Our stay at Albury Court was a wonderful experience in Key West. Albury Court is located conveniently to the ferry, boats, restaurants and Duval Street. The room was small but perfect for 2 people. Staff was always available when needed and the room was clean and remodeled recently. I have already referred Albury to a co-worker who is planning a trip to Key West.

To the owner and staff of the Chelsea House Pool & Gardens, This was my first visit to Florida and I must admit that you’ve made it memorable to say the least.  From the moment we (my brother and his wife had also reserved a room) walked in, we immediately felt welcomed. All aspects of our reservations were thoroughly explained to us and to our delight, our rooms had been upgraded also. While exploring around, we discovered better and better angles on which to view the grounds including the pool and gardens. As for our rooms, they were made even more welcoming with the the A/C already cooling the air and the side lamps already turned on with that pleasant glow.We checked in on Thursday Sept. 4th and checked out on Friday the 5th. I regret to say that I didn’t take note of the helpful employees we were lucky enough to be served by on those dates but by reading this review, I’m sure you will know who they are. While in Key West, we of course walked around to visit sites such as the Ernest Hemingway House which has extremely knowledgeable guides to walk us through the house and grounds. Our guide’s name was Chris. We also ate at places like The Burning Tuna with wonderful live entertainment and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurant. All in all, needless to say, my first visit to Key West won’t be my last and neither will my stay at the Chelsea House Pool & Gardens. I’ve already started to rant and rave of both places to friends and family here in eastern Canada.

Until we meet again, Chelsea House Pool & Gardens,

We spent another excellent mini-vacation at the Key Lime Inn, our second one.  Everybody from the reservations agent, to the front desk and the room attendants exceeded our expectations. There is no other way to stay in Key West, a historic Inn is it.  It is an extension of the atmosphere and ambiance you came here for in the first place.  My little kids enjoyed the pool the most. The proximity of the Key Lime Inn to local attractions was a huge plus.

Will be back again!

Kudos to the Cypress House!  We stayed 4 nights and loved it!  The quaint, cozy atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. Loved the sitting porch.  Bed was very comfortable.  Bathroom newly remodeled.  Kelly was very helpful in suggestions of where to go, see and do.  We met several people that had stayed there multiple times, and I know if we return to Key West, we will definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with Key Lime.  From the moment we walked in we were  very pleased with the room.  It was quaint, clean and comfortable.  Plenty of room to walk around.  Enjoyed the outdoor patio and chairs and also the chairs and swing under the trees.

My partner and I came with the intention of selecting a guesthouse to use as our base for our wedding next year.  We were not familiar with the Merlin, but the info Mary Simmons provided us made us think this might be the place.  As, in fact, it is. We have decided to use it for ourselves and our wedding guests.  The property is charming without being at all stuffy.  Linda at the front desk was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.  We loved room 14 and will probably choose that as our room in the future. The breakfast was better than we expected.  The chilled spa/pool was welcome in the September heat.

From the minute we checked in until the time we had to leave two days later, our entire experience at the Lighthouse Court was nothing but a joy.  The front desk staff was very courteous and above helpful in every way.  When the small refrigerator in our room did not seem to be quite cold enough, within minutes there was someone there to replace it.  Not just fix it….replace it with another one!  The room was beautiful and very clean. It had been recently updated I understand and was quite nice.  A king room with small refrigerator and exceptional bathroom. We had no issues with noise from the nearby pool or poolside bar/café.  A nice, light breakfast was served out by the pool in the mornings at 8.  For early risers such as us, coffee at 6am was a bit hard to find.  A short walk away we found a coffee shop that opened at 7 and visited it each morning while the rest of the town slept in.

Being right beside the Lighthouse Museum and a block off Duval the location was hard to beat.  We enjoyed walking around the surrounding area at night. The hotel property itself was clean and felt like we were in a garden most of the time. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Old Town Key West!

Thank you all so much for a wonderful time and stay.  We hope to be back soon.

I booked a room at Lighthouse Court last year and was pleasantly surprised … great location, clean and spacious rooms, and courteous staff! I readily booked my stay this year again and this time convinced my friends who were traveling with me to try Lighthouse Court out. They all loved the place for the same reasons I did… Especially Ray, the bartender, and the very friendly cleaning staff.  My only comment that is less than glowing is it’s time to replace the worn out beach towels.. some are becoming thin and rough.  See you next year!

We recently rode our Harley’s from Atlanta to Key West with another couple.  We really enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn!  The grounds are spotless and cozy.  The rooms were clean and relaxing to stay inn.  They even smelled like lime!  The Inn was quick to ensure that our bikes were safely parked out of the parking lot (to ensure they were not hit by cars) and close to our rooms.  Very biker friendly. The staff were extremely helpful during our stay and made recommendations for great places to eat.  We will definitely choose to stay at this location again when we return to Key West.

We stayed for 2 nights and everyone at the Inn was helpful and friendly. Our questions were answered graciously and suggestions were offered.  Our accommodations were clean and had what we needed.  We’d stay here again.
