My girlfriend and I spent a 2.5 day weekend at the Chelsea House Hotel. The staff was very help and the amenities nice. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained.  We would definitely come back.  Thanks.

Our stay at the Key Lime Inn was wonderful.  The room was clean. The staff was so very polite. We got to enjoy the pool and the breakfast which was delicious. I will definitely stay here on our keys trips from here on out. Thank you Key Lime Inn!!

Our room had ample space, a comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom. The breakfast was fine with the happy hour being a nice little bonus. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and quite convenient to many of Key West’s most notable attractions. A special thanks to Scott and Melissa.

Not only does the Chelsea House Hotel have a fantastic location near everything you want to see in Key West, but the staff were amazingly professional and helpful upon check-in and thereafter. When I got in the room, I was pleased at how nicely decorated it was with a modern, fresh, Key West vibe – loved it! The room was also really clean, which I was surprised and very happy about considering the humid conditions. But, then…. I dropped something important behind the dresser under the TV… I dreaded moving that furniture fearing my exceedingly comfortable level of cleanliness I had enjoyed would be instantly ruined. However, I moved the dresser and it was amazingly spotless underneath, not a piece of dust and the baseboards were immaculate (A true sign of a clean room). Waking up was just as enjoyable, popping out of my room to a poolside, generous continental breakfast just footsteps from my door. I was thoroughly impressed by the Chelsea House Hotel and am excited to stay there again, or in one of the sister properties. It was a really nice complement to a great trip to the Keys.

This hotel, actually 3 separate buildings, which are quiet, clean, comfortable and affordable. The check-in lobby is not grand, but they have a complimentary cold water/iced tea station and a desk with a printer for boarding passes. The front desk staff was very friendly, but not all of them were familiar with offerings around the hotel area and couldn’t offer a recommendation for camping supplies (I found an Ace Hardware across the street). That’s relevant because this hotel is located conveniently close (2 block walk) to the dock for both Fort Meyers and Dry Tortugas/Fort Jefferson Ferries. Since campers need to be at the dock early in the morning, this is comfortable hotel for the night before a camping trip. Thanks.

My husband and I stayed at Cypress House Hotel in late May/early June 2017. This is the 2nd Historic Key West Inns property we’ve stayed at – Merlin was the first – because we love the old Key West houses converted to modern, attractive hotels. Cypress house was the perfect location for us this stay because it’s just down the street from the Key West Ferry which we took from Ft. Myers. Add that to it’s just a block from Duval and about 3 blocks from Mallory Square. Lovely check-in experience with Melissa who let us know we’d been upgraded to a king bed room (thank you!). Sweet patio and pool where you enjoy a nice continental breakfast in the morning and house cocktails and appetizer in late afternoon. Our room was very comfortable, tasteful and quiet which is exactly what we look for. Can’t say enough nice things about the Cypress House Hotel. Held our bags after check out, too. Next time we come to Key West, we’ll definitely be staying here again! (Merlin Guest House too – but a bit farther from the ferry which is why we didn’t do a repeat stay there this time.)

We absolutely loved our stay in the Lighthouse Court Hotel. The front desk staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We knew each time we went down to ask them a question about the area they would give us great advice and a discount card (or two!) that made our short time there the best! The rooms were spacious and clean and the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring the rock. The other guests were very friendly as well making it feel like a little home away from home in the keys. You couldn’t beat the breakfast & happy hour by the pool either! Just thinking about it makes me want to go back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse Court House. We were in room D1 up front. We liked that we had a sort of secluded little patio area with chairs. I especially liked the vaulted ceilings. It made the room feel big. The room was clean and classy. The only thing I wish it had was a mini refrigerator to keep drinks and food cold, but we happened to have a small cooler with us and there was an ice machine, so it worked out. The swimming pool was nice and clean. We got drinks at the bar. The bartender was very nice. It was extremely hot in the bar, but they are apparently putting in an air conditioner. Otherwise, it is really nice having the bar right by the pool. It was pretty cool seeing chickens and a kitty roaming around. The roosters crow in the mornings, but I didn’t mind it. We were within walking distance so many things. We walked to several restaurants and the main street with all the shops. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, but not terrible. They’ve made the best of  their limited parking space.  Staff was friendly. We were comfortable and happy. Thank you!

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days in your Chelsea House Hotel. From the first greeting upon arrival to our departure, guest service was exceptional.  We have a combined total of over 85 years in customer service, management, and ownership.  Your staff demonstrated all the traits we learned and then taught over the years putting the guest first.  The facility itself maintains that quaint old city atmosphere while being updated with modern conveniences.  We returned home well rested, well fed, well entertained all the while looking forward to our return.
