Very relaxing.  Most comfortable bed.  Arrived with another couple who had reservations with us.  We had requested first floor rooms, but only one was available, so we had a second floor.  Stairs were a little difficult for us (seniors). Pool and patio were delightful and breakfast in the adjoining area was delicious.  Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to duval and conch train.  Check in and out was quick and courteous.  Staff was polite and professional. Very nice breakfast. Room was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately the lights on the stairs to the loft weren’t working and we would have liked a 2nd mirror in our unit as we had 2 couples staying.  Other than that we have already recommended your hotel to friends and acquaintances here in Ft Myers.

Enjoyed my stay at the Key Lime Inn and would surely choose it again next visit to Key West. The office crew where very helpful. I appreciated the referral to “Duffy’s” for dinner. Had a great steak there and enjoyed the free Key Lime Pie.

After a long, and beautiful drive from Miami to Key West, my husband and I (and our little dog Chloe) were excited to check in to our room. My first pleasant impression was the very visible parking space designated for checking in. Our check in was smooth and fast. We had a junior suite on the first floor. Again we were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. High ceilings make this room very spacious, and the space itself is very comfortable. We LOVED the private back area with a private porch, and a fenced in mulched space for our puppy. The kitchen had everything that we needed. A nice touch was the wine & champagne glasses chilling in the refrigerator. We met Frankie who was such a delight and cleaned the room beautifully. The entire staff is very warm, welcoming, and friendly. Rent a bike as soon as you check in, it is the best way to get around. And definitely check out the Sunset Pier at zero Duval street. The view is stunning and the Caipirinhas are the best. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th year staying at the Merlin Guesthouse so obviously there must be something we like about this place. Let’s see, it’s the service, the location, the price . . . So basically EVERYTHING!! Although it is only one block off of Duval Street it is very, very quiet and relaxing yet walkable to EVERYTHING!!
I can’t say enough about the staff – they make you feel at home from the minute you call to make your reservation to the moment you leave and their mascot (Jordan) is a great ambassador for the animal lovers in all of us.
We will DEFINITELY be back for many years to come!!

Thank you for the ear plugs as the roosters made them necessary! Overall our visit was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and comfortable as well. The bartender was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I was disappointed with the receptionist upon our checkout. She was a bit grumpy.

When we arrived at the Key Lime Inn we were greeted by a very pleasant woman. Our cabin was very clean and inviting. We loved it. In the morning, the breakfast was very fresh with delicious muffins and croissants, along with eggs, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. We very much enjoyed it. The location of this hotel was perfect for us to walk and the grounds were very lush and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return soon.

Lovely little place in the heart of Old Key West.  Continental breakfast right outside your unit certainly got you up at a reasonable hour.  Walk to the remainder of the island was quick given the central location. We had a great time.

Every January, my husband and I travel to Key West for a few days to escape the cold. Previously, we stayed at Albury Court for 3 visits. This year we decided to switch it up and stay at the Merlin Guesthouse for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, only 2 blocks from Duval Street. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Also our room was ready early! We flew into Key West at 11 am so that was great to be able to settle in before venturing out to our favorite spots! The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved having a front porch that overlooked the street (we ate breakfast there each morning!)

There was also an amazing breakfast offered each morning, by the pool, with lots to choose from including fresh local pastries, coffee and fruit! When checking out, the hotel held our bags for the day while we continued to explore Key West before our flight. They also set up a cab to the airport for us. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Excellent service and value.
