We stayed at the Albury Court Hotel both before and after a trip with the Boy Scouts to the Sea Base Brinton Center Out Island Adventure.  The Hotel has a great location and very friendly staff.  The perfect location if you want to take the day trip to the Dry Tortugas and Fort Jefferson, as the ferry terminal is less than two blocks away.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Key West was a nice end of our road trip from Orlando with my two sons and the elder ‘s girl friend . The location is just great, both central and relatively quiet despite the proximity of Duval street. The “colonial” look of this hotel is just charming, together with the garden full of different species of plants and trees. The hotel staf is also definitely both very professional and friendly. They have been able to arrange a snorkel diving tour for the 4 of us at 10:30 pm, for the following day. Two suggestions we could make;

- The room as well as bathroom are, by nature, quite small but towel hooks and  shelves could be welcome as it would help to make the place look wider (scattered towels here and there make the bathroom look even smaller)

- Some croissants or similar pastries available for breakfast could also be a plus for us , Europeans! :-)

We would certainly recommend the Lighthouse Court to friends planning a stay in Key West

We had a wonderful time at the Merlin Guesthouse. At first I was worried with the parking, but was able to park very easily on the side street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the suggestion to go to Zachary Taylor State Park. That was the highlight of our trip. We spent our whole day there, eating lunch at the picnic tables, snorkeling, and enjoying the warm water. The cottage was very clean and the daily housekeeping was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Chelsea House for only one night for my birthday and I wish that I could’ve stayed longer. The location is great, as was the staff. My boyfriend asked the staff where to go get cupcakes for my birthday and the front desk staff was very helpful. They found Key West Cakes for him and it was the best cupcake I’ve had!

The hotel was clean and quiet. It had a relaxing atmosphere and a welcoming feel. The pool was small but clean. my only recommendation would be to resurface the deck right next to the pool. I felt like I could’ve gotten a blister while walking barefoot. I loved that breakfast was served by the pool as well!

All and all, it was an excellent stay and I would recommend it to everyone.

We booked 2 nights at the Lighthouse Court in Key West as part of our 30th wedding anniversary celebrations and we were not disappointed. Only minutes walk from Duval st and short walks from either end of the island. Great location. Pool area was much better than expected and we even had a bottle of sparkling stuff in our clean and modern room. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was nice and we had a good time.

We enjoyed the beach and all those restaurants and bars. We really liked the live Music at Captain T´s bar.

I had visited Albury Court in the middle of the week, after driving through a lot of traffic down to the keys it was a relief to find the hotel was in a central location and had a great clean room to relax in before a night on the town! The staff was pleasant, the three girls during the day were great with requests and information around key west, and the night manager whom was very friendly as well. The room was just right the right size and very clean. Modern bathroom and decor but still a beachy style, perfect! Overall the stay at the Albury Court was better than I had expected. The location was minutes from Duval (by car) and free parking right by our room. I would definitely visit here again and will recommend to friends as well.

P.S. Albury Court even hooked us up with buy one get one drink tickets. Awesome!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Albury Court Hotel. I was only in town for one night and was taking the ferry from Ft. Meyers.  My only goal was to find something within a reasonable walking distance from the dock. I was immediately struck by how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff was.  It was only a short distance from the ferry and the woman behind the counter was able to get me to my room earlier than expected.  Once there I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room immediately, the modern updates were very pleasing and yet did not detract from the Old Key West charm.  Between the room and the pool, and the proximity to Duval, I could have stayed a week or two if I hadn’t had to come back to work the next day.  I will recommend this place to anyone, and will be staying here again on my frequent trips to Key West.

I have stayed at Key Lime Inn several times. I thinks it’s cute, clean, affordable and very keyze. I really love the little cottages. They are always very clean and always very affordable. Always very easy checking in and checking out. I’m really glad I found this cute little spot.

Couldn’t ask for a more delightful place to stay!  The room was bright and clean and comfortable!  I came for my 50th birthday and was not disappointed!  One of our mornings we went to the beach and then left our suits on the porch to dry.  A surprise rain came up and our housekeeper went to the trouble to take our dry swimsuits in to our room so they wouldn’t get wet again!  This was a dream you won’t find with some big chain like Marriot!  If I’m in Key West again I will stay here!
