What a great hotel. Located in a great spot. Within walking distance of all the hot spots in Key West but on a quiet street. Everyone on the hotel staff is very friendly (especially Shawn, who always had a smile and a friendly “Good Morning”) Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good with the usual breakfast selection. Sandra and I plan on staying there on our next vacation.

We loved the Chelsea House Pool & Gardens.  The location was great!  A very short walk to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough for a good sleep.  The room was well decorated, comfortable and clean. The front desk and activities staff were very helpful and nice! We would stay there again and I’d recommend this great inn to friends and family.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff, as always, were fabulous.  Thanks, especially to Darren and Denise. The housekeeping staff even called me immediately to return to pick up items I left in the room.

That was our second stay with the Historic Key West Inns. Location was excellent close to Duval street, but far enough to have a good night sleep without any interrupting at night. Our room was in the main building on the 2nd floor. It was perfectly neat. Breakfast was good to start a day. Pool was sparkling and bright. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our questions.

We been staying here for over 20 years. We have found the staff from the moment we register to we check out nothing but professional. Everyone is so friendly. I was there this weekend celebrating my ???? birthday. We needed some champagne glasses…they were delivered to the room.  Our room was ready clean and most of all, cooled.  The grounds were well maintained. They could have not been any better.

Lighthouse Court is centrally located and easy to get to. We have had some of our friends stay there and they love it also and are returnees.

It is amazing to me that they’re still going strong where many other places close up.  After all these years, they are doing something right.

See you all again…

It was our first experience staying at The Chelsea House even just one day and it wasn’t long enough! How wonderful the staff were and when we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. All attention was paid to every detail. So relaxing , just what we needed. I loved the gardens and unique flora and fauna in and around the property. My favorite moment was “floating” in the pool staring up at the most beautiful coconut tree. The staff were extremely polite and willing to attend any of your needs. Breakfast in the garden very memorable. I know we will be back but hopefully for more days. We were so please to be walking distance from the Key West Light House and Ernest Hemingway’s home. Definitely the feel of Key West.

We always love getting away to Key West and this is the second time staying at the Chelsea House and as much as we enjoyed it the first time, this time was even better as our room #13 was very comfortable. We walked a lot during our stay but it was nice to come back in the afternoon for a cool swim then off to Duval in the evening.

The staff is always very friendly & helpful.

We will be back!!

This charming guest house is situated perfectly for walking to most of the attractions and only one block off of Duval Street means easy access to the hustle-bustle when the mood strikes. With the Lighthouse next door and Hemmigway’s home right across the street, how could we go wrong?

The staff here was very friendly–we felt like we were special guests from the moment we checked in. Ronnie was happy to assist with directions or suggestions and housekeeping was fast, efficient and happily worked around our schedule.

The light breakfast buffet by the pool in the morning was a nice way to ease into the day and a cocktail in the afternoon at the Mojito Bar became a ritual.

Our only bump was the mini-fridge which was somewhat iced over and then decided to thaw itself during the first night, but maintenance was there first thing (as soon as we were ready for them) to come in and replace it with a new unit. Perfecto!

While our dining spanned the gamut from a light lunch at Banana Cafe to a stunning dinner at Latitudes, I think our favorite meal was a traditional breakfast at Amigo’s the day of our departure. The Juevos Rancheros rocked!!

Thank you so much to all the staff at the Lighthouse. We had a marvelous time!

This was our second stay at Key Lime Inn this year. We were there in July to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in one of your cute bungalows and just loved it. This time we brought our visiting friends from TX with us. I specifically wanted to stay at Key Lime again, not only because we had such a great experience last time, but also because I wanted our friends to really experience the charm of Key West, which I feel Key Lime Inn represents beautifully.

I work in a Spa in a luxury hotel in Coral Gables so I  am very conscious of customer service. Your staff is wonderful.  Michelle, at the front desk, was very professional and helpful. Everyone else on site always acknowledged us with a smile and joyful greeting.

The breakfast is simple but filling. The Pool is great for a cool down after a day in the sun and the parking is an absolute blessing. The rooms are clean, cool and beautifully decorated.

Since we live so close, we will probably visit Key West several times a year and we will definitely be staying at Key Lime every time.

Thank you again for making our time in Key West an absolute delight!!

My husband and I booked a 4-day stay a beautiful resort in Ducks Key Cove to celebrate our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. We arrived on a Sunday and everything was beautiful, however we awoke on Monday morning to jack hammering and extremely noisy construction work. There was nowhere on the resort to escape the noise and absolutely ruined any chances of my husband and I enjoying a quiet get-away anniversary trip.

We quickly checked out and headed to Key West with no reservations in hand.  We’ve never been to the Keys so wasn’t sure where to stay.  We looked at a couple of reviews online and found positive comments about Key Lime Inn.  We made our reservation 15 minutes before we arrived. We explained our situation to the Front Desk clerk (Danielle?) and she quickly upgraded our room to a King size suite with a private porch and mini fridge at no extra charge.  Awesome!  The room was a great size and super clean.  We’ve already recommended another couple to Key Lime Inn who plan to visit the Keys soon.  Thanks for saving our Anniversary trip!
