My friend and I have stayed at the Key Lime Inn 3 years in a row and we always have the best experience at your Inn! Michelle is a wonderful person to work with and very accommodating.  Your rooms are always clean and the bathroom is spotless!! I enjoy the pool and the privacy it encompasses! Look forward to next year!

We stayed at Key Lime Inn recently for 5 days and it was awesome. The staff were very pleasant and helpful whenever we needed anything or for making recommendations about local places. Our check in and check out were smooth and efficient as well. We stayed in a 2nd floor room which has a balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee and felt as if we were setting in a tropical tree house! We also enjoyed watching the beautiful iguanas that would sun themselves in a tree near us. I would also recommend the Seven Fish Restaurant for at least 1 dinner as it was wonderful–will need to make reservations–and the great thing is that the restaurant is only a few blocks from the Inn.  Actually, pretty much any attraction is within walking distance from the Key Lime Inn-we didn’t use our car once all week! I give the Key Lime Inn two thumbs up for making our stay in Key West as sweet as pie(key lime pie that is)!!!

We loved everything about our stay at the Cypress House.  The employees were above and beyond friendly and accommodating.  We loved  the awesome breakfast by the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the liming hour.  The location cannot be beat! We have stayed in several places in Key West but will ALWAYS return to the Cypress House.  Thanks for making our stay fabulous.

Lighthouse Court lacks adequate parking for everyone staying at the hotel, which means I had to spend a significant amount of time searching nearby streets for paid parking because of when I had arrived during the day in relation to other guests that also wanted to park on-site. The issue I have with this is simply that if you’re going to spend a good amount of money on staying at a nice inn, you’d expect that the basic amenity of free on-site parking would be available to you.

I found a $20 per-day lot and then I had to walk my bags a good distance from the lot to the inn. I realize parking is sparse in Key West, but it would be nice if Lighthouse Court would compensate visitors who cannot fit their car in their lot for the fee they have to pay elsewhere. I’m not sure if they would be willing to do this as this possible solution only occurred to me as I was writing this review.

Everything else about Lighthouse Court was great. The staff were friendly, the chambermaids left new towels outside our room when “privacy please” prevented them from getting access when they needed to, the hotel itself was beautiful. Counter-space in the bathroom was sparse, but that’s not a big deal. Would stay again.

This place is amazing.  AWESOME pool, which is hard to find in Key West.  PARKING is available, some places only offer off-street parking.  Bike rental place one block away.  Walking distance from Duval Street.  Quaint little cottages or rooms available, VERY CLEAN & VERY NICE inside.  Staff is AMAZING, so sweet.  We’ve returned for 3 years in a row.  Definitely an “excellent” rating from me.

The property is attractive, very clean, near to Duval St. and some great activities on the water.  Located in close proximity to the Express to Key West terminal making it a short walk to Albury Court.  We will stay here again, probably the best compliment we could give.

I’ve been going to the keys since I was a little girl and after finding out that my boyfriend had never been, decided to take him on a four day vacation down to Key West. We are both big literature fans, so obviously staying across from Heminway’s house was my first choice, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t just paying for location. So, I researched for days before I decided on Lighthouse Court. Not only was the location perfect, but it looked beautiful online (and just as gorgeous in person!)

Unfortunately our ride down was a little frustrating so by the time we got there we were both a little grumpy, but felt so welcome the moment I got to Lighthouse Court. The lady at the front desk wasted no time in showing us all the interest points on the map, telling us who had the best food, where the good drink deals were, places that had the best beaches, etc. It was exactly the welcome that we needed to get our minds back into vacation mode.

Not only that, but every person we spoke to from maintenance workers to the bar tender were incredibly friendly. When we asked to stay for an extra night they tried to find us the nicest room with the best deal and it worked out perfectly. My only complaint was that our king suite had a sink and a fridge, but no microwave. That would have made eating our awesome leftovers from Fire Fly and Sloppy Joe’s a lot better, since Sloppy Fries aren’t exactly good cold. However, the lady that checked us in mentioned that our room had just been renovated so I’m assuming that the microwave just hadn’t come in yet!

Overall, the place was perfect. The location, the staff, the rooms, the bar, everything. We will definitely be booking with Historic Key West Inns when we come down in the fall!

Quaint little room with an amazing shower. The bed was a pillow top and super cozy. This almost felt like home away from home. The breakfast is out of this world.   Fresh pastries from local vendors.  Walking to and from the shops is close. The ladies at the front desk have great guest service skills and are overly welcoming. We will be back!  I wish I booked more nights than just one :/

We visited Key West for the weekend with a group and traveling via the Key West Express from Ft. Myers, FL.  This hotel was a very short walk from the ferry terminal and the staff stored our luggage for us before and after our stay so we didn’t have to pay to store it at the ferry terminal.

The hotel was quite nice, very clean, friendly helpful staff,  and a nice breakfast each morning.  We traveled in the summer, so the outside breakfast area was too warm so we took our breakfast to our room.  The pool was also a little too warm for our taste.

The hotel is walking distance to the main restaurants, bars and shops in Key West.  Again, with our summer visit it was very warm and sometimes storms walking in the afternoon and evening.

It was great with a group to meet in the court yard or our front porch area for an evening drink or morning coffee.
