Guest Testimonials | Key West Hotel Reviews
Our first stay in Key West and I am happy to recommend the Cypress House as a perfect place to stay while here. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly (especially Dennis), and the location is great. It is close enough to walk to all attractions, yet quiet to relax on the front porch. We will stay here on return trip to Key West!

The atmosphere at the hotel was great. The pool was a definite necessity with the hot weather and we spent a lot of time hanging out with friends at the many table and chair sets with umbrellas. The room was clean (bedding, bathroom, towels, etc), although it seemed that I was always picking up dirt on my feet somehow. I really wish the room had a refrigerator because I always wanted a cold drink with the heat. We ended up buying a disposable chest to keep things in.
The staff was friendly and courteous and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was a nice distance from Duval street – not too far of a walk but away from the loud noise. Favorite restaurant was La Trattoria, where we ate our last night in tow

My wife and took a trip to Key West in September 2012 to celebrate her birthday…We stayed at the Key Lime Inn and were extremely happy with the accommodations. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. We were close enough to walk to everything including the main attractions on Duval Street but yet it was quiet so you could get a good nights rest….The room are very cozy and quaint and the bed was very comfy….The breakfast that they serve was enough for us as we felt they offered a nice selection of bread, pastry, bagels, etc as well as yogurt, fruit and cereal…We definitely will stay at the Key Lime Inn again when we visit Key West again.

My boyfriend and I drove into Key West later than we anticipated. A little after 9:00pm, Ray called to make sure we were still planning to check-in. We had to drop friends off at another location, but were so thankful that he called and said he would stay a little late to make sure he was there to show us to our room – which he upgraded for us too. Thank you Ray!! We loved our stay!
The location just off of Duval Street was perfect! The resort is small but quaint. And the price was very reasonable. And we really enjoyed the continental breakfast on Sunday after our late Saturday night!
We will definitely be back to stay at the Merlin House for our next visit to Key West.

Pat and I spent a wonderful, relaxing week with our two little dogs at the Chelsea House and Gardens. The accommodations and staff were much more than we could have hoped for. A very central location in Old Town, and near everything we came to see and do.
The room with a king bed, refrigerator, seating area, storage space and big TV were just like home – very comfortable and relaxing. The Victorian architecture of the cottages and in the surrounding area was reminiscent of our favorite retreat in Western New York at the Chautauqua Institurion.
Of course, there was a wider variety of places to go and things to do in Old Town. Every night a swim in the pool and a cigar on the cottage porch were the perfect ending to the day’s activities.
Our favorite place to eat was the pet friendly martini bar at Martin’s – a break from the loud music and excellent food and wait staff.
