Great location, close to the Old Town, within walking distance of most attractions.  Free parking available.  Check in-check out took only a couple of minutes.  All the staff members whom we met were courteous, pleasant and friendly.  The size of the standard room with a queen bed is adequate for 2 people.  The room was extremely clean, very surprised at the high quality of toiletries.  The breakfast served at poolside was more than enough: hard-boiled eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, bananas, cereal, coffee, tea and milk.  The person who checked us in (sorry we didn’t get his name) suggested the Conch Seafood Co. Restaurant.  This is a place next to a marina with a great menu and excellent happy hour, reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food and “very Key West.”  Our overall experience was much better than expected, we will return and highly recommend the Key Lime Inn.

My wife and I stayed at the Merlin Guesthouse for our anniversary this year. We had an outstanding time.

The room we had was great. It has lots of character and was quite in spite of being directly next to another room. We loved the deck. It gave us the ability to people watch from our door step. The atmosphere of the pool and gathering area was outstanding. We loved the continental breakfast too.

We where a little surprised that there was no closet, but it really didn’t phase us. Parking was a little difficult at first, but we did find some parking on the back street behind the Inn.

Our stay at the Merlin Guesthouse was more than could be expected. All the amenities were way above anywhere we’ve stayed at before. The location was perfectly located to all the fun hot spots.  We will from now on stay at the Merlin Guesthouse.

We stayed for 3 nights at Key Lime Inn and had a great time.  Check-in and check-out were a breeze.  Our room was very clean and comfortable.  The pool was relaxing and quiet to sit by.  The whole property is extremely quiet and private – perfect for an adult getaway.  We were only a short walk from Duval Street, which is very convenient since parking is difficult down there.  We had a fantastic and relaxing vacation and will definitely stay at one of the Historic Key West Inns hotels the next time were are in Key West!

I recently stayed at the Lighthouse Court Hotel with my husband for three nights. The hotel itself is adorable. It is located directly across from the Hemingway house and the location is perfect. It is close enough to Duval street as to experience everything there, but far enough away where you don’t hear any of the noise from there. We stayed in a standard room, which was fine for us since we were out for most of the days anyway. We had no complaints. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. A great find!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Albury Court. The front desk staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and everyone we encountered was very friendly. The rooms were clean, and were appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was good, and I enjoyed eating by the pool in the early morning. We particularly liked the location, which let us walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was a pleasure being able to leave our car on the street and never have to drive. Our one complaint would be with the leaking gutter over our rooms, and with the worn floor boards on the walkway caused by the dripping water. Hopefully this will be fixed, soon. On the whole, a very enjoyable stay.

I have to stay in Key West about every 3-4 months for business purposes. For my most recent trip, I booked my one night stay at the Merlin Guesthouse. I found the property to very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming upon check-in and very helpful in answering questions. I was even “upgraded” from Queen accommodations to King. This a great spot to stay if you plan on visiting Duval street, as it is only a short (one block) walk away. There is free wi-fi and complimentary breakfast (although i did not partake) included.

The only negative, was parking was very limited at the property itself. But, the staff member (think her name was Lee??) did make a point of showing me where I could park on the adjoining streets and even moved her car, freeing up a space on the street by the Merlin Guesthouse.

Overall, I would definitely return here on my next trip to Key West.

You have a very nice and well designed boutique hotel in Lighthouse Court Hotel! I stayed a few nights and greatly enjoyed the stay there:

The small scale wooden architecture and the lush garden with its wooden and paved terraces (where you serve breakfast alfresco, very pleasant).

Not so big but clean, quiet and well furnished room, kitchenette and bathroom (although I lacked a real wood floor, closed closet / drawers and a microwave).

The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, all friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable about the local area.

And of course the location, it’s close to everything important in Key West, Duval Street, Hemingway House, etc.

I can highly recommend a stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel and I intend to do so to friends and acquaintances who are planning a trip to Key West!

We stayed here after booking through the Visitors Center for a last minute one night stay. The room was comfortable, clean and modern and the location was close enough to Duval.  Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the staff was helpful in directing us to the public garage. The complimentary breakfast was nicer than many we have had in Key West.  Thank you for the hospitality!
