This hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool and pool bar are great! My only complaint is that the bathroom showers in the standard rooms are small.

I loved our stay in the Hemingway Suite. We loved the privacy and the view of the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower and thick towels. They even supply nice beach towels. Breakfast was by the pool. We appreciated the location. We walked to almost to everywhere we went. My sister and I did two days of snuba during our stay. I highly recommend that too.

This hotel is absolutely adorable! Little cottages scattered throughout the property are updated and nicely maintained. Very clean! Nice amenities, good breakfast, pool is refreshing. The front desk staff were very knowledgable and accommodating, especially Michaell!! They were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions. Two blocks from Duval street which was the main reason we chose this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and already have to friends and family! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was SUPER nice and knowledgeable about the local area.  They recommended several great places to see and eat.  The room was very clean and inviting as well.  The check-in/out process was simple and seamless.  I would most definitely recommend people to stay at the Key Lime Inn and already have!  Our favorite restaurant was Louie’s Backyard. The only problem we had on our trip was our sandals being taken at the pool.  We accidentally left them by our lounge chairs one evening and the next day they were gone and no one from the staff had seen them.  Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at the Chelsea House for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much! We were not on vacation but in transition between rentals and needed a place that accepted pets. The Chelsea House made us and our cat feel welcome and at home during a stressful week! We had a beautiful room with a large porch and rocking chairs, which was great for drinking coffee in the morning or sipping wine in the evening and watch people walk by on Truman Ave. Very entertaining! The location is great, just a few blocks from Duval Street and in walking distance to Mallory Square and some very good restaurants! We loved the fresh and healthy breakfast buffet served every morning by the pool, it had everything we needed and the coffee was outstanding! All the front desk staff was very personable and helpful, thank you! Will definitely stay there again and recommend to all our friends and family!

Our visits to Key West are always so relaxing thanks to the comfy, private and old-town feeling of Chelsea House Pool & Gardens. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is welcoming. I love just sitting at the pool on warm afternoons chatting with guests from across the globe. Thank you Julie Fondreist for your hospitality.

I stayed at Key Lime Inn over the weekend in June, and had a pleasant experience.  The room size was good, and the staff we courteous and friendly.  There was no noise issue despite being close to Truman Street.  One thing I did not realize is that the Inn is on a relatively large grounds with several cottages, which I think enhanced privacy.  I enjoyed  staying here.

My husband and I spent three nights at Chelsea House.  The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Parking was ample, but uncovered. The front office staff was very helpful and professional.  The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. There was no closet, but hangars and hooks were provided for tops and dresses. The pool and gardens were beautiful.  The housekeeping staff did an excellent job.  This is an historic inn, so be prepared to climb and descend narrow stairs.  These weren’t a problem, unless you have limited mobility and a second floor room. Breakfast was the low point.  It was served by the pool and seating was limited, especially if there was rain. The coffee was excellent, but there should have been more selections for breakfast items.  All the cereals offered were heavily sweetened, and there was a limited choice of fresh fruit. Fresh locally made pastries were good. Our two favorite restaurants, both located on Duval Street were La Trattoria and Antonia’s.  We would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Key West.

Helpful and friendly staff.  Very clean.  Surprisingly quite since it is located in Old Town, so close to the hustle and bustle of Key West. We left another resort in the upper Keys because we were very disappointed with the place.  We decided to “wing it” and found the Key Lime Inn.  It was just what we needed.  Clean and close to Duval Street.  It even cost less than the other resort we left!  Highly recommended.  We will return!
