Stayed for one night. Great room, clean and modern. Private cottage feel although we shared a wall with another room. Loved the community feel in the cottages with common pool, breakfast and sitting areas. Would definitely stay again.

What a lovely, quiet place.  We enjoyed sitting on the front porch of our room (31).  The grounds are what drew us to choose Chelsea House Hotel.  We sat at the pool and read our books to enjoy the fresh air and warm temps. A couple of things would have made our stay better; coffee available by the pool 24/7 and shade in the sitting areas that had the comfortable seats.  We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and wow did it deliver! We probably had one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever experienced. We wanted to stay close to Duval but far enough away from the noise that we could sleep. The Merlin Guest House was a great choice for us. We stayed in Deluxe King Suite #22 and it was beautiful, spacious and relaxing. I do wish there were more hangers in the closet since we did stay a week but we made do. Everyone at the front desk was most helpful, especially when I called to let them know we were arriving far later than anticipated due to flight delays. I was concerned the room would be given away but was assured that would not be the case and was walked through how to get into our room upon arrival and who to call if we encountered any issues. By the time we arrived the front desk clerk had not quite left and she helped us find our room (it was dark, what can I say!) I was able to go down the next morning and finish checking in — what a breeze! The rest of our stay was absolutely amazing, from breakfast by the pool to housekeeping. I was hesitant at first of staying in a “hotel” for our honeymoon and having to be up and at ’em early so housekeeping could clean but that was definitely not the case here, they are more than accommodating! The front desk even kept our luggage after we checked out until we headed for the airport. We will definitely be back!

This was a surprise 50th birthday party for Angela. We booked 4 separate rooms for 8 adults. We have been coming down to Key West since 98. This was the first time we stayed here. Dennis checked us in and he was extremely friendly and very informative. We also talked with Scott and Jacob and both were very informative and friendly. The cleaning staff was top notch! Our rooms were always clean and they went out of their way for us. I have told many friends, family and co-workers about your hotel. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you and for the hospitality. We will defiantly be back to Key West. While in Key West we did the jet sky tour, which was fabulous. We visited Pepes, Blue Heaven both for breakfast. You can never go wrong with Hogs Breath, Half Shell Raw Bar and Island Dog. Of course you need to stop at Kermits for Key Lime pie! There are just so many great places that you need to keep coming back to do them all. We hope to see you again soon!

We drove into Key West on a whim, and came upon a The Key Lime Inn. My wife and I were fortunate to be able to book the last available cottage (#2). It was absolutely beautiful and located in a great location. We were able to walk to everything, but also far enough away for peace and quiet. The staff their were awesome, and also made it possible for us to extend our stay without having to relocate. We definitely found our place for our next Key West Visit!!

We simply love the Key Lime Inn! Perfectly located in historic downtown Key West, a simple walk everywhere. The grounds are well kept and have plenty of nooks to just relax and decompress (we love the hammock for afternoon naps)! The staff is always attentive and friendly, Key Lime is our home away from home in Key West!

A great location and a great room. Spotless! All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the talks with Ken, a fellow Vet. A great restaurant around the block, onto Duval St. called Pincher’s. If you are reading this review and looking for a place to stay, THIS IS IT! Right in the heart of it all and on a quiet location. We walked to everything! We will come back again!

Stayed three nights and loved the room. Only a few blocks from the main areas and the room was clean and just what we needed. Enjoyed the breakfast area as well. May stay at one of the bigger properties with a larger group next time. We got engaged during our stay. Thanks for everything.

We had a beautiful stay at the Lighthouse Court, as part of a big group for my sister’s wedding at the Hemingway House. The staff at the inn were super friendly, warm, and welcoming. In addition, the room was clean and cozy. It did feel small (Room E6) compared to the other rooms I had seen. However it was still such a magical stay that it didn’t matter. The breakfast patio and pool area were lovely and it was so nice for all of us staying there to have an outdoor common space in which to gather and chat. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I think our favorite spot in town was Blue Heaven, as well as the great seafood along the water. I would definitely like to come back to Key West (perhaps permanently!) and look forward to recommending you to friends.
