suite with a separate bedroom(another bed in the large “living room” with a dining area and efficiency kitchen), a double vanity bathroom and a large walk-in shower, and 2 TVs. ¬†We also had a nice deck with 2 Adirondack chairs just outside our door. ¬†Our unit appeared to have been recently renovated, as it seemed for the rest of the property.

The deck surrounding the salt water pool is a great gathering spot all day and into the evening. Karleen brings out fresh coffee and orange juice beginning at 7 AM and then she sets up a continental breakfast bar (the locally made fresh bagels and ham & cheese croissants are EXCELLENT!).  She always took good care of everyone, and made sure there was fresh coffee! Opposite the breakfast area is the Mojito Bar & Cafe for a nice selection of beers, drinks, and light fare.

All employees we met were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Everyone had a genuine smile on!! One of them told us we should not miss the Butterfly & Nature Conservatory; it is amazing!¬†Don’t forget to see Rhett and Scarlett, the resident pink flamingos!

After the hustle-and-bustle of sightseeing, entering the Court is a welcome and quiet respite from the outside. We really enjoyed our stay here. Now that we have discovered this Gem we are longing to return!

We stayed at the Merlin Guest House in later October. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff went out of their way to help my wife find some shampoo that we had to throw out because of our flight. The garden where the breakfast was held was absolutely beautiful.
