We arrived on Friday by Express Ferry from Ft Myers, FL. We were told the Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the ferry, and it was just that. Originally we were assigned a room across the street from check in. The desk attendant saw the look on my face, and immediately changed our room to better suit our needs. Most of our interaction was with Kaya and Gail, who were most helpful attending to our needs, and providing information about restaurants, trolley stops and directions to places we chose to see. The Continental breakfast was very filling, laid out neatly, and on time. The pool was clean, and towels provided poolside. Our room was attractive, and clean with essentials in the bath and shower.
What would I suggest? Only some shelf/counter space to place things being used at the sink, and maybe some umbrellas for shade in the morning when eating breakfast. That’s it. We had a great time, and would recommend the Albury Court to anyone traveling to Key West.

Key Lime Inn met and exceeded our expectations.  The front desk was great; their local knowledge enhanced our stay in Key West. We only had a short walk to either Duval Street, White Street Pier, or El Siboney restaurant.  Our room was recently renovated, clean, and charming.  Kudos!!!

Key Lime Inn is a unique place – very romantic with good service. The rooms were clean and had everything needed in it. The pool is nice. We had a recreative night.

My girlfriend and I came down from Miami for a seminar, not expecting to stay the night. Alexander at the concierge was excellent with recommendations for restaurants, gave us a walk-in rate, and bumped us up to a king size. Second time we’ve stayed here and certainly not our last.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was updated and clean. Lots of charm and perfect location. Close enough to walk to everything and just far enough from the action to be peaceful. I would definitely go again.

I spent time looking at hotel options in Key West. We had stayed at a big chain hotel once before so on this visit I wanted to stay at a small hotel in Old Town.
I identified the Chelsea House as one of my top choices. A phone call to Mary in your reservation group made the choice for me. Mary was so great and helpful in getting me the room that would be best for our stay I wanted to meet her in person when we checked in. She was as warm and helpful in person as she was on the phone.

The room was clean and in good order. All of the staff that we came in contact with were helpful and friendly. The registration and check out process was quick and easy.

I would certainly recommend the Chelsea House to anyone planning a visit to Key West. You are centrally located and it is easy to walk to many of the tourist sites as well as the action on Duval Street.

This is the four time we have stayed at Albury Court and we live in the Keys. The personnel treat you as locals and the rooms are 5 star. They have  a very nice breakfast bar to help start your day for seeing the town.

My family and I recently stayed at the Chelsea House and are so glad we did. We arrived at Key West a day early so even though our room wasn’t ready at the Chelsea House, we stayed one night at the Key Lime Inn next door. The following morning, I walked next door to share with the sweet young lady at guest services about our early arrival and she quickly contacted housekeeping to ask them to ready the room we’d be staying in as soon as the previous guests checked out. The room was beautiful. It was exceptionally large with two comfortable queen sized beds and a big walk in closet. The bathroom was lovely and very spacious. Our room was just a few steps away from the pool which was surrounded by the lovely gardens.  It was a wonderful trip and the Chelsea House was perfect!

My family and I love staying in B&Bs because of their personal attention to guests and the Key Lime Inn didn’t disappoint. We had reservations for the Chelsea (next door), but got into town a day early. Since our room at the Chelsea House wouldn’t be ready until the following day as per our reservations, the management kindly made room for us at the charming Key Lime Inn next door. The room was beautiful and very well kept. The beds were comfortable. The next morning we ate a delicious breakfast by the pool. I would definitely stay there again.
