I have just returned from a wonderful four day stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The staff was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Peter was so gracious as to make suggestions for dinner, bike rental and snorkel and kayak tours and he even made the reservations for us. Peter took the time to discover what my husband and I liked and so his suggestions were right on.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The gardens and pool area were beautiful. The location is the best – close and convenient to everything.

Warmest thanks to all who made our stay so memorable.

Oh, I can not wait to return!

Great weekend stay at this historic boutique hotel. Clean room, cold a/c, beautiful grounds and friendly staff! In the center of Key West on a quiet, yet accessible street. We love it!

My husband and I had a four-day getaway and stayed here. The location could not have been any better. The rooms were clean, the pool and AC were great. Bed was comfortable. We will stay here again!

Second time in Key West.  The hotel was both far enough away but close enough to the harbor, restaurants and Duval Street.  We walked to our destinations the entire weekend.  The mojito bar was an added pleasure.  Rooms were nicely furnished.  Lighthouse Court Hotel was just what we were looking for.  Thank you.

I chose to have my 32nd birthday celebration in Key West and it was hands down the BEST birthday that I’ve ever had! The people, the food, shopping…plus beautiful surroundings. While I was planning hotel accommodations and trying to figure out what to do during our visit, Jennifer was a HUGE help. She had lots of recommendations, making my decisions much easier! Irish Kevin’s is a great bar and lunch at Latitudes was hands down my favorite restaurant. **If you want dinner reservations, make sure to book at least 3 months ahead of time.

Loved the location of the Chelsea House Hotel. Only a couple blocks from Duval Street, but in a quiet area for sleeping/recovering for the next day. Check-in / Check-out process was a BREEZE! Our room was perfect! Nicely updated bathroom, comfortable bed and our own private patio within and out access vs. going through the lobby, making it feel more like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family and will be staying with you again during my next visit!

Thank you again for everything, Jennifer and the other Chelsea House Hotel staff!

The team spirit is excellent, room clean, a smile during check-in. I recommend Chelsea House Hotel to a friend. Just one suggestion : some leafs in the swimming pool, but it’s not very important.

Regards

We flew down to Key West for a quick visit in April. Gulf Coast Airways flies from Naples Municipal to Key West in 35 minutes, and Linda had us checked into our wonderful 2-bedroom cottage at the Merlin Guest House exactly 1 hour after we left Naples!  The cottage had everything we could have needed and it was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and cozy and we had room to spread out a bit.

Linda pointed us in the direction of lunch at Caroline’s, just a short stroll from our Key Lime Bike Tour.  She was right—fresh, delicious and the drinks were icy cold. After our bike tour, we headed back to Merlin Guest House to relax and shower before dinner at Louie’s.  Linda was off, but her lovely colleague got us a cab and waved us off for a great outdoor dining experience. The next day, we had a delicious breakfast in the guest house garden and dropped our bags at the desk while we headed out for some water adventures.  By the end of the afternoon, we needed a cool place to relax, and we were welcomed warmly by the staff at Merlin Guest House.  Relax by the pool, she said.  Have an iced tea, she offered with a smile.  I’ll call you a cab in a half hour!  And so we did.

Perfectly located a long block off Duval, clean and inviting, Merlin is a great home base in Key West.  We will definitely return.  Maybe we’ll see you there!

This was our first time staying in the Keys! The young lady at the desk, Kaylee, was very helpful! She suggested different things in the area for us to do. She even booked the excursions for us. Our room was clean, and it was very quiet. The breakfast they provided everyone was delicious! Everyone we encountered was very nice, and went out of their way to make sure it was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Cypress House Hotel recently. I stay in key west often and always at a guest house. I found the Cypress House staff to be the friendliest and most accommodating people I have dealt with. They actually cared about my situation of possible jury duty and helped me. I will definitely stay there again as the location is perfect also. I look forward to trying the other guest houses owned by this company. Immaculate room and delightful tropical grounds too. Thanks again.
