The Lighthouse Court Hotel never lets us down. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The location of this hotel is in a wonderful location, away from all the noise and yet close enough to walk to everything.  When you first arrive, you are greeted by friendly staff that are willing to answer all your questions. Your room will be big enough and have all the amenities to fill all your needs.  The heated pool is relaxing after a busy day on Duval Street. In the morning you are treated to a delicious continental breakfast.  Best of all, Gary the kitty will be there to greet everyone morning, noon & night. You will not be disappointed.

We just returned from a January get-a-way for my wife’s birthday. Booking hotels in Key West can be confusing and time consuming. We searched all of the major websites and read a lot of reviews on TripAdvisor before calling Historic Key West Inns. Julie, our reservation person, was very helpful describing the attributes of the different hotel choices. She helped us choose the Key Lime Inn and we were delighted with our choice.

The front desk staff was consistently courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to tell us of local restaurant choices away from the Duval Street crowds.

The room was clean, fresh and very pleasant. What we liked most about the Key Lime Inn were the outdoor areas. The breakfast by the pool, the large tree swing and the small table and chairs just outside our room.

We plan on returning to the Key Lime Inn on our next Key West visit and I would recommend it to my friends.

From the start, we had a good feeling about our decision to stay at Cypress House Hotel after speaking at length with Kaya as to why it would be perfect for us.  She told us about Pepe’s, which was a great choice for our Thanksgiving dinner. Billy the Cat and Peg bonded immediately!

We arrived via Key West Express and walked up Caroline Street into the office and were met by Dennis and other outstanding staff.  We had not been in Key West in many years and were pleased to see that many of our old favorites were still going strong.

Breakfast by the pool was a beautiful way to start the day. Happy  hour was such a bonus!  This was our first experience at a B & B, the property was perfect for us.  Bill particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the town come alive.

Our entire trip would not have happened as it did if it were not for Kaya; her input was invaluable.  After speaking to her, we did not need to make another call.

Thanks for a memorable trip.  We will recommend Cypress House to others in the Saint Petersburg area.

My brother, two of our friends, and I took a quick trip down to Key West to explore Hemingway’s home and visit the Dry Tortugas. Our stay at the Lighthouse Court Hotel made that all very convenient and pleasant. I LOVE the location. You can’t beat being right across from Hemingway’s Key West home. Duval Street is just a block away, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Whitehead but also jump into the action just with a short walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great customer service at the front desk! The location is awesome, being just a quick walk to Duval Street. Smaller sized room, but has a cute little private sitting area just out your back door.  We didn’t get to use the pool area, as the weekend we were there was unusually cold and rainy.  The place had some character, and felt very old, historic Florida. I would go back.

My husband and I stayed at the Cypress House Hotel for our honeymoon in January 2017 and loved it! Right away at check-in, Scott was pleasant and helpful. He was able to provide great recommendations for restaurants in the area. All the other staff we met during our stay was very polite as well.

The rooms in the historic guest houses offered a very charming, romantic stay. The semi-private porch was a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The drinks and snacks at liming hour offered a taste of the local cuisine and became a part of our daily routine. The pool area was clean and felt very separated from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street (which is conveniently only a couple blocks away). All said, my husband and I would highly recommend the Cypress House Hotel!

We were in Key West for a January wedding.  The Lighthouse Court Hotel was the perfect spot. Within a two block walk we were right in the middle of old town and restaurants, however, we felt nicely separated from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. It is also right across the street from the Hemingway House.

The complimentary continental breakfast by the pool was a great gathering place each morning.  While the rooms were somewhat small, they were nicely appointed.

This was my 2nd stay at Cypress House Hotel. Scott welcomed us as the last guests checking in that day and helped us get our bags to our room. Staff was always around but left you to enjoy the place on your own. My wife and I had lodging on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and the beautiful grounds. Our room opened up onto a large deck perfect for enjoying morning coffee and quiet conversation. It is amazing how serene the place is considering it is two blocks from Sloppy Joe’s and the Duval craziness. We’ll be back!

This was our first visit to Key West, and we were not sure where to stay. We wanted the experience of staying in town and selected the Merlin Guest House for its location as well as the many positive reviews online. We arrived early and did not think we could get into our room until 3 o’clock but were told to come right over.  The check in was fast and friendly. The room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, comfortable and quiet. I preferred it to many 4 star hotels where we have stayed. The location is fantastic, one block from Duval St and everything in walking distance. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive and the grounds and pool are inviting and restful, like an oasis in town. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with enough variety for individual taste.

I would definitely return, and I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I came to Key West to participate in the half marathon/5k race and I chose Key Lime Inn because with such short notice (I had booked a hotel further away originally) they still had rooms.  This is the most quaint hotel we’ve ever stayed at and the “cottage” feel was great and I loved that we didn’t have to worry about parking our rental car!  Our room was spotless and the receptionist allowed us some extra time after the race to shower before check out even though it was past 11am.

Thank you so much, I will definitely choose Key Lime Inn in the future.
