My husband and I came for four days Spring Break(March-Apr) and the weather was wonderful. The staff at Cypress House was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nicely prepared and liming was a great time for the guests to meet. We stayed in room 24, one of the suites which was very clean and had most everything one would need. I would suggest that more clothing storage be added, a few more throw blankets, and paper and pen. We could not have asked for a better location to Duval and the Pier. Had a Great Stay!

We had a wonderful experience here. Key Lime Inn is a charming hotel in a quiet area of town that’s within easy walking distance of Duval St. The staff was terrific and accomodated our (very) early check-in graciously. Nice pool, nice continental breakfast, easy free parking, convenient location, and lovely grounds with hammocks, swings, etc. Room had a comfortable bed, Keurig coffee machine, and small refrigerator. Would stay here again.

Additional information for Historic Key West Inns review:  Special thanks to Rafael who called the hotel directly to make sure we could check in early!  Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy; I wish I could remember the young lady’s name who checked us in and out because she was very nice.

We had a very nice stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. It is very centrally located to almost everything in town. The second floor queen suite we had was nice, clean and, spacious. The courtyard has a good pool and surrounding area with a bar. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples or even newlyweds.

This is a wonderful inn in a great location. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. There is a free breakfast in the morning that is good prior to heading out to do activities for the day. There is also a pool at the inn if you want to relax for the day.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The quaint rooms were perfect for someone seeking a nice place to rest your head within walking distance of all old town venues.  Staff was friendly and professional.  This isn’t a spread out and settle in to the room for a week type of place, but is comfortable for coming and going to the town

Great location and a small little inn.  When we first arrived I was surprised at how small the inn was  (which was not bad at all) but a little disappointed in the size of our room.  I know they have larger more expensive rooms but I thought out queen room would be a little larger. We did not spend much time there so it ended up being a minor issue.  I loved the size of the pool, the breakfast was perfect and a very quiet location that was only a few blocks from Duval Street.  Carolines on Duval had the best mixed drinks out of anywhere on Duval.  When we checked in to our room we had no washcloths a few shower towels in our room.  We had two pool towels laying on our bed.  The next day we were fully stocked.  This is a place we would stay at again due to location and just how quaint it was (wood walkways and mulch was everywhere which we loved).

We recently stayed at the Lighthouse Court for our wedding and honeymoon in Key West. The word “exceptional” does not do this wonderful Hotel and its staff justice.

We encouraged many of our wedding guests to stay at the Lighthouse Court and I know they all had excellent experiences. We coordinated our wedding guests’ stays through Mary Simmons, who was extremely pleasant to work with and incredibly organized and helpful in making sure that the wedding guests received the block rates. I would also like to mention Rose at the front desk, who was eager to assist and even helped (with Mary) in some last minute changes in accommodations when we decided we could not resist one more night in the BEAUTIFUL Hemingway Suite.

We split our time between two different Standard Rooms and the Hemingway Suite during our stay. The Standard Rooms were simply great – clean, cozy, and with a remarkably comfortable bed! The Hemingway Suite, where we stayed for the middle of our Wedding/Honeymoon trip, was easily the nicest hotel room we have ever had the extreme pleasure in which to stay. We had booked two nights in the Hemingway Suite and I could not resist booking one extra night (which my bride did not mind in the least!) Again, with help from Rose & Mary, Lighthouse Court helped to make this happen without any hassle at all.

I would also like to mention how incredible Pam, housekeeping supervisor, and her entire staff were during our stay. She and her staff went out of their way to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of the whole week we were there. Between changing rooms (standard to Hemingway Suite to standard), they were organized, helpful and extremely friendly and pleasant!

The wedding was at the Hemingway Home, so the location of the Lighthouse Court could not have been better (directly across the street). It was so great during our nights in the Hemingway Suite to sit on the porch and look across the street and say “tomorrow, let’s get married right there!” and “hey, remember when we got married right over there?!” The grounds of the entire Lighthouse Court complex were great as well. The lush greenery and cozy cottages were so wonderful that our wedding photographer decided there was no better place to take many of the pre-ceremony pictures right there at the Lighthouse Court!

After the wedding, we populated the rooms, offices, and bar with the lovely floral centerpieces from the reception (and passed out as many of the delicious desserts as hotel guests and staff wanted). When we finally did have time to relax, we were able to hang out by the pool, get some sun, and read – all the while knowing that Nick at the Mojito Bar was not far away with another refreshing cocktail!

Beyond convenience to the actual wedding location, Lighthouse Court is only one block from Duval Street, a few down from the Green Parrot, and a couple up from the Southernmost Point. I am not one to often write reviews, but this place is special in so many ways. This is not so much a review as it is a sincere thank you to the Lighthouse Court and all of its wonderful staff. If you are reading this and you are planning a trip to Key West, do yourself a favor and stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel.

Our second stay at the Key Lime Inn was just a wonderful if not better than the first.  We stayed 7 nights the second time.  Great staff, great location, great pool and of course a great room.  We’ll be back!  Thanks!
