The front-desk staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. We loved the property and our clean and comfortable room (with tasteful Key West character). The gardens are lovely, and there are plenty of places to find privacy or socialize with other guests. The hotel is very close to Duval Street, so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! The hotel staff were also very helpful in directing us to the best activities in Key West (like Mallory Square at sunset).

We were thrilled with our choice to stay here!

First time staying at a bed and breakfast. We enjoyed the stay, quite and close to Duval.  We will defiantly be staying there on our trips to Key West. Breakfast was great and staff was excellent.

Cypress House is by far my favorite accommodation in Key West after our 3 night stay over the 4th of July. From the fantastic breakfasts to fun &  festive liming hours & the perfect location, Cypress House knocked it out of the park. We will definitely choose this location as our go to Key West accommodation from here on out!

My husband and I stayed in the Hemingway suite, we got married in beautiful key west through the Historic Key West Inns. I could not have planned anything better myself, the wedding coordinator, Mary Simmons, did an amazing job, made our stay warm and welcoming. The inn, as usual, was very clean and we had a relaxing stay. The Hemingway suite was beautiful and spacious and has some great views! We will be back!

Let’s start with you can pay a lot more and end up with a lot less. My wife and I, along with our best friends, arrived via the Key West Express and the hotel was a piece of cake to get to. Directly across from the Hemingway House and next to the Lighthouse (thus the name), and upon entering the reception area we were treated like we had stayed there numerous times.

The front desk staff could not have been more hospitable and friendly. We had a bit of a mix up with our reservation but fortunately your wonderful manager, Abby, came to our rescue. Our rooms were ready early, and even if they hadn’t been, we had the option of using the pool and the bar area. The grounds were clean and tidy and every staff member treated us as old friends. The porch swings were comfortable and relaxing and the drinks were cool and refreshing. The pool ,while warm, still provided relief from the heat. Did we mention how wonderful your entire staff, especially your manger Abby, was? Abby made a point to come around to make sure everything was AOK for us. The rooms were very clean and provided everything we needed. The proximity to Duval Street and various attractions made staying at the Lighthouse Court Hotel the perfect choice.

We look forward to returning Key West and staying with our friends at the Lighthouse Court.

I have stayed at Lighthouse Court three times now and will never stay anywhere else. First, staff is extremely friendly from receptionists to housekeeping staff. They make you feel very warm and welcome during your stay. Gives all you need to know about the island and what amazing adventures you can get into. The grounds are absolutely amazing and feel so secluded in your own private oasis. Highly recommend staying with this wonderful group.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea House. There was ample parking space in the 3 designated areas and the check in process was quick and effortless.

We were in a second floor room facing a main road and I a little apprehensive about street noise but pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was. The hotel grounds were well kept and clean. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet.

The only complaint that we could come up with would be the lack of surface space in the room. Suitcases had to be placed on the floor and there was very little space to hang clothes. Bath area was cluttered with our things due to lack of shelving or surface space.

Over all, our room and stay was very pleasant and we would book with Chelsea House in the future.

I was very pleased with the amenities this property offered (wifi, parking, pool, breakfast, dog friendly, etc). The staff was overall very kind and helpful. The property and Expedia’s check-out time are not the same. It was embarrassing that someone from the hotel came to tell us that we needed to check out when we were in the pool and there were other people around.

Short but to the point. The property was very nice and in a great location. I only have two complaints. The TV was ridiculously small for the size of the room.  Secondly, we had some difficulty getting hot water in our room, too many faucet adjustments just to get it to warm. Those are my only complaint. The staff members were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would I stay there again?  I’ve stayed at some of your other properties and will try some of the others.

This was our 4th stay at the Key Lime Inn, I have stayed at other hotels in Key West but keep coming back. This time we really hooked up and were in a King cottage next to the pool, we did not want to leave for sure.  Always clean and a great staff on hand, great parking available.  We love to walk and this is located perfectly for walking all over the historic area.  Also near a bicycle and moped rental location.

We will be back.
