My wife and I thought this hotel to be our favorite on our entire trip. The place was wonderful, staff friendly and informative. The bed was phenomenally comfortable and the room was clean and well decorated. We even received a complementary bottle of champagne for our anniversary (this was the only hotel that did anything special for us on our trip) The location was great as well, very close to all the action and the assortment of restaurants and shops. The only suggestion I have would be for the hotel to offer discounts at the on site mojito bar for those that are staying at the hotel. Other than that, A+. We will definitely book here for any future Key West travels. Thanks again!!!

The Key Lime Inn has outstanding, friendly staff, a great location and nice accommodations, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else on my next trip to Key West.

Our stay was wonderful!!!  Each and everyone of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable from check-in to check-out.  Our room was gorgeous and very, very clean.  The pool was crystal clear and very inviting.  The Cypress House is just a GREAT experience all around.  From the time you wake up to a delicious homemade breakfast to the best Happy Hour one could ask for!  The location could not be beat – you are literally just blocks from everything.  It would be difficult to say our favorite Key West attraction because there are so many of them!  I have recommended the Cypress House to friends that are planning a trip to Key West – they will not be disappointend!  Thanks again for everything!  Hope to see you soon!

I usually stay in Marathon when I take my trips to the Florida Keys, and I also usually go for mini lobster season. I’ve only stayed in Key West one time before this trip, and I stayed at a very expensive hotel right on Duval St. This time around it was my anniversary and I wanted somewhere cute to spend less money on. When I walked into my room I was totally impressed. It was such a cute, beachy room and not what I was expecting. It was such a pleasant surprise, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Whether you’re used to staying in houses in other keys (like myself), or you’ve never been before.. this place is more than perfect for any occasion. Walking distance to Duval Street and on a cute little property with the cutest pool, and breakfast area! I loved it.

The Key Lime Inn perfectly captured what I was looking for on my Key West stay- small scale, quiet, and clean lodging central to the wealth of historical points of interest and fine dining (be sure to indulge in tapas at Santiago’s Bodega).  The staff were friendly and very helpful and the nicely appointed rooms simple, yet clean & inviting.  The buildings and grounds are well maintained and offer a welcome oasis.  Some people may enjoy large resorts or chain motels but I would readily recommend the the Key Lime Inn to anyone looking for a more authentic experience right in the heart of things.

We enjoyed our second stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel across from Hemingway house very much. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. All the highlights of downtown Key West are within walking distance or you can stay in their well-maintained swimming pool area. We’ll be back!

Having been a resident of Florida since 1959, it was time to visit Key West. My wife and I were looking forward to the trip as it was over my birthday. Our desire was to find a hotel centrally located in the old part of town, close to historical buildings that were within walking distance to where we stayed. The hotel needed to have a good reputation regarding cost, cleanliness, staff support and morale.

To our great pleasure, this hotel exceeded all expectations:

1.) Kudos to Alexander, who greeted us upon check-in as if we were the only guests. He was knowledgeable about all things hotel, as well as the town with respect to where places were and how best to get around (Bicycles or walking being the best way to go.). As it was my birthday and the hotel was not full yet, he gladly and quickly showed us a potential upgrade to the room that was booked. Note that either room was perfectly acceptable.

2.) The remainder of the staff, (Rose, Liz, and Marie to name a few) were also helpful and always ready to be helpful.

3.) The room was beautiful. Queen-size bed, new and comfortable. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are like-new Beautiful. Shower had instant on hot water, no waiting. The staff did an excellent job of maintaining it during the entire length of our stay (4 days).

4.) Breakfast was as advertised-fresh fruit, fresh pastries(bagels, croissants), cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, fresh orange juice. A great start to each day.

5.)We didn’t use the pool, but it was sparkling and large enough to accommodate those who wished to use it. We looked forward to the beach, which we found nearby at the Truman Annex.

6.)Everything we wished to see and do were within 20 minutes walking distance, starting with the Hemingway house directly across the street, and the Lighthouse Museum next door.

The hotel, its staff, and location could not have been more perfect.

Thank-you,

John and Judy

My wife and I picked your place upon recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed, in fact it was a touch of paradise. From our time at registration to checkout we were treated royally. I had a friend that lived in Key West and they did everything to help me contact him. The room was very nice with a porch that looked out over dense tropical foliage. The breakfast was good and served outside by the pool. I would stay here again and again and again.
