Traveling with a toddler is never easy but the staff at Merlin Guest House exceeded in welcoming our family! Our little one was greeted by name daily and was even allowed to help feed Jordan, the cat, and the fish. Our morning swim was fabulous as the staff always stopped to say hi and play and never minded the splashes Giada gave them in return. Morning coffee and breakfast with other guests made the stay feel as if you were among family. Quiet and relaxing yet steps away from bustling Duval St., the perfect blend for a fabulous long weekend.

Merlin Guest House was cozy, exceptionally clean, and provided impeccable service. Can’t wait until we return next year!!!!

This is a very quaint boutique hotel (37 rooms/cottages). It is one of the cleanest places we have visited and we are very fussy. We usually stay in larger resorts and I have to say that this was a welcome change. It is so calm and relaxing. They have a continental breakfast in a cabana at the pool which we found to be very enjoyable. We traveled with another couple & they loved it too. We also met some nice people at the pool.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. They are not stuffy but very friendly & recommended some local activities and restaurants. Matt Harris, Micheall Thomas & Helena couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We felt like we knew them for years when we left. We stayed at the Key Lime Inn in November, 2016, and definitely plan to return again soon.

My wife and I stayed here for the second time recently (we have already booked again for February). We used to stay at La Concha, but repeated episodes of poor housekeeping (after unaddressed complaints) led us to here. It’s a lovely little place and they had honored our request for a specific room. One day, we left the hotel at 9:30 and asked the front desk to arrange to have it cleaned and made up by 2:00, as we expect to come back to the room to rest before dinner. They spoke to the housekeeping manager and assured that it would be done. We came back at 2:00 to find the room not done. After speaking to the manager in person about the problem (there was an obvious miscommunication), he profusely apologized, got our room cleaned and made up immediately (I wish I could clean my house so fast, BTW). He asked if there was anything he could do to make it up to us. I wanted nothing more than for it not to happen again in the future. We come down a minimum of 3 times a year and want to continue coming to the Key Lime. A bit later that afternoon, the manager personally delivered a half bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice as a token of their appreciation for being their customer. We thought that was a lovely gesture and reinforced our decision to stay there now and in the future. We thanked them for it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The office staff on check in and check out were so pleasant and helpful. The young woman at the desk printed out our boarding passes for us, so kind. Our room was great, awesome spot, no complaints, breakfast every day was great, we would stay here again and will recommend. Great jobūüĎć

This was our first trip to Key West so we didn’t know exactly what to expect. ¬†We enjoyed our stay at Key Lime Inn. ¬†The location is great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. ¬† Overall it was a pleasant hotel, we loved how Quaint it is. ¬† The only downside is the walls can be thin and you can hear any noise outside. So when your neighbors get up, you’re up! ¬†We still had a great time and this didn’t ruin our vacation.

I traveled down to Key West for the weekend to help celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday. I stayed at the Chelsea House Hotel and was very pleased with the hospitality and service there. The staff more than made up for the cozy room with their abundance of care and personal attention to taking care of every detail. I would absolutely go back and stay there again given the great location on Old Town and the excellent level of service I received there. They even took the time to walk me to my room and help me to get situated.

The remodel of the old Blue Parrot to additional rooms of the Chelsea House Hotel was so spectacular. The rooms are up to date and comfy and still have that old Conch Republic flare! And very romantic. What a wonderful surprise!

All the staff are friendly and helpful from check in, housekeeping, and breakfast, through check out.

I really enjoyed time in the pool and deck while taking a break from the Boat Race activities.

Can’t wait to return!

This was our third stay at “Lighthouse Court” and it was great just as it was our first two times. The staff was great and friendly, ¬†especially Jem, who treated us like family. Room was clean and service was great. Hope to return again some day.

My husband and I stayed at the Key Lime Inn for two days while visiting Key West.  I really honestly do not have one negative thing to say about the hotel. The rooms were immaculate clean and the beds were very comfortable.  Housekeeping could not have been more accommodating.  I had requested extra towels and had them almost immediately.  Both days that we were there we had our breakfast by the pool and everything was perfect.  We were particularly happy to see hard boiled eggs at your breakfast buffet.  I know that it is a small thing, but we both love hard boiled eggs.  We also stayed by the pool on both days before venturing out for a night on Duval Street.  Last but not least, your staff at the front desk were very cheery and helpful.  Unfortunately I only know one of their names, Michaell, but they were all wonderful.  They recommended the Hot Tin Roof Restaurant to us for dinner and it was the best dinner that we had while in the Keys.  Loved it, along with our stay at the Key Lime Inn.  We will definitely be back.
